Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a schematic structural diagram of a water tank assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water tank assembly 100 includes a water tank 110, an operation part 120, and an air hole part 130. The operation part 120 and the air hole part 130 are positioned on the top surface of the water tank 110, and the operation part 120 may rotate to open and close the air hole part 130, thereby introducing external air into the inside of the water tank 110, and the inside of the water tank 110 stores a washing liquid, which may be fresh water or washing liquid, etc. When cleaning work is carried out, the water tank is connected to cleaning equipment, the operation part is rotated to control the opening and closing of the air holes, the air flow introduced into the water tank is adjusted by adjusting the covering quantity or the covering area of the operation part to the air hole part, so that the discharge flow rate of liquid in the water tank is controlled, the liquid is continuously injected into the cleaning cloth at the bottom of the water tank, and the cleaning work can be conveniently and quickly carried out.
Specifically, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a groove 101 may be formed at a top end surface of the water tank 110, the operation part 120 and the air hole part 130 are both disposed in the groove 101, the size of the groove 101 is such that the topmost end surface of the operation part 120 is not higher than the top surface of the water tank, and the operation part may be rotationally moved in the groove 101. Through this kind of setting, can not interfere the motion of operating portion and the height of water tank can not increase, and then guarantee to clean the volume of equipment.
Fig. 3 to 5 are schematic structural views illustrating an operation part of a water tank assembly, and referring to fig. 3 to 5, a middle portion of the operation part 120 includes a through hole, and a fixing member 102 is fastened in a groove 101 after passing through the through hole of the operation part 120, such that the operation part 120 covers a portion of the groove 101 and is capable of rotational movement about the fixing member 102. When the shielding portion 122 of the operation portion 120 rotates in the recess 101 in the movement direction, it may shield all the air hole portions 130 or open a part of the air hole portions 130 and all the air hole portions 130.
The operation portion 120 includes a handle portion 121 and a shielding portion 122, the handle portion 121 is fixedly connected to the shielding portion 122 and protrudes from a top end surface of the shielding portion 122, and the shielding portion 122 has a size larger than that of the air hole portion 130, so that the air hole portion 130 can be sufficiently shielded. The bottom end surface of the shielding portion 122 overlaps and contacts the top end surface of the water tank. By such an arrangement, the airtightness can be improved, and the amount of intake air can be controlled.
The hand-held portion 121 is fixedly connected to the shielding portion 122, and can drive the shielding portion to move, and for holding convenience, the hand-held portion 121 is formed in a shape of a straight line, a circle, or a polygon.
The shielding portion 122 may have a notched irregular shape, that is, the shielding portion 122 is rotated to shield the air hole portion 130, and when the shielding portion 122 is rotated continuously, the air hole portion is exposed without being shielded due to the notched portion of the shielding portion 122. According to the utility model discloses a shielding portion 122 that provides in the embodiment is similar semi-circular, and when the operating portion rotated around mounting 102, semi-circular shape's shielding portion 122 all covered gas hole portion 130, and when continuing to rotate, semi-circular keeping away from gas hole portion 130 gradually, exposes a part gas pocket gradually, and when semi-circular part was all passed through, gas hole portion 130 all exposed, and the liquid flow rate was the biggest this moment. For convenience of description and convenience of processing, the groove 101 and the shielding portion 122 on the upper surface of the water tank in the embodiment of the present invention are both corresponding to a circular shape. However, other shapes are also feasible, such as hexagonal. As long as the shielding portion 122 can rotate freely in the groove and can shield part of or all of the air holes.
Preferably, a sealing portion, which may be elastic, such as a rubber member, may be provided at the bottom surface of the shielding portion 122. When the shielding part covers the upper part of the air hole part, the sealing part can prevent air from entering the water tank through the air hole part, prevent liquid from being injected into the cleaning cloth, or accurately control the amount of the air entering the water tank.
Preferably, in order to more precisely guide and position the operation portion 120, a positioning portion 124 may be further provided on the bottom surface of the shielding portion 122, a guiding portion 103 engaged with the positioning portion may be provided on the bottom surface of the groove 101, and the positioning portion 124 may be provided in the guiding portion 103, so that the rotation direction of the operation portion 120 may be positioned after the positioning portion 124 is engaged with the guiding portion 103. Alternatively, according to another embodiment of the present invention, a guiding portion may be disposed on the bottom surface of the shielding portion 122, and a positioning portion may be disposed on the surface of the groove 101, as long as the operating portion can move in the groove 101 according to a fixed movement path, so that the covering amount or the covering area of the air hole portion 130 can be accurately adjusted.
In order to allow the water tank to normally operate without leakage of water due to the user's injection of excessive water, the air hole part 130 is positioned higher than the maximum water level inside the water tank, that is, the air hole part 130 is disposed at an upper region of the maximum water level inside the water tank.
In an embodiment according to the present invention, the air hole part 130 includes a plurality of air holes, wherein the plurality of air holes are distributed along the moving direction of the operation part. The operation portion 120 may movably block all of the air holes or open some or all of the air holes in a moving direction. In addition, the air holes distributed along the moving direction of the operation portion may be different in diameter, for example, gradually larger along the moving direction or gradually smaller along the moving direction. The air holes distributed along the moving direction of the operation portion may not be uniformly distributed, for example, gradually becoming dense along the moving direction, or gradually becoming sparse along the moving direction.
In another embodiment according to the present invention, the air hole part 130 includes bar-shaped air holes arranged along the moving direction of the operation part, and the shielding part 122 of the operation part 120 movably shields the bar-shaped air holes or opens some or all of the bar-shaped air holes. Also, the bar-shaped orifice portions 130 may not be uniformly arranged. The air hole part 130 may include various arrangements as long as the amount of air introduced into the water tank can be changed by the shielding part 122 to thereby facilitate the control of the discharged water.
The present application also provides a cleaning apparatus comprising a water tank 100 and a wipe. When cleaning work is required, corresponding liquid can be injected into the water tank 100, the cleaning cloth is combined with the water tank 100, and then the cleaning cloth is installed on cleaning equipment. According to the type and degree of dirt on the ground to be cleaned, the user can rotate the handle portion 121 of the operation portion 120 to drive the shielding portion 122 to open or close part or all of the air hole portion 130. Thereby adjusting the amount of air introduced into the interior of the tank and thus controlling the discharge flow rate of the liquid inside the tank.
After the existing water delivery mode through the water pump is changed into the gas injection water delivery mode, the injection amount of liquid in the water tank injected into the cleaning cloth can be adjusted more conveniently. In addition, the gas injection and water delivery mode is adopted, and the electric quantity in a power supply part inside the cleaning equipment is not required to be consumed. The service time of the cleaning equipment is prolonged, the whole weight of the cleaning equipment is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and alterations to the embodiments of the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application. Thus, such modifications and variations are intended to be included herein within the scope of this disclosure.
