The adult diaper according to claim 7, wherein the surface layer (11) further comprises an ES fiber body, the ES fiber body comprises skin fibers and core fibers, a plurality of the skin fibers are mutually overlapped and bonded to form a surface layer, and the core fibers and the coconut carbon fibers are wrapped by the surface layer.

The adult diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a flow guide layer (12), wherein the flow guide layer (12) is disposed between the surface layer (11) and the core (13), the flow guide layer (12) is a fibrous nonwoven fabric, and the orientation of the fibers of the flow guide layer (12) is the same as the length direction of the diaper.

10. Adult diaper according to any of claims 1-6, further comprising a disposal patch (61), said disposal patch (61) being fixed to said backsheet (14) at one end and being a free end at the other end, said free end being provided with an adhesive means.
