Fig. 1 illustrates an exploded structure view of a roll brush box for a cleaning robot according to an embodiment of the present application, the roll brush box including, as shown in fig. 1: a cartridge body 101 defining an accommodating chamber for accommodating a roll brush of the cleaning robot; the box body is also provided with an opening for exposing the rolling brush; and the cartridge body 101 is detachably attached to the housing of the cleaning robot.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the rolling brush 201 may be installed in the box body 101 of the rolling brush box, and the box body 101 is provided with an opening, so that a part of the rolling brush 201 is exposed to the outside when the rolling brush 201 is installed in the rolling brush box, so that the rolling brush 201 can perform a floor mopping operation when rolling. The detachable connection between the box body 101 and the end cap 102 can be any detachable connection, such as a snap connection. One end of the rolling shaft of the rolling brush 201 passes through the through hole, so that the power output shaft can be meshed with one end of the rolling shaft to drive the rolling brush 201 to roll. The rolling brush 201 can be put into the containing cavity through one side of the box body 101, one end of a rolling shaft of the rolling brush 201 penetrates through the through hole, the other end of the rolling shaft is aligned with the limiting hole, the end cover 102 is fixedly connected with the box body 101, and therefore the rolling brush 201 is installed in the rolling brush box. When the rolling brush box is disassembled, the end cover 102 and the box body 101 are disassembled, so that the rolling brush 201 can be taken out, and the rolling brush 201 and the rolling brush box are cleaned. According to the embodiment of the application, the rolling brush 201 is installed in the rolling brush box, and then the rolling brush box and the shell are installed and fixed, so that the rolling brush 201 can be timely detached and cleaned after sweeping and mopping work is completed by a cleaning robot, and bacteria breeding is avoided.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in one embodiment, the cleaning robot further includes a pinch plate assembly provided on the housing 300; FIG. 4 is a schematic structural view illustrating a pinch plate assembly of the cleaning robot according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in FIG. 4, the pinch plate assembly includes a pinch plate 332, a connecting rod 331 fixed to the housing 300, and a torsion spring 333 sleeved on the connecting rod 331; the buckle plate 332 comprises a pressing part 3322 and a rotating part 3321, the torsion spring 333 is arranged between the pressing part 3322 and the rotating part 3321, and the end part of the rotating part 3321 is provided with a buckle 3323 for matching with the clamping groove 105 of the rolling brush box.
In one embodiment, the buckle assembly further includes a pressing block 3324 disposed on a pressing surface of the pressing portion 3322 and exposed on an outer surface of the cleaning robot. The pressing block 3324 is provided to facilitate pressing by a user. In one example, a through hole (not shown) may be provided on the cleaning robot such that the pressing block 3324 is exposed to an outer surface of the cleaning robot through the through hole, so that a user can directly press the pressing block 3324 from an outer side of the cleaning robot. It should be understood that the pressing portion 3324 of the embodiment of the present application may be pressed from above the cleaning robot, and the corresponding pressing portion 3322 of the pinch plate 332 is exposed on the upper surface of the cleaning robot; the pressing portion 3322 of the corresponding buckle plate 332 may be disposed toward the side edge for pressing from the side edge of the cleaning robot, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. After the pressing piece 3324 is pressed, the rotating portion 3321 is rotated by the torsion spring 333, and the latch 3323 is disengaged from the engaging groove 105 of the brush box, so that the brush box can be easily detached. In one example, torsion springs 333 can be 2 in number, each mounted on either side of pinch plate 332; in another example, the number of torsion springs 333 can be 3, and the torsion springs are respectively installed at two sides and the middle of buckle plate 332; the number of the torsion springs 333 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment, the cleaning robot further includes a boss 321 protruding toward the box body 101, the boss 321 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 300 of the cleaning robot, and the boss 321 is integrally formed with the bottom of the housing 300. In one embodiment, the cleaning robot further comprises an elastic member disposed at one side of the housing 300 of the cleaning robot, and a power output shaft 351 disposed at the other side of the housing 300; wherein, under the condition that the box body 101 is arranged on the cleaning robot, the elastic component is opposite to the end cover 102; the power output shaft 351 is engaged with one end of the rolling shaft of the roll brush 201.
When the pressing block 3324 is pressed down and the buckle 3323 on the shell 300 is disengaged from the clamping groove 105 on the box body 101, the elastic component pushes out the end cover 102 to indicate to the user that the rolling brush box can be taken out, thereby further facilitating the user to disassemble the rolling brush box and the rolling brush 201. In one example, the resilient member includes a spring 341 and a bullet 342.
In one example, a power component 352 that powers a power take-off shaft 351 is provided within the housing of the cleaning robot. When the power output shaft 351 engages with one end of the rolling shaft of the roller brush 201, the other side of the bottom of the lower case 320, i.e., the side on which the power output shaft 351 is provided, is attached to the side on which the through-hole is provided in the cartridge body 101.

The cleaning robot of claim 6, further comprising an elastic member provided at one side of a housing of the cleaning robot, and a power output shaft provided at the other side of the housing; wherein the elastic member is opposed to an end cap in a state where the cartridge body is mounted to the cleaning robot; the power output shaft is meshed with one end of the rolling shaft of the rolling brush.
