Background

Bags are commonly used for packaging or containing articles. The use of bags is more common, and the common bag is used as a garbage bag. To facilitate the manufacture and transport of the bags, the bags are usually connected end to end, i.e. the bottom of one bag is connected to the opening of another bag, so that the bags are connected in series in the form of a strip, which usually needs to be rolled up to be stored, i.e. to form a roll of bags. When a single garbage bag needs to be separated, the garbage bag is sequentially pulled off from the fixing column without being torn off from the garbage bag roll in the traditional mode. In addition, the first garbage bag located at the forefront of the stack can be conveniently opened without influencing other garbage bags at the rear, so that the garbage can is more convenient to use compared with the traditional winding type garbage bag, and is also suitable for the garbage can with the function of automatically opening the bag, and the garbage bag can be automatically opened in the garbage can.

As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic view showing a state that the bag body 100 is strung on the fixing post 200, the bag body 100 is strung on the fixing post 200 through the string hole 102, so that the first sidewall 130 of the bag body 100 is fixed on the fixing post 200, the second sidewall 140 and the middle folding portion 150 of the bag body 100 are respectively provided with a first avoiding groove 103 and a second avoiding groove 104, since each series of holes 102 is aligned with one of the first avoidance slots 103 and one of the second avoidance slots 104, so that the second sidewall 140 and the middle folded part 150 of the bag body 100 are offset from the fixing posts 200, to prevent the second sidewall 140 and the middle folded portion 150 of the bag body 100 from being fixed to the fixing posts 200, when the second sidewall 140 is subjected to an outward pulling force, the second sidewall 140 is detached from the fixing post 200, and drives the middle folding part 150 to be separated from the fixing post 200, and the middle folding part 150 is opened, so that the bag body 100 is opened, and the article or the garbage can be conveniently loaded.

In the embodiment, the two ends of the middle part of the bag are folded, so that the bag can be folded and stored, the volume of the bag is larger when the bag is opened, and by forming the second escape groove 104 in the middle folded portion 150, and forming the first escape groove 103 in the side wall of the first side, so that the corresponding positions of the middle folding part 150 and the second side wall 140 are staggered with respect to the string hole 102, thereby preventing the side wall of the second side and the middle folding part 150 from blocking the string hole 102, so that the fixing posts 200 on the stopper mechanism can pass through the serial holes 102, so that a plurality of bag bodies 100 can be stacked and fixed on the fixing posts 200, since the side wall of the second side and the middle folded part 150 are not fixed to the fixing post 200, so that the side wall of the second side and the middle folded part 150 can be easily separated from the side wall of the first side, therefore, the bag can be conveniently opened and canceled, and the bag can be automatically opened in the garbage can.

It should be understood that the two ends of the mouth 101 at the middle of the first and second sidewalls 130 and 140 are folded to form the middle fold 150, and that only a portion of the side walls of the mouth 101 may be folded or folded together along with the lower end of the bag body 100. In order to further enable the bag body 100 to be stably received on the fixing post 200, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the opening direction of the first avoiding groove 103 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the bag opening 101. For example, when bag 100 bottom 120 orientation, sack 101 placed up, the orientation of seting up of sack 101 is for upwards, then the orientation of seting up of first groove 103 of dodging is the horizontal direction, and first groove 103 of dodging is seted up to the outside of bag 100 along the horizontal direction, like this, can make the lateral wall of first groove 103 of dodging can more firmly butt in fixed column 200 for bag 100 further accomodates on fixed column 200 firmly.

In order to make the bag body 100 more stable when being received on the fixing post 200, in one embodiment, the opening direction of the second avoiding groove 104 is inclined to the opening direction of the bag opening 101. In this embodiment, the opening direction of the second avoiding groove 104 is not parallel to the opening direction of the bag opening 101, for example, the second avoiding groove 104 of the middle folding portion 150 at the two ends of the bag opening 101 is respectively opened toward the outer sides of the two ends of the bag body 100, so that the sidewall of the second avoiding groove 104 abuts against the fixing column 200, the fixing column 200 can support the middle folding portion 150, and the bag body 100 is more stably accommodated on the fixing column 200.

In order to further allow the bag body 100 to be stably received on the fixing post 200, in one embodiment, the opening direction of the second avoiding groove 104 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the bag opening 101. For example, when bag 100 bottom 120 faces, bag 101 is placed up, and the direction of seting up of bag 101 is upwards, and then the direction of seting up of second dodging groove 104 is the horizontal direction, and second dodging groove 104 is seted up to the outside of bag 100 along the horizontal direction, like this, can make the second dodge the lateral wall of groove 104 and can more firmly butt in fixed column 200 for bag 100 further accomodates on fixed column 200 firmly.

In other embodiments, the opening direction of the first avoiding groove 103 is parallel to the opening direction of the bag opening 101, for example, the opening direction of the second avoiding groove 104 is parallel to the opening direction of the bag opening 101, which facilitates the detachment of the second sidewall 140 and the middle folding portion 150 from the fixing post 200 under the pulling force.

In order to further firmly fix the bag body 100 on the fixing post 200, in one embodiment, the shape of the first avoiding groove 103 is the same as the shape of the second avoiding groove 104. In this embodiment, the first avoiding groove 103 and the second avoiding groove 104 have the same shape, which is beneficial to better match with the fixing post 200, so that the bag body 100 is further and stably fixed on the fixing post 200.

In one embodiment, the width of the first avoidance groove 103 and the width of the second avoidance groove 104 are equal. In this embodiment, the width of the first avoiding groove 103 and the width of the second avoiding groove 104 are equal to the diameter of the fixing post 200, so that the sidewall of the first avoiding groove 103 and the sidewall of the second avoiding groove 104 can be abutted to the fixing post 200, and the bag body 100 can be more stably accommodated on the fixing post 200.

In one embodiment, the width of the string hole 102, the first avoidance groove 103, and the second avoidance groove 104 are equal. In this embodiment, the diameter of the string hole 102, the width of the first avoiding groove 103, and the width of the second avoiding groove 104 are all equal to the diameter of the fixing column 200, so that the sidewall of the string hole 102, the sidewall of the first avoiding groove 103, and the sidewall of the second avoiding groove 104 can be abutted to the fixing column 200, and the bag body 100 can be more stably accommodated on the fixing column 200.

In order to better match the shape of the fixing post 200, so that the bag body 100 is more stably accommodated on the fixing post 200, in an embodiment, at least a portion of the sidewall of the first avoiding groove 103 is configured to be circular arc, in this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the bottom of the first avoiding groove 103 is circular arc, and the cross-sectional shape of the end of the first avoiding groove 103 away from the bottom is rectangular, that is, the cross-sectional shape of the first avoiding groove 103 is U-shaped, so that the sidewall of the circular arc-shaped first avoiding groove 103 can enable the sidewall of the first avoiding groove 103 to be abutted to the fixing post 200 more fittingly. In one embodiment, the sidewall of the second avoiding groove 104 is at least partially configured to be circular arc, in this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the bottom of the second avoiding groove 104 is circular arc, and the cross-sectional shape of the end of the second avoiding groove 104 away from the bottom is rectangular, that is, the cross-sectional shape of the second avoiding groove 104 is U-shaped, so that the sidewall of the circular arc second avoiding groove 104 can enable the sidewall of the first avoiding groove 103 to abut against the fixing post 200 more snugly. Therefore, the first avoiding groove 103 and the second avoiding groove 104 are better matched with the shape of the fixing post 200, and the bag body 100 is more stably accommodated on the fixing post 200.

In order to further fold the bag body 100, so that the volume of the bag body 100 after being stored is smaller, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 again, two ends of the sidewall of the first side of the bag opening 101 are respectively folded to form first folding portions 131, and each first folding portion 131 is provided with a series of holes 102. In this embodiment, the first sidewall 130 of the bag opening 101 is folded, so that the folded width and volume of the bag body 100 are smaller, and the bag body 100 is easier to store.

In order to further fold the bag body 100, so that the volume of the bag body 100 after being stored is smaller, in an embodiment, two ends of the sidewall of the second side of the bag opening 101 are respectively folded to form second folding portions 141, and each of the second folding portions 141 is provided with a first avoiding groove 103. In this embodiment, the second sidewall 140 of the bag opening 101 is folded, so that the folded width and volume of the bag body 100 are smaller, and the bag body 100 is easier to store.

In one embodiment, the width of the two second folds 141 is equal to the width of the two middle folds 150. In one embodiment, the width of the two first folds 131 is equal to the width of the two middle folds 150. In this embodiment, the first sidewall 130, the second sidewall 140 and the middle of the bag body 100 have the same width after being folded, so that the width of the bag body 100 at each position is equal, which is beneficial to better storage of the bag body 100.

5. The bag according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the width of said first avoiding groove and the width of said second avoiding groove are equal.

6. The bag according to claim 5 wherein said string of holes, said first avoidance slot width and said second avoidance slot width are equal.

7. The bag according to claim 1, wherein said first side wall of said mouth is folded at each of two ends to form first folds, each of said first folds having a series of holes.

8. The bag according to claim 7 wherein the width of both of said first folds is equal to the width of both of said middle folds.

9. The bag according to claim 1, wherein said second side of said bag opening has a second folding portion formed by folding two ends of said sidewall, and each of said second folding portions has a first avoiding groove formed therein.

10. The bag according to claim 9 wherein the width of both of said second folds is equal to the width of both of said central folds.
