背景技术
尸体袋种类比较多，材质一般为牛津布、无纺布、尼龙布、PVC防水布，OPP，PVA，LLDP等，一般单面涂有防水涂层；
但是有些尸体袋在使用过程中，存在一些问题，如其防水性能不足，体液容易泄露，其强度也有待提高，因此研发一种防水性能好，强度高、成本较低的尸体袋复合布是比较迫切的。

本实用新型提供一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，可以解决背景技术中所指出的问题。
一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，包括自上到下依次设置的防水面层、第一LDPE层、HDPE编织布层、第二LDPE层以及抗菌层。
优选的，所述抗菌层为PE抗菌膜层。
优选的，所述第一LDPE层和所述第二LDPE层均为LDPE膜层，LDPE与架桥剂熔融混合后复合在所述HDPE编织布层的上下面上。
优选的，所述第一LDPE层和所述第二LDPE层均为阻燃LDPE膜层。
优选的，所述HDPE编织布层为阻燃HDPE编织布层。

如图1所示，本实用新型实施例提供的一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，
包括自上到下依次设置的防水面层1、第一LDPE层2、HDPE编织布层3、第二LDPE层4以及抗菌层5，防水面层1为防水牛津布层，所述抗菌层5采用PE抗菌膜层，所述第一LDPE层2和所述第二LDPE层4均为LDPE膜层，防水牛津布层通过粘合剂粘合在最外层的第一LDPE层2上，作为面层使用，防水效果好，PE抗菌膜层通过粘合剂粘合在最里层的第二LDPE层4上，作为与尸体接触的里层，能够有效抗菌，LDPE与架桥剂熔融混合后复合在所述HDPE编织布层3的上下面上，其机理在于：通过架桥剂使分子之间产生化学键，使线型分子相互连在一起，形成网状结构，从而提高相互之间的附着力，以提高材料的防水性能以及强度；以HDPE编织布层为基布层，HDPE编织布其具有强度高，拉伸性能好，生产成本低等优点，通过在其表面复合一层LDPE膜层，使其可各自发挥其优点，扬长避短，可大大提高防水性能和强度；
所述第一LDPE层2和所述第二LDPE层4均为阻燃LDPE膜层，所述HDPE编织布层3为阻燃HDPE编织布层。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，其特征在于：所述抗菌层（5）为PE抗菌膜层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，其特征在于：所述第一LDPE层（2）和所述第二LDPE层（4）均为LDPE膜层。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，其特征在于：所述第一LDPE层（2）和所述第二LDPE层（4）均为阻燃LDPE膜层。
5.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，其特征在于：所述HDPE编织布层（3）为阻燃HDPE编织布层。
6.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种阻燃抗菌牛津布复合尸体袋，其特征在于：所述防水面层（1）为防水牛津布层。
