8. The waste wire collecting device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the driving source is a cylinder, the cylinder includes a cylinder body, a piston rod is connected to the cylinder body, and the piston rod is connected to the push rod.

The waste silk collecting device of claim 5, wherein a bottom plate is connected to the bottom of the pay-off rack, a first positioning member and a second positioning member which are parallel to each other are connected to the bottom plate, a projection of the axis of the rotating shaft on the bottom plate is defined as a positioning line, and the first positioning member and the second positioning member are arranged in axial symmetry with respect to the positioning line.
