Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the food processor 500 includes a main body 300, a stirring cup assembly 200 and a cup cover assembly 100. The blender cup assembly 200 is detachably mounted to the main body 300. The stirring cup assembly 200 comprises a stirring cup 80 and a stirring cutter disc assembly 90 arranged at the bottom of the stirring cup 80. The cup cover assembly 100 is arranged on the stirring cup 80 in a covering mode.
The stirring cutter head assembly 90 comprises a base plate 91 and a lower stirring assembly 92 arranged on the base plate 91, wherein the lower stirring assembly 92 comprises a cutter shaft 921 and a lower stirring cutter 922 arranged on the upper end of the cutter shaft 921.
The main body 300 includes a housing 310 and a main body motor (not shown) disposed in the housing 310. The main body motor is used for driving the lower stirring component 92 to rotate in the stirring cup 80 so as to stir and crush the food materials. The cup lid assembly 100 includes a lid 10, an upper stirring assembly 20, and a lift adjustment mechanism. The upper stirring assembly 20 comprises a motor 21 and an upper stirring blade 22 mounted on an output shaft of the motor 21. The lifting adjusting mechanism is installed in the cover body 10, the lifting adjusting mechanism comprises a lifting motor 31, a gear set 32 and a driving frame 33, the driving frame 33 is matched with the upper stirring component 20, the lifting motor 31 drives the driving frame 33 to rotate through the gear set 32, and therefore the upper stirring component 20 is enabled to move in the up-and-down direction.
Because the cup cover assembly 100 comprises the lifting adjusting mechanism, the upper stirring assembly 20 can be driven to move up and down by the lifting adjusting mechanism, so that the height of the upper stirring assembly 20 in the stirring cup 80 can be adjusted according to the amount of the food materials in the stirring cup 80, and the food materials in the stirring cup 80 can be fully stirred by the upper stirring assembly 20; meanwhile, as the food processor 500 comprises the upper stirring component 20 and the lower stirring component 92, the crushing efficiency is high during the working process.
The cup cover assembly 100 further comprises a detection device for detecting the height of food materials in the stirring cup 80, the lifting adjusting mechanism adjusts the position of the upper stirring assembly 20 in the vertical direction according to the detection result, the crushing effect is good, and the use is convenient.
The gear set 32 includes a driving gear 321 fixed on the output shaft of the motor and a driven gear 322 engaged with the driving gear 321, and the driven gear 322 is disposed on the driving frame 33. In this way, the driving gear 321 and the driven gear 322 are engaged with each other to drive the rotation of the driving bracket 33. In the illustrated embodiment, the driven gear 322 is annular, and the driven gear 322 may be fixed to the outside of the driving frame 33 or may be integrally formed with the driving frame 33. In other embodiments, the driven gear 322 may also be provided as a portion of a ring, the ratio: a half-circle, a two-thirds circle, etc., without being limited thereto.

The driving frame 33 drives the upper stirring component 20 to rotate in the fixing frame 34, and the supporting portion 231 can move up and down along the sliding groove 331 through the cooperation between the guiding groove 341 and the supporting portion 231, so as to drive the upper stirring component 20 to move up and down, thereby adjusting the height of the upper stirring component 20 in the stirring cup 80.
The guide groove 341 includes a first end 3411, a second end 3412, and a guide segment 3413 connecting the first end 3411 and the second end 3412, the second end 3412 is higher than the first end 3411, and the guide segment 3413 extends obliquely. Since the guide segments 3413 extend obliquely, the guide of the supporting portion 231 can be more conveniently achieved. When the support portion 231 is at the first end 3411, the upper stirring member 20 is at the lowest position, when the support portion 231 is at the second end 3412, the upper stirring member 20 is at the highest position, and when the support portion 231 is at a point of the guide segment 3413, the upper stirring member 20 is at a height between the highest position and the lowest position.
When the upper stirring assembly 20 moves to the lowest position, the distance H1 between the upper stirring blade 22 and the lower stirring blade 922 is not less than 3 mm. In this way, the upper stirring blade 22 and the lower stirring blade 922 can be prevented from colliding with each other during use.
The cover body 10 comprises an upper cover 11, a middle cover 12 and a lower cover 13 assembled together, the middle cover 12 and the lower cover 13 can be fixed together by a buckle or a fastener, and the upper cover 11 and the middle cover 12 can be fixed together by a buckle or a fastener. Of course, in other embodiments, the upper cover 11, the middle cover 12 and the lower cover 13 may be fixed together by other means, such as: ultrasonic welding, and the like. In the illustrated embodiment, the upper cover 11 and the middle cover 12 are sealed by an upper sealing ring 161, and the middle cover 12 and the lower cover 13 are sealed by a lower sealing ring 162.
The cover 10 further includes a vent hole 171 penetrating the upper cover 11, the middle cover 12, and the lower cover 13, and a vent cover 172 engaged with the vent hole 171. The cap body 10 further includes a first sealing ring 173 and a second sealing ring 174 surrounding the exhaust hole 171, the first sealing ring 173 is located between the upper cap 11 and the middle cap 12, and the second sealing ring 174 is located between the middle cap 12 and the lower cap 13, so that vapor or liquid is prevented from entering the cap body 10.
The lower cover 13 is provided with an accommodating cavity 131, and the fixing frame 34 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 131. In the illustrated embodiment, the mount 34 is secured to the lower cover 13 by fasteners. The driving rack 33 is rotatable within the fixed rack 34 with respect to the fixed rack 34. The receiving chamber 131 includes a sidewall 1311 extending downward and a bottom wall 1312 at the bottom of the sidewall 1311. The bottom wall 1312 is provided with a through hole for the upper stirring assembly 20 to move up and down.
In the illustrated embodiment, the upper stirring assembly 20 further includes a motor fixing frame 23, the motor 21 is fixed in the motor fixing frame 23, and the supporting portion 231 is disposed on the motor fixing frame 23. In other embodiments, the upper stirring assembly 20 may not include the motor fixing frame 23, and the supporting portion 231 is directly disposed on the motor 21.
The driving frame 33 is provided with 2 or 3 sliding grooves 331, the fixing frame 34 is provided with 2 or 3 guiding grooves 341, and the motor fixing frame 23 is correspondingly provided with 2 or 3 supporting parts 231. As such, the upper agitation assembly 20 can be more smoothly moved in the up-and-down direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the driving frame 33 has 3 sliding slots 331, the fixing frame 34 has 3 guiding slots 341, and the motor fixing frame 23 has 3 supporting portions 231.
The output shaft of the motor 21 and the motor fixing frame 23 are sealed by a shaft sealing ring 233. Therefore, food materials are prevented from entering the motor fixing frame 23 from the gap between the motor output shaft and the bottom of the motor fixing frame 23 in use, and the cleaning is more convenient.
The bottom end of the fixing frame 34 is provided with a stirring assembly sealing ring 345 to form a seal between the fixing frame 34 and the upper stirring assembly 20. Therefore, the food material is prevented from entering the fixing frame 34 from the gap between the fixing frame 34 and the upper stirring assembly 20 in use, and the inconvenience of cleaning is avoided. Specifically, the bottom of the fixing frame 34 is provided with a sealing ring mounting part 344 protruding inwards to mount a stirring assembly sealing ring 345.
