Claims (10)

1. A security device for preventing the theft of commodities is characterized by comprising
A base, a display bracket and a safety cable;
the base is used for supporting the display bracket thereon and comprises a first mounting part partially protruding from the upper surface;
the display stand includes a second mounting location configured to operably couple with the first mounting location; the first mounting location and the second mounting location are configured to form a smooth outer surface at a joint seam therebetween;
the security cable operatively connected to the article and configured to electrically connect to a warning device;
the security device is configured to issue a security signal when the article is removed without authorization.
2. The security device of claim 1 wherein said display bracket includes a rod portion, said second mounting portion being located at an end of said rod portion.
3. The security device of claim 1, wherein the first and second mounting portions include anti-rotation structures coupled to each other to prevent conjoint rotation.
4. The security device of claim 1, wherein the first and second mounting locations are configured to be lockingly engaged by a fastener.
5. The security device of claim 1, wherein the security cable comprises a detection sensor, and the detection sensor comprises one or more of a switch, a current, a voltage, a pressure, and an optical combination.
6. The security device of claim 1, comprising a charging assembly configured to be connected to the merchandise via the security cable or display bracket for supplying power to the merchandise.
7. A security device according to claim 1, comprising a power source arranged to be able to provide power to the security device or to the article.
8. A security device according to claim 1, wherein the warning device comprises an alarm arranged to emit an alarm.
9. A security device according to claim 1, wherein said alarm device is configured to be embedded in said base or independent of said base.
10. A security device for the theft protection of an article as claimed in claim 1 or 9, wherein said security cable is configured to be electrically connected to the alarm device through the base or directly to the alarm device.
