Example one
The embodiment provides a watch cover 10 which can be used in a timing device for closing and protecting a dial 70 of the timing device. The timing device may be a watch, pocket watch, clock, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the watch cover 10 may include a cover body 11 and a first decoration member 12, and the first decoration member 12 is embedded in one side of the cover body 11. Specifically, one side of the case lid body 11 is provided with a groove 111, the groove 111 includes a groove bottom 1111 and an opening end 1112, and in use, the opening end 1112 is disposed on one side of the case lid body 11 close to the dial 70. The first trim component 12 may be inserted into the recess 111 from the open end 1112.
In use, the cover 10 is normally fitted over the face 70 of the timepiece and held in place by the bezel 30. The groove 111 is opened on the side of the watch cover 10 close to the dial 70, so that the first decorative component 12 located in the groove 111 can be located in the accommodating cavity enclosed by the watch cover body 11, the bezel 30 and the dial 70. Therefore, the first decoration component 12 can be isolated from the external environment, and in use, the external air can be prevented from contacting the first decoration component 12, so that dust in the air can be prevented from falling on the first decoration component 12, namely, the dust deposition generated at the installation position of the first decoration component 12 is avoided, and the trouble brought to the use of a user is avoided.
In addition, a gap is usually left between the watch cover 10 and the watch dial 70, and it can be understood that the watch cover body 11 is of a transparent structure, and the first decoration component 12 is embedded in the watch cover body 11, so that the first decoration component 12 exhibits an effect of suspending on the watch dial 70, that is, the first decoration component 12 on the watch cover 10 exhibits a suspending decoration effect, which provides a viewing effect different from that of the existing watch decoration for a user, and improves user experience.
Example two
In the embodiment, a watch cover 10 is provided, and it is understood that the present embodiment is a further improvement on the first embodiment.
In some specific embodiments, the watch cover body 11 may be made of transparent materials such as ordinary glass, sapphire glass, tempered glass, acrylic, etc., so that a user can see the time displayed by the timing device through the watch cover body 11 when the watch cover is in use.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the watch cover 10 may be a circular watch cover. Accordingly, the case lid body 11 may be circular, and the cross-section of the groove 111 in a direction parallel to the plane of the case lid body 11 may be circular. Meanwhile, the first decoration element 12 may be a circular ring shape, and the first decoration element 12, the groove 111 and the watch cover body 11 are coaxial.
With reference to fig. 1 to 4, the first decoration element 12 includes a fixing element 121 and a plurality of decoration elements 122. The fixing member 121 is annular, and the fixing member 121 is embedded in the groove 111. A plurality of decorative pieces 122 are disposed on one side of the fixing piece 121 close to the groove bottom 1111. Specifically, a plurality of decoration pieces 122 may be uniformly distributed along the circumference of the fixing piece 121 at intervals. In the embodiment, the number of the decoration pieces 122 may be set to one, three, four, eight, sixteen, twenty-eight, thirty-two, etc., and may be set as needed, and is not particularly limited herein. The decoration 122 may be one or a combination of diamonds, gems, crystals, emerald, jades, gold, silver, ceramics, and the like.
In other embodiments, the plurality of decorative members 122 may be non-uniformly distributed on the fixing member 121.
In some embodiments, the fixing member 121 has a plurality of embedding slots 1211 formed at an end thereof adjacent to the slot bottom 1111, and the number of the embedding slots 1211 may be equal to the number of the decoration members 122. The insertion grooves 1211 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the decoration members 122, and the decoration members 122 may be inserted into the corresponding insertion grooves 1211.
The end of the inlaid groove 1211 close to the groove bottom 1111 is an open structure, and the open end of the inlaid groove 1211 is provided with a clamping claw 1212, the clamping claw 1212 is used for fixing the decoration 122 in the inlaid groove 1211, so that the decoration 122 is prevented from randomly shaking relative to the fixing member 121, the decoration 122 is also prevented from falling off from the fixing member 121, and the quality of the watch cover 10 is ensured. After assembly, the decoration 122 may be correspondingly disposed on a side of the fixing member 121 close to the groove bottom 1111, so that a user can see the decoration 122.
Wherein, the claws 1212 can be bent, and when the decoration 122 is loaded into the embedding slot 1211, the claws 1212 can be bent toward the axial direction of the embedding slot 1211 to fasten the decoration 122. It is understood that the open end of each of the pockets 1211 is provided with a jaw 1212 for securing the trim piece 122. The number of the claws 1212 at each of the positions of the insertion grooves 1211 may be two, three, four, five, six, etc., and the corresponding decoration 122 may be fixed in the insertion groove 1211. In this embodiment, four clamping jaws 1212 are disposed at the open end of each of the embedding slots 1211, and the four clamping jaws 1212 are uniformly distributed.
In some embodiments, the fixing member 121 may be a steel ring, and the jaw 1212 may also be a steel plate.
Of course, in other embodiments, the fixing member 121 may also be a metal ring such as a copper ring or an iron ring, so that the fixing member 121 has certain texture and ornamental property, and can show the appearance quality of the timing device compared with a non-metal material. The latch 1212 may also be made of a metal plate such as a copper plate or an iron plate to fix the decoration 122.
As shown in fig. 2, the diameter of the groove 111 may be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the fixing member 121, and for example, the diameter of the groove 111 may be 0.10mm to 0.20mm larger than the outer diameter of the fixing member 121. On one hand, the fixing member 121 can be conveniently installed in the groove 111, and on the other hand, the fixing member 121 can be prevented from contacting the side wall of the groove 111, so that the fixing member 121 is prevented from being scratched and colliding to damage the bezel body 11.
A flexible part 13 is further clamped between the fixing part 121 and the side wall of the groove 111, and the flexible part 13 is tightly attached to the side wall of the fixing part 121 and the side wall of the groove 111 respectively. In an embodiment, the flexible element 13 may be in a ring shape and is embedded in the gap between the fixing element 121 and the sidewall of the groove 111. Therefore, under the action of the flexible member 13, the fixing member 121 can be fixedly mounted in the groove 111, and the first decoration assembly 12 is prevented from freely swinging relative to the groove 111. Meanwhile, the flexible piece 13 can protect the side wall of the groove 111, and the first decorative component 12 and the side wall of the groove 111 are prevented from colliding to damage the watch cover body 11.
In an embodiment, an annular notch 1214 is disposed at a side of the fixing member 121 close to the side wall of the groove 111, and the notch 1214 is disposed close to one end of the open end 1112, so that an abutting portion 1213 opposite to the flexible member 13 can also be formed on the fixing member 121. The abutting portion 1213 abuts against an end surface of the flexible element 13 at an end away from the open end 1112, and accordingly supports and restricts the position of the fixed element 121. The fixing member 121 can also correspondingly shield the flexible member 13, so that most of the flexible member 13 can be hidden in the notch 1214 of the fixing member 121, thereby avoiding affecting the overall appearance of the watch cover 10. Meanwhile, the notch 1214 can be used for accommodating a part of the flexible part 13, and the notch 1214 also provides a larger assembling space for the flexible part 13, so that the flexible part 13 can be set to be thicker, the structural stability of the flexible part 13 is improved, and the problem that the flexible part 13 is damaged easily due to too small thickness is avoided.
In some specific embodiments, the axial height of the gap 1214 may be equal to the height of the flexible element 13, so that the end surface of the flexible element 13 away from the abutting portion 1213 may be flush with the end surface of the corresponding end of the fixing element 121, and at the same time, the flexible element 13 and the fixing element 121 may be stably assembled. The height of the flexible element 13 may be at least 0.8 mm.
The thickness of the flexible element 13 may be slightly greater than the radial width of the notch 1214, and for example, the thickness of the flexible element 13 may be 0.1mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, etc. greater than the radial width of the notch 1214. Therefore, the flexible element 13 can at least partially protrude out of the notch 1214, even if the outer sidewall of the flexible element 13 protrudes out of the outer sidewall of the fixing element 121, so that the fixing element 121 is separated from the sidewall of the groove 111 under the action of the flexible element 13, and the fixing element 121 is prevented from contacting the sidewall of the groove 111.
In an embodiment, the outer diameter of the flexible part 13 may be slightly larger than the diameter of the groove 111, for example, the outer diameter of the flexible part 13 may be larger than the diameter of the groove 111 by 0.05mm, 0.06mm, and the like, so that the flexible part 13 may be brought into close contact with the sidewall of the groove 111 during assembly, and the flexible part 13 may be smoothly pressed into the groove 111.
Meanwhile, the inner diameter of the flexible element 13 may be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the fixing element 121 near the end of the notch 1214, and for example, the inner diameter of the flexible element 13 may be smaller than the outer diameter of the fixing element 121 near the end of the notch 1214 by 0.05mm, 0.06mm, and the like. Therefore, when the flexible element 13 is sleeved on the fixing element 121, the flexible element 13 and the fixing element 121 can be tightly assembled, and the flexible element 13 can be smoothly assembled on the fixing element 121.
When assembling the cover 10, the fixing member 121, the flexible member 13 and the cover body 11 can be tightly combined, so that the fixing member 121, the flexible member 13 and the cover body 11 can be kept relatively fixed, so as to fixedly assemble the fixing member 121 in the cover body 11, that is, the first decorative component 12 in the cover body 11.
Further, the depth of the groove 111 is greater than the thickness of the first trim component 12. for example, the depth of the groove 111 may be 0.1mm to 0.2mm greater than the thickness of the first trim component 12. When the first decorative member 12 is fitted into the groove 111, the first decorative member 12 is prevented from touching the groove bottom 1111, and the watch case body 11 is prevented from being damaged. In an embodiment, an end surface of the first decorative member 12 near the open end 1112 may be flush with an end surface of the watch cover body 11 near the open end 1112, that is, an end surface of the fixing member 121 near the open end 1112 is flush with an end surface of the watch cover body 11 at a corresponding end. During assembly, the first decoration component 12 can be pressed in the groove 111 through a pressing workpiece, the diameter of the pressing workpiece can be larger than that of the groove 111, so that the end face of the first decoration component 12 can be flush with the end face of the corresponding end of the surface cover body 11 during assembly, meanwhile, the first decoration component 12 can be effectively prevented from being pressed on the groove bottom 1111, the quality of the surface cover 10 is ensured, and the surface cover 10 can have a better appearance effect.
As shown in fig. 3, the side walls of the groove 111 gradually incline toward the axis of the groove 111 from the end of the groove bottom 1111 toward the end of the open end 1112. Under the action of the inclined surface, the flexible member 13 and the first decoration assembly 12 can be stopped, and the flexible member 13 and the first decoration assembly 12 are prevented from being separated from the groove 111. In an embodiment, the inclination angle of the side wall of the groove 111 does not need to be set too large, and the inclination angle α of the side wall of the groove 111 may be set to an angle of 0.6 °, 0.8 °, 1.0 °, 1.2 °, or the like. Usually, the thickness of the bezel 10 is also only a few millimeters, and the change in the inner diameter of the groove 111 in the axial direction is negligible. It will be appreciated that the diameter of the recess 111 near the open end 1112 should be greater than the maximum outer diameter of the fixture 121 to facilitate the smooth installation of the first trim component 12 into the recess 111.
Of course, in other embodiments, the side of the flexible element 13 close to the side wall of the groove 111 can be provided with a corresponding slope and can be matched with the side wall of the groove 111.
In one embodiment, the groove 111 is further chamfered at the location of the open end 1112 to facilitate the installation of the flexible member 13 and the first trim component 12.
In other embodiments, in a direction parallel to the plane of the watch cover body 11, the cutting plane of the groove 111 may also be configured as a circular ring, and the first decoration element 12 is embedded in the circular ring-shaped groove 111. Correspondingly, the groove 111 has two opposite side walls, and a flexible element 13 is sandwiched between the two side walls of the annular fixing element 121 and the two side walls of the groove 111, so that the fixing element 121 can be fixedly mounted in the groove 111. Meanwhile, both side walls of the fixing member 121 are provided with a notch 1214 and an abutting portion 1213, the notch 1214 can be used for accommodating the flexible element on the corresponding side, and the abutting portion 1213 can be used for abutting against and shielding the flexible element 13 on the corresponding side. Both side walls of the groove 111 may be sloped and gradually approach each other from one end of the groove bottom 1111 toward the open end 1112.
In other embodiments, the watch case body 11 may be provided in a rectangular shape, a square shape, an oval shape, or the like.
In other embodiments, the first trim component 12 may also be provided in the shape of a circle, square, quad ring, oval, or the like. Meanwhile, the first decorative member 12 may be disposed eccentrically to the case lid body 11, and the groove 111 may be disposed in a shape matching the first decorative member 12.
