Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
An earphone 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 13. The headset 100 may be a TWS headset. In the following description of the present application, the headset 100 is exemplified as a TWS headset. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the headset 100 may also be other types of headsets 100 and is not limited to TWS headsets.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an earphone 100, such as a TWS earphone, according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a head band 1, two ear cups 2, and at least one earphone body 3.
Two earmuffs 2 are connected respectively at the both ends of head hoop 1, and at least one in two earmuffs 2 is the earmuff that charges, and the earmuff that charges includes the module of charging. From this, through above-mentioned setting, can hang head band 1 and use at human neck, compare with the earphone box that charges that needs carried independently now, because ear muff 2 links to each other with head band 1 and at least one ear muff 2 includes the module of charging, can prevent effectively that the module of charging from losing. Moreover, the charging module arranged in this way can be held by hands without hands, and is convenient to carry. In addition, head band 1 and ear muff 2 that the string of neck used can play better decorative effect, have higher fashion nature and aesthetic property to can effectively promote user experience. Alternatively, in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the head band 1 may be formed in an arc-shaped structure to fit the shape of the neck of a human body. But is not limited thereto.
Earphone body 3 detachably establishes in the earmuff that charges, and the module of charging is connected with earphone body 3 electricity in order being suitable for to earphone body 3 to charge when earphone body 3 is located the earmuff that charges. For example, in the example of fig. 10 and 11, a first charging contact 26 may be provided in the charging ear cup, and the first charging contact 26 is connected to the charging module. The earphone body 3 may be provided with a second charging contact 31. The first charging contact 26 can be connected to the second charging contact 31 when the earphone body 3 is placed in the charging muff. When the earphone 100 is determined to need to be charged, the power of the charging module is transferred to the earphone body 3 through the first charging contact 26 and the second charging contact 31.
Therefore, through the arrangement, when in use, the earphone body 3 can be taken out of the charging earmuff and put into the ear of a human body, so that the sound signal is transmitted to the ear of the human body; after the use is accomplished, can put into the corresponding earmuff that charges with earphone body 3 in, on the one hand, the module of charging in the earmuff that charges can charge earphone body 3 to improve earphone body 3's duration, on the other hand, the earmuff that charges can play effectual holding effect, can prevent effectively that earphone body 3 from losing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the charging earmuffs comprise an earmuff box 21 and an earmuff cover 22. Wherein the charging module is arranged in the earmuff box 21, one end of the earmuff cover 22 is rotatably connected with the earmuff box 21 to open and close the earmuff box 21, and the earphone body 3 is suitable for being put into the earmuff box 21 or taken out of the earmuff box 21 when the earmuff cover 22 opens the earmuff box 21.
For example, in the example of fig. 2, the ear cup case 21 is of a substantially cylindrical structure, the ear cup cover 22 is of a substantially circular shape, the ear cup cover 22 is provided on one side surface of the ear cup case 21, and one end of the ear cup cover 22 in the radial direction is pivotally connected to the ear cup case 21. When the earphone body 3 needs to be taken and placed, the earmuff cover 22 can rotate around the end of the earmuff cover 22 towards the side far away from the earmuff box 21, so that the earmuff box 21 is opened; when the taking and placing are completed, the earcup cover 22 is rotated around the one end of the earcup cover 22 toward the earcup box 21 to close the earcup box 21. Wherein, earphone body 3 can be fixed in earmuff box 21 through the mode of magnetism, can adopt magnetism to inhale or the mode that machinery pressed realizes opening and closing of earmuff box 21 between earmuff lid 22 and the earmuff box 21.
From this, through setting up foretell earmuff box 21 and earmuff lid 22, earmuff box 21 can be used for holding earphone body 3 to when making things convenient for earphone body 3 to charge, can prevent effectively that earphone body 3 from losing. Moreover, when the earmuff cover 22 closes the earmuff box 21, impurities such as external dust can be effectively prevented from entering the earmuff box 21, so that the influence on the normal work of the charging module can be avoided, and the service life of the charging module can be prolonged. In addition, through making ear muff lid 22 and ear muff box 21 rotationally link to each other, can need not extra spare part between ear muff lid 22 and the ear muff box 21 and be connected, the structure is simpler, makes things convenient for opening and closing of ear muff box 21 to make things convenient for getting of earphone body 3 and put.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2-5, each ear cup 2 is rotatably connected to the head band 1 through a rotating structure 4, the rotating structure 4 includes a first rotating shaft 41, and each ear cup 2 is rotatable around a central axis of the corresponding first rotating shaft 41 relative to the head band 1.
For example, in the example of fig. 2-5, the ear muffs 2 can be formed as cylindrical structures. When the head band is used, the head band 1 can be hung on the neck of a human body, the two earmuffs 2 are approximately positioned in front of the chest of the human body, the side surface of each earmuff 2 is in contact with the human body, and the earmuff cover 22 of each earmuff 2 is approximately vertical to the chest of the human body. When earphone body 3 needs to be put into or taken out of the charging earmuffs, the charging earmuffs can be rotated around the first rotating shaft 41, the earmuff cover 22 is rotated to be approximately parallel to the chest position of a human body, and then the earmuff cover 22 is opened to put in or take out the earphone body 3. From this, through setting up foretell first pivot 41, can need not to take off earphone 100 such as TWS earphone from the neck when getting to put earphone body 3, only need make the ear muff that charges rotate for head hoop 1 can adjust the angle of the ear muff that charges to it is more convenient to make getting of earphone body 3 put.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-7, the two ends of the head band 1 are formed with first fitting holes 11, each of the first fitting holes 11 and the corresponding first rotating shaft 41 is formed with a first limiting groove 411, the other of each of the first fitting holes 11 and the corresponding first rotating shaft 41 is provided with a first limiting protrusion 111, and the first limiting protrusion 111 is fitted in the first limiting groove 411 to limit the axial movement of the corresponding ear muff 2 relative to the head band 1 along the first rotating shaft 41.
For example, in the example of fig. 3 to 7, the first stopper protrusion 111 is provided on the side wall of the first fitting hole 11, the first stopper groove 411 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first rotating shaft 41, and the first stopper groove 411 extends in the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft 41. During installation, the free end of the first rotating shaft 41 extends into the first matching hole 11, and the first limiting protrusion 111 is arranged on the first matching hole 11, so that the first rotating shaft 41 can be assembled in place in an extruding manner, and the first limiting protrusion 111 is matched in the first limiting groove 411. Therefore, through the arrangement of the first matching hole 11, the first rotating shaft 41 can be matched with the first matching hole 11, so that the radial movement of the earmuffs 2 relative to the head band 1 along the first rotating shaft 41 can be limited, and through matching the first limiting protrusion 111 in the first limiting groove 411, the axial movement of the earmuffs 2 relative to the head band 1 along the first rotating shaft 41 can be limited, so that the separation of the earmuffs 2 from the head band 1 can be avoided, the connection between the earmuffs 2 and the head band 1 is more reliable, and the loss of the earmuffs 2 is further prevented.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 to 7, one of the head band 1 and the first rotating shaft 41 is formed with a first rotation limiting groove 12 extending along the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft 41, and the other of the head band 1 and the first rotating shaft 41 is provided with a first rotation limiting protrusion 412, and the first rotation limiting protrusion 412 is movably fitted in the first rotation limiting groove 12 to limit the rotation angle of the ear muff 2 relative to the head band 1 in the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft 41.
For example, in the example of fig. 3 to 7, the first rotation-restricting groove 12 is formed by the end surface of the headband 1 being recessed toward a direction away from the ear cup 2, the first rotation-restricting groove 12 is located radially outward of the first fitting hole 11 and communicates with the first fitting hole 11, and both ends of the first rotation-restricting groove 12 in the circumferential direction are provided at intervals. The first rotation limiting protrusion 412 is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the end of the first rotating shaft 41 far from the head band 1, the first rotation limiting protrusion 412 is fitted in the first rotation limiting groove 12, and the circumferential length of the first rotation limiting protrusion 412 is smaller than the circumferential length of the first rotation limiting groove 12. When the ear cup 2 and the rotation structure 4 rotate around the central axis of the first rotation shaft 41 relative to the head band 1, the first rotation limiting protrusion 412 can rotate relative to the head band 1 in the first rotation limiting groove 12, and when the first rotation limiting protrusion 412 abuts against one of the two ends of the first rotation limiting groove 12 in the circumferential direction, the rotation structure 4 stops rotating. Therefore, the first rotation limiting protrusion 412 is movably matched in the first rotation limiting groove 12, so that an effective stopping and limiting effect can be achieved, the earmuffs 2 is prevented from randomly rotating in the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft 41 relative to the head band 1, and the structural stability of the whole earphone 100, such as a TWS earphone, can be improved.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2-4, 8 and 9, the rotating structure 4 further comprises a second rotating shaft 42, the second rotating shaft 42 is disposed non-coaxially with the first rotating shaft 41, and each ear cup 2 is rotatably connected to the second rotating shaft 42. For example, each ear cup 2 can be pivotally connected to the second shaft 42. Therefore, by arranging the second rotating shaft 42, each ear muff 2 can rotate around the central axis of the corresponding second rotating shaft 42 relative to the head band 1, and the second rotating shaft 42 and the first rotating shaft 41 are arranged in a non-coaxial manner, so that the angle of the ear muffs 2 relative to the head band 1 can be adjusted more flexibly when the earphone body 3 is taken and placed, and the earphone body 3 is further convenient to take and place.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-4, 8 and 9, each ear cup 2 is formed with a second fitting hole 23, one of the second fitting hole 23 and the second rotating shaft 42 is formed with a second limiting groove 421, the other of the second fitting hole 23 and the second rotating shaft 42 is provided with a second limiting protrusion 231, and the second limiting protrusion 231 is fitted in the second limiting groove 421 to limit the axial movement of the ear cup 2 along the second rotating shaft 42.
For example, in the examples of fig. 2 to 4, 8, and 9, the second fitting hole 23 is formed by a side surface of the ear cup 2 being recessed inward. The second limiting protrusion 231 is disposed on the sidewall of the second matching hole 23, the second limiting groove 421 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the second rotating shaft 42, and the second limiting groove 421 extends along the circumferential direction of the second rotating shaft 42. When the assembly is performed, the free end of the second shaft 42 extends into the second engaging hole 23, and the second position-limiting protrusion 231 is engaged in the second position-limiting groove 421. Therefore, by providing the second engaging hole 23, the second rotating shaft 42 can be engaged with the second engaging hole 23, so as to limit the radial movement of the ear muffs 2 relative to the head band 1 along the second rotating shaft 42, and by engaging the second limiting protrusion 231 in the second limiting groove 421, the axial movement of the ear muffs 2 relative to the head band 1 along the second rotating shaft 42 can be limited, so as to avoid the disengagement of the ear muffs 2 from the rotating structure 4, and to improve the structural stability of the whole earphone 100, such as a TWS earphone.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2-4, 8 and 9, one of the ear muffs 2 and the second rotating shaft 42 is formed with a second rotation limiting groove 24 extending along the circumferential direction of the second rotating shaft 42, and the other of the ear muffs 2 and the second rotating shaft 42 is provided with a second rotation limiting protrusion 422, and the second rotation limiting protrusion 422 movably fits in the second rotation limiting groove 24 to limit the rotation angle of the ear muffs 2 in the circumferential direction of the second rotating shaft 42.
For example, in the example of fig. 2 to 4, 8, and 9, the second rotation-restricting groove 24 is formed by the side surface of the ear cup 2 being recessed inward, the second rotation-restricting groove 24 is located radially outward of the second fitting hole 23 and communicates with the second fitting hole 23, and both ends of the second rotation-restricting groove 24 in the circumferential direction are provided at intervals. The second rotation limiting protrusion 422 is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the end of the second rotating shaft 42 away from the ear muff 2, the second rotation limiting protrusion 422 is fitted in the second rotation limiting groove 24, and the circumferential length of the second rotation limiting protrusion 422 is smaller than the circumferential length of the second rotation limiting groove 24. When the earmuffs 2 rotate around the central axis of the second rotating shaft 42 relative to the rotating structure 4 and the head band 1, relative rotation is generated between the second rotation limiting protrusion 422 and the second rotation limiting groove 24, and when the second rotation limiting protrusion 422 abuts against one of the two ends of the second rotation limiting groove 24 in the circumferential direction, the relative rotation between the earmuffs 2 and the rotating structure 4 is stopped. Therefore, the second rotation limiting protrusion 422 is movably matched in the second rotation limiting groove 24, so that the effective stopping and limiting effects can be achieved, the earmuffs 2 is prevented from randomly rotating in the circumferential direction of the second rotating shaft 42 relative to the rotating structure 4 and the head band 1, and the structural stability of the earphone 100, such as a TWS earphone, can be effectively improved.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 4 in combination with fig. 2, the rotating structure 4 further includes a connecting plate 43, the first rotating shaft 41 and the second rotating shaft 42 are respectively disposed at two sides of the connecting plate 43, and the first rotating shaft 41 and the second rotating shaft 42 are respectively disposed at two ends of the connecting plate 43 in the length direction.
For example, in the example of fig. 2-4, the connecting plate 43 may be formed into an arc-shaped structure to match the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the ear muff 2, so that the structure of the rotating structure 4 and the ear muff 2 is more compact and the occupied space is saved. The first rotating shaft 41 and the second rotating shaft 42 are respectively provided on both sides in the thickness direction of the connecting plate 43. Thus, by providing the above-described connecting plate 43, the connecting plate 43 can be used to connect the first rotating shaft 41 and the second rotating shaft 42, thereby making the rotating structure 4 more reliable. Furthermore, the connecting plate 43 has a "plate-like" structure, and is thin and occupies a small space, thereby making the structure of the headset 100, such as a TWS headset, more compact. In addition, through making first pivot 41 and second pivot 42 be located the both ends of connecting plate 43 respectively, when convenient nimble adjustment ear muff 2 is for the angle of headband 1, make the atress of connecting plate 43 more even, avoid producing local stress concentration to can improve effective rotating-structure 4's structural strength.
In some embodiments of the present invention, with reference to fig. 2, 10-13, the charging earmuffs include a sound generating module and a speaker 25, the speaker 25 is electrically connected to the sound generating module, and the earphone body 3 is connected to the sound generating module when the earphone body 3 is located in the charging earmuffs.
For example, in the examples of fig. 2, 10-13, a first sound transmitting contact 27 may be provided within the charging ear cup, with the first sound transmitting contact 27 being connected to the sound emitting module. The earphone body 3 may be provided with a second sound transmission contact 32. The first sound transmitting contact 27 may be connected to the second sound transmitting contact 32 when the earphone body 3 is connected to the terminal and placed in the charging ear cup. The sound signal transmitted from the terminal to the earphone body 3 can be transmitted to the speaker 25 through the first sound transmission contact 27 and the second sound transmission contact 32, and finally, can be transmitted out through the sound transmission hole 28 of the charging ear cup. From this, through setting up foretell sound production module and speaker 25, earphone 100 can pass through speaker 25 transmission sound signal when earphone body 3 is put into the ear muff that charges to can realize earphone 100's normal use when earphone body 3 charges, make earphone 100 for example TWS earphone can have the function of headset simultaneously.
