Abstract
A structure, a package and a ripener for fruit ripening comprises: plastic packaging bags; the non-woven bag is arranged inside the plastic packaging bag; and polyacrylamide gel adsorbed with a ripener, which is arranged inside the non-woven fabric bag. The polyacrylamide gel is used for adsorbing the ripener, so that the effect of slowly releasing the ripener can be achieved, and powder contact pollution caused by the use of ethephon powder for ripening in the prior art can be avoided; the polyacrylamide gel adsorbed with the ripener is arranged in the non-woven fabric bag, the non-woven fabric bag is arranged in the plastic packaging bag, based on the breathability of the non-woven fabric bag and the sealing property of the plastic packaging bag, the release process of the ripener can be started after the plastic packaging bag is torn according to the ripening requirement of a user, and when the ripening is not needed, the arrangement of the plastic packaging bag is helpful for ensuring the long-term preservation of the polyacrylamide gel adsorbed with the ripener.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of the e-commerce and the improvement of the logistics level, people in all regions can eat fruits in different countries and different regions.
In order to facilitate logistics transportation, some fruits are picked when the ripeness degree is low, so that rotting, deterioration, fermentation and the like caused by the fact that the ripeness degree of the fruits is high are avoided in the transportation process.

A first exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a structure for ripening fruit.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a structure for ripening fruit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, the structure 1 for ripening fruit comprises: a plastic packaging bag 13; a non-woven bag 12 arranged inside the plastic packaging bag 13; and polyacrylamide gel 11 with ripener adsorbed thereon, which is disposed inside the nonwoven fabric bag 12.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, a serrated structure 131 for facilitating tearing is provided on the plastic packing bag 13.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the ripening function is performed, the plastic packaging bag 13 is in a state of being torn open, so that the nonwoven fabric bag 12 is located outside the plastic packaging bag 13, and the polyacrylamide gel 11 with the ripening agent adsorbed therein in the nonwoven fabric bag 12 is slowly released outward through the nonwoven fabric bag 12.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in performing the ripening function, the release time of the polyacrylamide gel 11 with the ripener adsorbed thereon is 15 days to 20 days.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the ripener is a ethephon solution, and the mass fraction of solute in the ethephon solution is 1% -3%.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the fruit is kiwi fruit. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the package 2 for ripening fruit of the present embodiment includes: the structure 1 for ripening fruit and the closed space providing member 21 shown in the first embodiment. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown with reference to fig. 2 and 4, the closed space providing member 21 is a sealed box including: the fruit ripening box comprises a box body main body and a box cover, wherein a space for containing N fruits and a structure for ripening the fruits is formed in the box body main body, the box cover is sealed after being assembled with the box body main body, and N is more than or equal to 1 and is a positive integer.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the value of N may be 1, 2, 3, or 4.

when the plastic packaging bag is in a torn state, the non-woven fabric bag is located outside the plastic packaging bag, so that the polyacrylamide gel adsorbed with the ripener in the non-woven fabric bag slowly releases outwards through the non-woven fabric bag.
2. The structure of claim 1, wherein the plastic packaging bag is provided with a saw-tooth structure for facilitating tearing.
3. The structure of claim 1, wherein the fruit is kiwi fruit.
4. A packaging structure for ripening fruit, comprising:
a structure for ripening fruit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3; and
the closed space providing piece is used for placing the fruit to be ripened and the structure for ripening the fruit in the closed space providing piece.
5. The packaging structure according to claim 4, wherein the closed space provider is a self-sealing bag sized to accommodate N fruits and the structure for ripening fruits, N being greater than or equal to 1 and N being a positive integer.
6. The packaging structure according to claim 4, wherein the closed space providing member is a sealed box including: the fruit ripening box comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein a space for containing N fruits and the structure for ripening the fruits is formed in the box body, the box cover is sealed after being assembled with the box body, N is larger than or equal to 1, and N is a positive integer.
7. A ripener for on-demand use of fruit after receipt, comprising:
the structure for ripening fruit of any one of claims 1 to 3 or the packaging structure of any one of claims 4 to 6.
