本实用新型提供了一种改进的分支路,其定向耦 合器和隔离分配器的磁芯有槽和孔,使用时不需切断 电缆而只需将主输入同轴电缆的芯线直接嵌入槽内 填满同性磁泥,同时增设一个隔直流抗工频干扰的电 容即可实现本线馈电而省去输入输出F型电缆接 头,从而使故障率降低,收视质量提高,更适用于 CATV和MATV联网。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种改进的分支器,适用于大规模MATV和CATV联网。
现有分支器主要由变压器型定向耦合器,阻抗匹配器,分配变压器、隔离电阻,频响补偿电容和输入、输出分支端口电缆接头组成。由于定向耦合器的变压器均采用0.2-0.25的高强度漆包线绕制,若与电缆连接,必须采用F型同轴电缆接头。电缆规格型号的多样性,导致电缆接头的多样化,要与分支器单一电缆接头配接,必须将不同规格线径的电缆变换为同一接头插芯,而且一般都需要焊接,这就使现场施工配接复杂化。同时,由于受潮气及空气中有害气体成分的影响,以及电缆芯的热胀冷缩,护套和耦芯绝缘的范性形变,使得接触电阻增大,电缆芯插接分离。使用户收视效果降低、系统维护困难。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的分支器,它不需要切断电缆芯线不用输入,输出F型电缆接头,从而降底系统故障率,提高收视质量,适用于CATV、MATV联网。
本实用新型是这样实现的,改进的分支器具有如图1所示电路电连接的阻抗匹配器L1,定向耦合器B1、隔离分配器B2及可逆吸收回路R和补偿电容C,隔直流抗工频干扰电容C0,其中定向耦合器B1和隔离分配器B2的磁芯2如图2所示制作成一个其截面呈“U”字形的磁体即具有槽1,槽1的下方磁体上还具有孔3,输入端A与隔离分配器B2的线圈L3之间串接一个隔直流抗工频干扰电容C0。由于原定向耦合器B1的初级线圈L1是用φ0.2-0.25漆包线绕制,需要电缆接头与同轴电缆连接,所以本实用新型只需将L1的线径增大到φ1-3mm,即直接利用同轴电缆芯线4取代L1便可实现本发明的目的,即取消输入、输出F型电缆接头,于是不必切断电缆芯线即可适用于CATV、MATV联网的需要,故障率低,收视质量好,而且使用时操作简单,只需将主输入电缆线去其外塑套及金属网后把电缆芯线4直接嵌入磁槽口内,再将同性磁泥填满槽口即形成L1
下面结合附图就本实用新型一个具体的实施例进行说明。
图1是分支器电路原理图。
图2是分支器磁芯部份示意图。
参照图1-2,本实施例中,L1实际为同轴电缆芯线4,输入端A与输出端B只是电路接点而不是电缆接头,磁芯2截面呈“U”字形因而具有槽1,其槽宽2-4mm,槽口突出部份塑料压住件保护,槽1下方芯体上是孔3,定向耦合器B1的线圈L2。隔离分配器B2的线圈L3、L4的绕制同现有分支器的线圈L2、L3、L4相同,在主输入端A与线圈L3之间串接入隔离直流抗工频干扰电容C0,这样即实现了主输入电缆本线馈电,简化了现有分支器馈电回路,使其馈电功率倍增。C0的容量在1000PF/250V-3000PF/250V内选择,线圈L3,电容C0及补偿电容CB分别电接在槽口两端紧固L1的引出线上。以上除槽1的槽口部份及输入、输出点A、B其他所有电器元件全部封闭在外壳内(外壳图无特别故略)。由此构成的本实用新型分支器实施简单易行,比较现有分支器配套零部件减少,成本降低,由于主输入电缆芯线未切断插接损耗减少,插接故障显著减少。分支器并入线路阻抗失配率降低,反射波成分减少,频响改善、图像、伴音质量损伤减轻,系统稳定性、可靠性明显提高。

Claims (3)

1、一种由定向耦合器,隔离分配器,可逆吸收回路及补偿电容,输出,输入端组成的分支器,其特征在于所述定向耦合器B1和隔离分配器B2的磁芯2制作成一个截面呈“Ⅱ”字形的磁体而具有槽1,槽1的下方磁体上具有孔3,输入端A与隔离分配器B2的线圈L3之间串接电容C0
2、根据权利要求1所述的分支器,其特征在于所述槽1的曹宽2-4mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的分支器,其特征在于所述电容C0的容量为1000PF/250V-3000PF/250V。
