Because the working pressure is up to 70MPa, and a plurality of gas cylinders are required to be installed in a single set of system, when the whole vehicle is designed, the hydrogen system is usually installed at the top of the vehicle in view of safety according to the characteristic of hydrogen leakage.
At present, sealing structures for 70MPa vehicle hydrogen cylinders are matched with foreign inlet valves, and the valves are generally provided with components such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, electromagnetic valves and the like, so that the occupied length space is large. Most of existing valves adopt a radial sealing mode, when a bottle mouth is sealed through a connector, the connector is in threaded connection with an inner hole of the bottle mouth, a single sealing ring is used for sealing, and the single sealing ring is located at the rear end of threads of the connector. Because the inner hole is formed in the bottle mouth, and the length of the bottle mouth is long, the machining precision is greatly influenced by the equipment precision, the cutter and the process when the bottle mouth is machined, and the actual sealing effect is poor. Therefore, a sealing structure for a gas cylinder is needed to improve the sealing effect of the gas cylinder.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Referring to fig. 1, the gas cylinder sealing structure comprises a connector 1 connected with a bottle opening 5 and a plurality of sealing assemblies 10. The outer peripheral wall of the joint 1 is provided with an external thread 6 which is in threaded connection with an inner hole of the bottle mouth 5, and the external thread 6 is arranged along the direction from the head to the root of the bottle mouth 5. The root of the bottle mouth 5 is positioned at the position where the bottle mouth 5 is close to the bottle body 9, and the head of the bottle mouth 5 is positioned at the position where the bottle mouth 5 is far away from the bottle body 9.
In the embodiment, the non-threaded portion of the joint 1 is provided with a plurality of receiving grooves 11 corresponding to the sealing assembly 10, and each receiving groove 11 is disposed on the outer circumferential wall of the joint 1 and along the circumferential direction thereof. A sealing assembly 10 is located in the corresponding receiving groove 11, and the sealing assembly 10 is used for sealing the gap between the joint 1 and the bottle mouth 5 after the joint 1 is in threaded connection with the bottle mouth 5. In the embodiment, each sealing assembly 10 comprises a sealing ring 4 and a retaining ring 3, the sealing ring 4 and the retaining ring 3 are respectively arranged in the first annular groove 7 and the second annular groove 8, the sealing ring 4 is positioned on one side of the first annular groove 7 or the second annular groove 8 close to the root of the bottle mouth 5, and the retaining ring 3 is positioned on one side of the first annular groove 7 or the second annular groove 8 close to the head of the bottle mouth 5. Each sealing component 10 is an elastic component, specifically, the sealing ring 4 may be made of soft rubber, the retainer ring 3 may be made of leather, hard rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene, and the materials of the sealing ring 4 and the retainer ring 3 are not specifically limited.
The direction shown by the arrow in fig. 1 is the flow direction of the medium inside the gas cylinder, and is influenced by the flow direction of the medium inside the gas cylinder, so that the gas pressure inside the gas cylinder is higher, and the gas pressure at the root of the bottle opening 5 is higher than the gas pressure at the head of the bottle opening 5. Under the influence of air pressure, the sealing ring 4 is possibly extruded into the inner hole of the bottle mouth 5 and the gap between the joints 1, and after the retainer ring 3 is arranged, the situation can be avoided. Because the material of retaining ring 3 is than the hardness of sealing washer 4 and have sufficient elasticity to retaining ring 3 sets up the one side opposite at the sealing washer 4 pressurized side, receives under the effect of atmospheric pressure at sealing washer 4, and retaining ring 3 can prevent that sealing washer 4 from being crowded into the hole of bottleneck 5 and the gap between the joint 1, prevents that sealing washer 4 from receiving the damage.

The joint 1 is provided with a sealing washer 2 at the head part position close to the bottle mouth 5, and the sealing washer 2 is an elastic sealing washer 2. Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the contacting surface of the sealing assembly 10 with the bottle mouth 5 is provided with a plurality of grooves 12, the grooves 12 may be uniformly arranged on the outer peripheral walls of the sealing ring 4 and the retainer ring 3, the grooves 12 may be square grooves, circular grooves, etc., and the specific shape of the grooves 12 is not limited herein. Because sealing washer 4 and retaining ring 3 all have certain elasticity, and the periphery wall of sealing washer 4 and retaining ring 3 all protrudes in first ring channel 7 or the second ring channel 8 that corresponds for behind the hole threaded connection who will connect 1 with bottleneck 5, sealing washer 4 and retaining ring 3 all are in compression state, and sealing washer 4 and retaining ring 3 all have certain tension in the footpath of connecting 1.
