Abstract
The application provides a food processor. The cooking machine comprises a stirring component, a stirring cup component and a host. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the food processor 100 includes a main body 1, a stirring cup assembly 2, and a stirring assembly 3. The main machine 1 is provided with a control circuit board 14 to control the operation of the food processor. The blender cup assembly 2 includes a cup body 201. A processing space 200 for accommodating food material is provided in the cup body 201. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the sealing ring 301 includes a ring-shaped base portion 3013, the base portion 3013 is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the cup cover 302, the first sealing ring layer 3011 is disposed on an upper end of the base portion 3013 and extends outward from the upper end of the base portion 3013, and the second sealing ring layer 3012 is disposed on a lower end of the base portion 3013 and extends outward from a lower end of the base portion 3013. The arrangement of the seal ring base portion 3013 facilitates the arrangement of the first seal ring layer 3011 and the second seal ring layer 3012 on the outer peripheral side of the cup cover 302, and enables the first seal ring layer 3011 and the second seal ring layer 3012 to be arranged on the outer peripheral side of the cup cover 302 more firmly.
Further, as shown in fig. 13 to fig. 16, the first sealing ring layer 3011 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the cup 201, and the second sealing ring layer 3012 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the cup 201. The interference fit between the first seal ring layer 3011 and the inner wall of the cup body 201 is greater than the interference fit between the second seal ring layer 3012 and the inner wall of the cup body 201. It should be noted that in other embodiments, only one of the first and second seal ring layers may be in interference fit with the inner wall of the cup body. Or the interference fit can be omitted under the condition that the conditions allow, for example, the first sealing layer and the second sealing layer can achieve good sealing effect without adopting the interference fit. The application does not limit the method, and the method can be set according to specific conditions.
With continued reference to fig. 13-16, in some embodiments, the interference fit δ 2 between the first sealing ring layer 3011 and the inner wall of the cup 201 is 0.5mm-3 mm. The interference fit amount between the first sealing ring layer and the inner wall of the cup body is controlled within the range, so that the cup cover can be conveniently closed and taken down, and a better sealing effect is achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 13-16, in some embodiments, the interference fit δ 1 between the second sealing ring layer 3012 and the inner wall of the cup 201 is 0.5mm-1.5 mm. The interference fit amount between the second sealing ring layer and the inner wall of the cup body is controlled within the range, so that the cup cover can be conveniently closed and taken down, and a better sealing effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 7-12, 15 and 16, in some embodiments, a first blocking wall 3021 and a second blocking wall 3022 located below the first blocking wall 3021 are circumferentially disposed on an outer peripheral side of the cap 302. The first retaining wall 3021, the outer peripheral side of the cup lid 302, and the second retaining wall 3022 together form a sealing ring installation groove 3023, and the sealing ring 301 is installed in the sealing ring installation groove 3023. The sealing ring mounting groove is arranged to facilitate mounting and positioning of the sealing ring.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, the outer diameter D2 of the first blocking wall 3021 is larger than the outer diameter D1 of the second blocking wall 3022. The second blocking wall 3022 blocks the second sealing ring layer 3012 less, so that the second sealing ring layer 3012 is deformed in the moving process, and the cup cover can be covered and taken down conveniently. And the outer diameter of the first retaining wall 3021 is relatively large, so that the deformation of the first sealing ring layer 3021 is relatively small in the covering process, and the sealing effect of the first sealing ring layer 3021 is favorably improved.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, in some embodiments, a distance α 1 between the second blocking wall 3022 and the inner wall of the cup body 201 is greater than a distance α 2 between the first blocking wall 3021 and the inner wall of the cup body 201, so that the second blocking wall has a smaller blocking effect on the second gasket layer, which facilitates the deformation of the second gasket layer during the movement process, thereby facilitating the closing and removing of the lid.

With continued reference to fig. 2 to 3, in some embodiments, the main body 1 is provided with a stirring motor assembly 16 for driving the stirring blade to perform a stirring operation. The agitation motor assembly 16 is located above the agitation cup installation space 101. The stirring component 3 is detachably arranged at the lower end of the stirring motor component 16. Optionally, a containing cavity 3024 is formed in the middle of the cap 302, and at least a portion of the lower end of the stirring motor assembly 16 may extend into the containing cavity 3024, so that the stirring assembly 3 and the stirring motor assembly 16 can be assembled conveniently, and the height of the overall structure can be reduced. The stirring motor assembly 16 is in driving connection with the driving device 15, and the driving device 15 can directly drive the stirring motor assembly 16 to move up and down along the main machine 1 so as to indirectly drive the stirring assembly 3 to move up and down along the main machine 1.
It should be understood that the stirring motor assembly 16 is located above the stirring cup installation space 101, and the whole structure of the stirring motor assembly 16 is not limited to the area above the stirring cup installation space 101. For example, when the food processor is in an operating state, a small part of the stirring motor assembly can extend into the stirring cup installation space 101.
It should be noted that, the stirring assembly can be detachably arranged at the lower end of the stirring motor assembly through the mutually matched clamping pieces, and can also be assembled on the stirring motor assembly through other modes. Of course, in other embodiments, the stirring assembly may also be fixedly disposed on the stirring motor assembly, and is not detachable, which is not limited in this application. In addition, in some embodiments, the stirring assembly can be fixedly or detachably arranged on other parts of the main machine so as to be connected with the driving device through other parts.
