As shown in fig. 12 to 15, in the second embodiment, the convex structure 323 is a kidney-shaped protrusion, and the concave structure 331 is a square hole disposed on the locking piece. The structure is simple, and the height of the state display device can be reduced to match with a lockset with the corresponding height. In addition, when the height of the unlocking component 30 needs to be adjusted slightly to adapt to the heights of different locks, the locking piece can be adjusted in thickness.
The state display device (not shown) of the third embodiment is different from the state display device of the first embodiment in the specific structure of the transmission member. Specifically, in the third embodiment, the transmission member 32 includes a rotating cylinder drivingly connected to the lock cylinder 31 and the locking member 33, and a transmission cylinder sleeved on the rotating cylinder, and the first fitting structure 321 is disposed on an outer wall of the transmission cylinder. The first engaging structure 321 and the transmission cylinder are an integral structure. As shown in fig. 18, in the present embodiment, the lower surface of the abutment projection 1111 can be brought into abutment engagement with the upper surface of the second end of the handle 60 to hold the handle 60 in the locking position. The unlocking and locking principles are described below:
unlocking principle:
when the unlocking key is inserted into the lock cylinder 31 of the state display device 70, the lock cylinder 31 is rotated, the lock cylinder 31 drives the transmission wheel to rotate, the transmission wheel drives the locking piece to move, the locking piece retracts into the lower shell 112, and the rotary motion of the first shell 11 is unlocked; the driving wheel simultaneously drives the status wheel to rotate, so that the unlocking color is displayed at the position of the transparent window of the upper shell 111. When the rear end (the end near the spring) of the lower housing 112 is pressed, the lower housing 112 rotates at a small angle about the first rotation axis 80 (pin). When the lower housing 112 rotates, the upper housing 111 is driven to rotate, so that the matching part (the abutting protrusion 1111) of the upper housing 111 and the handle 60 tilts, the upper housing 111 is separated from the handle 60, and at this time, the handle 60 rotates and pops open under the action of the spring. Finally, the handle 60 is held by hand and rotated 90 degrees on the horizontal plane to unlock the lock.
The locking principle is as follows:
during locking, the handle 60 rotates towards the horizontal position, the handle 60 is pressed, the inclined surface of the front end (hook portion) of the handle 60 contacts with the abutting protrusion 1111 of the state display device 70, the lower shell 112 rotates around the first rotating shaft 80 by a small angle under the action of the handle 60 until the handle 60 completely enters the lock body 50, at the moment, the lower shell 112 rotates around under the action of the spring, and the abutting surface of the abutting protrusion 1111 is matched with the handle 60 to limit the rotation of the handle 60. When the unlocking key is inserted for reverse rotation, the lock core 31 rotates to drive the transmission wheel to rotate, the transmission wheel drives the locking piece to move, a small part of the locking piece extends out of the lower shell 112 and is matched with the second shell to limit the rotary motion of the first shell, and the locking effect is achieved.

Claims (16)

1. A status display device, comprising:
the shell (10) comprises a first shell (11) and a second shell (12) which are connected through a first rotating shaft (80) in a pivoting mode, the second shell (12) comprises a bottom plate (121), and an avoidance space used for avoiding part of the first shell (11) is arranged on the bottom plate (121);
the elastic piece (20) is arranged between the first shell (11) and the second shell (12), and the elastic piece (20) provides supporting force for the first shell (11) and enables the first shell (11) to be in abutting fit with an unlocking piece of a lock;
an unlocking assembly (30) comprising a lock cylinder (31), a transmission member (32) and a locking member (33) which are arranged on the first shell (11), wherein the lock cylinder (31) is rotatably arranged, the lock cylinder (31) is in driving fit with the transmission member (32), the transmission member (32) is in driving fit with the locking member (33), the locking member (33) has an extending position extending out of the first shell (11) and a retracting position retracting into the first shell (11), when the locking member (33) is in the extending position, the lower surface of the locking member (33) is in abutting fit with the second shell (12), so that the first shell (11) can still be in abutting fit with the unlocking member under the condition of external force, and when the locking member (33) is in the retracting position, the lower surface of the locking member (33) is released from abutting fit with the second shell (12), the first shell (11) can rotate towards the second shell (12) under the condition of external force, and part of the first shell (11) can enter the avoidance space and is gradually separated from the unlocking piece;
the state piece (40) is in driving fit with the transmission piece (32), the state piece (40) is provided with a first indication position corresponding to the extending position of the locking piece (33) and a second indication position corresponding to the retracting position of the locking piece (33), and the shell (10) is provided with a viewing port (1) for viewing the position of the state piece (40).

A status display device according to claim 1, wherein the transmission member (32) is a transmission wheel and the status member (40) is a status wheel, and wherein the transmission wheel and the status wheel are provided with a first engagement structure (321) and a second engagement structure (41) respectively, which engage with each other, such that the status wheel is rotatable about its own axis by the transmission wheel.
3. The status display device according to claim 2, wherein the first mating structure (321) is a first external toothing arranged on a side wall of the transmission member (32), and the second mating structure (41) is a second external toothing arranged on an outer wall of the status member (40) and meshing with the first external toothing.
4. A status display device according to claim 2, wherein the upper surface of the status wheel comprises a first area (42) and a second area (43), the first area (42) being of a different colour or logo than the second area (43).

The status display device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, the first housing (11) includes an upper housing (111) and a lower housing (112), the upper shell (111) is provided with a first accommodating space (2) which is arranged at intervals and is used for accommodating the lock cylinder (31) and a second accommodating space (3) which is used for accommodating the status wheel, the lower case (112) includes a base plate portion (1121) and a cylindrical portion (1122) provided on the base plate portion (1121) and recessed downward, the barrel part (1122) is provided corresponding to the first accommodation space (2), the substrate portion (1121) is provided corresponding to the second accommodation space (3), the state wheel is supported by the base plate part (1121), part of the transmission wheel is accommodated in the barrel part (1122), the first mating structure (321) extends out of the barrel portion (1122) to mate with the second mating structure (41).

The status display device according to claim 1, wherein one of the bottom of the lock cylinder (31) and the top of the transmission member (32) is provided with a driving shaft (311), the other of the bottom of the lock cylinder (31) and the top of the transmission member (32) is provided with a fitting hole (324), and the driving shaft (311) is fitted with the fitting hole (324) to drive the transmission member (32) to rotate.

The status display device according to claim 9, wherein the convex structure (323) is a convex column eccentrically disposed from the transmission body (322), the concave structure (331) is a long hole disposed on the locking piece, an extending direction of the long hole is perpendicular to the predetermined direction, or the convex structure (323) is a kidney-shaped projection, and the concave structure (331) is a square hole disposed on the locking piece.

The status display device according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the first housing (11) includes a lower housing (112), the lower housing (112) includes a base plate portion (1121), a barrel portion (1122) disposed on the base plate portion (1121) and recessed downward, and the limiting structure (1123) disposed at the bottom of the barrel portion (1122), the limiting structure (1123) forms a sliding slot with the bottom of the barrel portion (1122), the locking piece is movably disposed in the sliding slot, the transmission member body (322) is disposed in the barrel portion (1122), the bottom of the barrel portion (1122) is provided with a second avoiding hole (1124), and the protruding structure (323) penetrates out of the second avoiding hole (1124) and is matched with the recessed structure (331) of the locking piece.

a status display device (70) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14, wherein when the status member (40) of the status display device (70) is in the first indicating position, the first housing (11) of the status display device (70) is capable of abutting engagement with the upper surface of the second end of the handle (60) to retain the handle (60) in the locked position, and when the status member (40) is in the second indicating position, the first housing (11) is capable of moving away from the upper surface of the second end of the handle (60) under the influence of an external force to enable the handle (60) to move from the locked position to the unlocked position.
16. The lock of claim 15, wherein the lock is a link lock.
