When the ultrasonic liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the chemical liquid medicine in the tank body 1 reaches a second preset liquid level, a signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the liquid supply device to stop adding the chemical liquid medicine into the tank body 1.
The detection of the first preset liquid level and the second preset liquid level is realized through the ultrasonic liquid level sensor, and the structure of the quantitative adding device can be further simplified.

1. A dosing device, comprising:
a controller;
the device comprises a tank body (1), wherein a liquid inlet (11) and a liquid outlet (12) are formed in the tank body (1);
the liquid level detection assembly (2) comprises a liquid level pipe (24) with two ends communicated with the tank body (1), and a first liquid level sensor (21) and a second liquid level sensor (22) which are both installed on the liquid level pipe (24), wherein the first liquid level sensor (21) is configured to send a first signal to the controller when detecting that the liquid level in the tank body (1) is at a first preset liquid level, the second liquid level sensor (22) is configured to send a second signal to the controller when detecting that the liquid level in the tank body (1) is at a second preset liquid level, and the first preset liquid level is lower than the second preset liquid level;
or, the liquid level detection assembly (2) comprises an ultrasonic liquid level sensor, the ultrasonic liquid level sensor is configured to send a first signal to the controller when detecting that the liquid level in the tank body (1) is at a first preset liquid level, and send a second signal to the controller when detecting that the liquid level in the tank body (1) is at a second preset liquid level, and the first preset liquid level is lower than the second preset liquid level;
the controller is configured to control the liquid inlet (11) to be opened for automatic liquid replenishment when receiving the first signal, and control the liquid inlet (11) to be closed for stopping liquid replenishment when receiving the second signal.

The quantitative adding device of claim 1, wherein the liquid level detection assembly (2) further comprises a third liquid level sensor (23) mounted on the liquid level pipe (24), the third liquid level sensor (23) is configured to send a third signal to the controller when detecting that the liquid level in the tank body (1) is at a third preset liquid level, the controller controls the liquid inlet (11) to be closed to stop liquid supplement when receiving the third signal, and the third preset liquid level is higher than the second preset liquid level;
or two second liquid level sensors (22) are arranged, and the controller controls the liquid inlet (11) to be closed to stop liquid supplement when receiving the second signal sent by any one of the second liquid level sensors (22).
3. The dosing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein one end of the liquid level pipe (24) is connected to the upper part of the tank (1), and the other end is connected to the liquid outlet (12) or the lower part of the tank (1).
4. Dosing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first level sensor (21), the second level sensor (22) and the third level sensor (23) are position-adjustably mounted on the level tube (24);
liquid level detection subassembly (2) still include three mounting bracket (25), mounting bracket (25) slidable mounting in on liquid level pipe (24), first level sensor (21), second level sensor (22) and third level sensor (23) install respectively in one on mounting bracket (25).
5. The dosing device according to claim 2, characterized in that an overflow opening (13) is provided in the tank (1), and the overflow opening (13) is located between the top of the tank (1) and the third predetermined liquid level.
6. A dosing device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a mounting seat (3), wherein the canister (1) is fixed to the mounting seat (3).
7. The quantitative adding device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the liquid outlet (12) is communicated with a liquid outlet pipe, and a pneumatic valve (4) connected with the controller is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe;
and a manual valve (5) is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe, and the manual valve (5) is positioned between the liquid outlet (12) and the pneumatic valve (4).
8. The quantitative adding device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a graduated scale (14) is arranged on the tank body (1), and the graduations of the graduated scale (14) are distributed along the axial direction of the tank body (1);
or, the tank body (1) is provided with scales, and the scales are distributed along the axial direction of the tank body (1).
9. An exhaust gas treatment system, comprising a liquid supply device and a quantitative adding device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the liquid supply device is communicated with a liquid inlet (11) of the quantitative adding device.
