本实用新型涉及林业防火技术领域,特别是一种基于光伏和风力发电的林业防火瞭望塔。
背景技术
森林火灾是世界八大自然灾害之一,突发性强、破坏性大、危险性高、处置极其困难,严重危及人民生命财产安全和森林资源安全,甚至引发生态灾难,因此,及时的发现森林火灾是森林防火的首要任务。森林防火瞭望塔在森林防火检测中发挥重要的作用,可以对林区森林火警进行及时的报告,经久耐用,是理想的火情监控,登高眺望,监视指挥工作台;但大部分的防火瞭望塔都建设在山区,无法对瞭望塔的内部照明及监控系统进行供电,同时,扑火拍作为森林灭火的重要物资,但其收纳不易。针对这些问题,有必要设计一种基于光伏和风力发电的林业防火瞭望塔,以解决上述技术问题。

本实用新型提供一种基于光伏和风力发电的林业防火瞭望塔,用于解决瞭望塔内部照明、监控系统供电,以及扑火拍收纳不便的技术问题。

本实用新型一种基于光伏和风力发电的林业防火瞭望塔,包括塔体、爬梯、扑火拍、工作平台、瞭望室、瞭望室屋顶、储能箱、风力发电装置、避雷针、光伏板Ⅰ、传能导线Ⅰ和传能导线Ⅱ;
所述塔体的底端至顶端设置有爬梯,爬梯上水平垂直安装有扑火拍,塔体的顶端设有工作平台,工作平台中央设置瞭望室,瞭望室上设有储能箱,瞭望室顶端设有瞭望室屋顶,瞭望室屋顶上固定安装光伏板Ⅰ,瞭望室屋顶顶端设有风力发电装置,避雷针设于风力发电装置顶端,还连接至瞭望塔底端并深入地下,光伏板Ⅰ和风力发电装置分别通过传能导线Ⅰ传能导线Ⅱ连接至储能箱。
优选地,所述扑火拍由固定杆、握杆和拍火部组成,所述固定杆竖直焊接在爬梯上,握杆与固定杆可拆卸连接,握杆顶端固定安装有拍火部,拍火部与光伏板Ⅱ可拆卸连接,光伏板Ⅱ通过传能导线Ⅲ连接至储能箱。
优选地,所述拍火部与光伏板Ⅱ通过卡扣连接。
优选地,所述握杆与固定杆之间螺纹连接,方便拆卸和安装。
优选地,所述扑火拍至少设置有10个。
优选地,所述风力发电装置包括相连的风轮叶片和中心发电机,风轮叶片围绕中心发电机旋转,中心发电机顶端安装有避雷针,风轮叶片之间平行设置,位于竖直面上;既能够实现风力发电装置的正常工作,又不影响避雷针,同时实现两种功能,节省空间。
优选地,所述瞭望室屋顶为伞状结构,能够尽量的增大光照面积。
本实用新型的有益效果有以下几点:
1、本实用新型的塔身上设置活动连接的扑火拍,既可以作为爬梯扶手,保障攀爬人员的安全,又能解决扑火拍的收纳,还能够取下用于扑火,方便实用。
2、本实用新型的瞭望室屋顶上设置光伏板Ⅰ,瞭望室屋顶顶端设置风力发电装置,无需架设外接电线即可为瞭望塔内部照明及监控系统进行供电。
3、扑火拍上设置可拆卸连接的光伏板Ⅱ,进一步增大了光伏板的铺设面积,更好的为瞭望塔供电,并且有效的利用自然资源,绿色环保。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型公开了一种基于光伏和风力发电的林业防火瞭望塔,包括塔体1、爬梯2、扑火拍3、工作平台4、瞭望室5、瞭望室屋顶6、储能箱7、风力发电装置8、避雷针9、光伏板Ⅰ、传能导线Ⅰ和传能导线Ⅱ;
所述塔体1的底端至顶端设置爬梯2,爬梯2上竖直安装有扑火拍3作为爬梯扶手,塔体1的顶端设有工作平台4,工作平台4中央设置瞭望室5,瞭望室5上设有储能箱7,瞭望室5顶端设有瞭望室屋顶6,瞭望室屋顶6上固定安装光伏板Ⅰ,瞭望室屋顶6顶端设有风力发电装置8,避雷针9设于风力发电装置8顶端连接至瞭望塔底端并深入地下,光伏板Ⅰ10和风力发电装置8分别通过传能导线Ⅰ传能导线Ⅱ连接至储能箱7。
在实施例中,扑火拍3由固定杆13、握杆14和拍火部15组成;所述固定杆13竖直焊接在爬梯2上,握杆14与固定杆13可拆卸连接,握杆14顶端固定安装有拍火部15,拍火部15与光伏板Ⅱ可拆卸连接,光伏板Ⅱ通过传能导线Ⅲ连接至储能箱7;所述拍火部15与光伏板Ⅱ通过卡扣连接;所述握杆14与固定杆13螺纹连接;所述扑火拍3最少为10个;所述风力发电装置8为水平轴风力发电机,以便顶端安装避雷针9。
本实用新型一种基于光伏和风力发电的林业防火瞭望塔的工作原理:塔身上设置活动连接的扑火拍3,工作人员上下爬梯时,扑火拍3即可作为爬梯2扶手,达到保障攀爬人员的安全及收纳扑火拍的目的;当发生森林火情时,工作人员取下光伏板Ⅱ16置于固定杆13与爬梯2的夹缝处,取下扑火拍3进行森林扑火,方便实用。
发电系统工作时,光伏板Ⅰ、光伏板Ⅱ和风力发电装置8分别将风能和太阳能收集并分别通过传能导线Ⅰ、传能导线Ⅱ和传能导线Ⅲ传送至储能箱7,储能箱7利用这些能量给瞭望塔内部照明及监控系统进行供电,有效的利用自然资源,绿色环保。

所述塔体(1)的底端至顶端设置有爬梯(2),爬梯(2)上水平垂直安装有扑火拍(3),塔体(1)的顶端设有工作平台(4),工作平台(4)中央设置瞭望室(5),瞭望室(5)上设有储能箱(7),瞭望室(5)顶端设有瞭望室屋顶(6),瞭望室屋顶(6)上固定安装光伏板Ⅰ(10),瞭望室屋顶(6)顶端设有风力发电装置(8),避雷针(9)设于风力发电装置(8)顶端,还连接至瞭望塔底端并深入地下,光伏板Ⅰ(10)和风力发电装置(8)分别通过传能导线Ⅰ(11)传能导线Ⅱ(12)连接至储能箱(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于光伏和风力发电的林业防火瞭望塔,其特征在于:所述扑火拍(3)由固定杆(13)、握杆(14)和拍火部(15)组成,所述固定杆(13)竖直焊接在爬梯(2)上,握杆(14)与固定杆(13)可拆卸连接,握杆(14)顶端固定安装有拍火部(15),拍火部(15)与光伏板Ⅱ(16)可拆卸连接,光伏板Ⅱ(16)通过传能导线Ⅲ(17)连接至储能箱(7)。
