The elastic catch 113 is disposed inside the housing 120 and located at the lower side of the housing flange 122 to limit the housing flange 122 in the height direction with the middle plate flange 112, so that the possibility that the gap between the middle plate and the housing becomes large due to the heat at the front end of the cooker body 100 can be reduced.
Preferably, the two elastic catches 113 are symmetrically disposed with respect to a longitudinal center plane of the middle plate 110. Note that, in the present invention, the "longitudinal center plane of the middle plate 110" refers to a plane extending in the longitudinal direction (i.e., the front-rear direction) of the middle plate 110 and bisecting the middle plate in two in the width direction (the direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction). Further preferably, the minimum distance between the lower surface of the shell flange 122 and the upper surface of the elastic buckle 113 is 0.2mm to 1 mm.
The middle plate 110 includes a middle plate sidewall 111 extending in a circumferential direction, and a middle plate flange 112 is provided outside the middle plate sidewall 111. The bottom end of the elastic buckle 113 is connected with the middle plate side wall 111, and the part of the middle plate side wall 111 corresponding to the elastic buckle 113 is hollowed out, so that the elastic buckle 113 has enough elasticity.
As shown in fig. 3, the elastic catch 113 includes an elastic arm 114 connected to the middle plate sidewall 111 and a guide part 115 protruding outward from a free end of the elastic arm 114. In the present embodiment, the lower end of the elastic arm 114 is connected to the middle plate sidewall 111, the side and upper end of the elastic arm 114 are spaced apart from the middle plate sidewall 111, and the guide part 115 is disposed outside the upper end of the elastic arm 114. The projections of the guide 115 and the middle plate hem 112 in the same reference plane at least partially overlap. The ratio of the height of the elastic arm 114 to the height of the guide part 115 is greater than or equal to 2.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the housing 120 includes a housing sidewall 121 extending in a circumferential direction, and a housing flange 122 is provided at an upper end of the housing sidewall 121 and is configured in an L-shape. The housing flange 122 includes a lateral section 124 connected to the housing sidewall 121 and a vertical section 125 connected to the lateral section 124, the lateral section 124 being disposed at a lower side of the middle plate flange 112, and the vertical section 125 being disposed at an inner side of the middle plate flange 112. In the present embodiment, the lateral section 124 is configured to extend inward in the horizontal direction from the upper end of the case side wall 121, and the vertical section 125 is configured to extend upward in the vertical direction from an end of the lateral section 124 remote from the case side wall 121.
The housing 120 is provided with an arc portion 123, and the arc portion 123 is provided at a lower end of the housing side wall 121 and is configured as a wall having a circular arc shape in cross section. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the base 130 is provided with a base catch 132, and the base catch 132 is caught to the arc portion 123 to connect the lower end of the housing 120 to the base 130.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the base 130 is provided with four base mounting portions 131, the midplane 110 is provided with four midplane mounting portions 116, the four base mounting portions 131 are respectively provided at four corner positions of the base 130, and the positions of the four midplane mounting portions 116 respectively correspond to the positions of the four base mounting portions 131. The base mount 131 and the middle plate mount 116 are coupled by a fastener, thereby fixing the middle plate 110, the housing 120, and the base 130 together.

Claims (10)
1. A pot body (100), comprising:
a middle plate (110) provided with a middle plate hem (112);
the shell (120) is arranged on the lower side of the middle plate, a shell folding edge (122) is arranged on the shell, the upper end of the shell folding edge is inserted into the inner side of the middle plate folding edge, and the lower end of the middle plate folding edge abuts against the shell folding edge;
a base (130) disposed at a lower side of the housing and against which a lower end of the housing abuts, the base and the middle plate being connected by a fastener to collectively clamp the housing,
the front end of the middle plate is provided with two elastic buckles (113), the projections of the elastic buckles and the middle plate folded edge in the same reference horizontal plane are at least partially overlapped, and the elastic buckles are arranged on the inner side of the shell and positioned on the lower side of the shell folded edge to limit the shell folded edge along the height direction with the middle plate folded edge.
2. The pot of claim 1, wherein said two resilient latches are symmetrically disposed with respect to a longitudinal center plane of said middle plate.
3. The pot body of claim 1, wherein the minimum distance between the lower surface of the shell flange and the upper surface of the elastic clasp is 0.2mm to 1 mm.
4. The pot body according to claim 1, wherein the middle plate comprises a middle plate side wall (111) extending along the circumferential direction, the middle plate fold is arranged at the outer side of the middle plate side wall, the bottom end of the elastic buckle is connected with the middle plate side wall, and the part of the middle plate side wall corresponding to the elastic buckle is hollowed out.

The pot of claim 4, wherein said resilient catch comprises a resilient arm (114) connected to said middle plate side wall and a guide (115) projecting outwardly from a free end of said resilient arm, the projections of said guide and said middle plate flap in the same reference horizontal plane at least partially overlapping.
6. The pot of claim 5 wherein the ratio of the height of said resilient arms to the height of said guide portion is greater than or equal to 2.
7. The pot according to claim 1, wherein said housing comprises a circumferentially extending housing sidewall (121), said housing flange being provided at an upper end of said housing sidewall and configured in an L-shape.
8. The pot of claim 7, wherein said housing flange comprises a transverse section connected to said housing side walls and a vertical section (125) connected to said transverse section (124), said transverse section being disposed on the underside of said middle plate flange, said vertical section being disposed inside said middle plate flange.
9. The pot of claim 7, wherein the shell is provided with an arcuate portion (123) provided at a lower end of the shell side wall, and the base is provided with a base snap (132) that snaps onto the arcuate portion.
10. A cooking appliance comprising the pot body according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
