技术领域
本发明涉及电力线通信(PLC),更具体地涉及围绕具有中性导体的屏蔽层或者鞘层的缆线的电感耦合器的结构。本发明在缆线为地下电力线的情况下尤其有利。
背景技术
在电力线通信系统中,可以通过电感耦合器将数据信号耦合到电力线上和从电力线上解耦,如在美国专利6,452,482中所述。电感耦合器可以围绕非绝缘相导体或绝缘相导体布置。然而,在地下配电系统中,经常没有到邻近缆线端接部的相导体或中心导体的一部分的物理通路或者围绕该部分的空间。即使存在这种通路,工作规章也可能要求在安装耦合器之前使缆线断电。该过程不方便且在缆线部分的两端都需要人员,并且有时会影响对电力用户的服务。
许多地下缆线都设有可靠的同轴屏蔽层,并在各端接地,该同轴屏蔽层的主要用途是提供屏蔽。其它地下缆线设有围绕绝缘缆芯呈螺旋形缠绕的多根导线,其中该多根导线用作中性导体。这种屏蔽层或中性导体鞘层刚好在未到达中心导体的端部终止。无鞘层的中心导体的长度可能非常短,经常过短以至于不能安装电感耦合器。
相反,位于稍远离缆线端接部的带屏蔽或鞘层的缆线部分通常可在缆线通电的时候安装耦合器。然而,缆线的屏蔽层或鞘层使电感耦合的效率降低。这是因为在屏蔽层或鞘层中感应的信号电流的幅度与中心导体中的相当,而相位相反。由于电感耦合器的输出与经过耦合器孔部的电流的相量和成比例,所以所述中心导体和屏蔽层或鞘层导体中的信号电流将趋于抵消,从而极大地减小了耦合信号的幅值。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施例为围绕带鞘层或屏蔽层的同轴电力缆线的电感耦合器的结构。该结构包括穿过耦合器的孔部走线的一作为第三导体端接屏蔽层或鞘层的导线。
本发明第一方面提供了一种用于电力线通信系统的组件的结构,包括:电感耦合器,其具有带有孔部的芯部,同轴电力缆线走线穿过该孔部,其中,所述同轴电力缆线具有中心导体和外导体;以及导线,走线穿过所述孔部,其中,所述导线将所述外导体连接至一端接部。

具体实施方式
在具有承载信号电流的中心导体的同轴缆线中,同心屏蔽层(或鞘层)用作回路,传输与信号电流幅值相同但相位相反的电流。当这种缆线穿过电感耦合器的芯部时,由这两种电流产生的磁通趋于抵消,从而极大地减小了耦合器次级线圈中的电流与缆线中心导体中的电流的比率。因此,围绕带屏蔽层的同轴缆线设置电感耦合器提供的对在中心导体中传输的信号电流的耦合较差。
考虑将屏蔽层连接至其端接部的一作为“排扰”线(drain wire)的导线,其将用于噪声信号或动力电流的电路电接地。将该排扰线再次穿过耦合器布置,以使屏蔽层中的电流两次流过耦合器芯部,一次为在屏蔽层中沿着一个方向,而一次为通过排扰线沿着相反方向,从而基本抵消屏蔽电流的效果。
图1为围绕同轴电力缆线的电感耦合器的结构的示意图。该图显示:电感耦合器100具有带有孔部110的磁芯105以及连接至通信装置120的次级线圈115。同轴缆线125,其可以为电力缆线,具有中心导体130、芯线绝缘层135以及屏蔽层(或中性导体)140。导线(即,排扰线145)将屏蔽层140连接至地146。在图1所示的实施例中,缆线125从左到右穿过孔部110,而排扰线145从右到左穿过电感耦合器100。
理想地,中心导体130中的信号电流I1的幅度等于屏蔽层140中的信号电流I2的幅度,而信号电流I2的幅度又等于排扰线145中的信号电流I3的幅度。由于同轴缆线125和排扰线145而引起的电感耦合器100中的净磁通势为I1减I2加I3,其等于I1。这具有电气“剥离”屏蔽层140的效果,并且在中心导体中的信号电流(即,I1)与次级线圈115中的信号电流以及通信装置120之间提供了耦合。
如果以千伏特电位对中心导体130进行通电,则在同轴缆线125的各端应放置带有压力锥的高压端接装置。图1并未示出这种端接部,因为该端接部并不影响电感耦合器100的操作或放置。
图2是图1的结构的原理图。而且,通过同轴缆线125和排扰线145的电流I1、I2和I3的和等于中心导体130中的电流I1
如果排扰线145多次穿过孔部110,并且电流I3沿着图1所示方向流动,则包括多个I3的对应电流总和将在次级线圈115中产生与I1成比例的信号电流。
图3除了导线(即,排扰线300)中的I3沿着与I2相同的方向穿过孔部110之外,其余的与图1相同。由于I1、I2和I3的幅度彼此相同,因此在图3所示针对同轴缆线125和排扰线300的布置的电感耦合器100中的净磁通势为I1减I2减I3,其等于负I1。由于反相位不影响数据信号,所以该布置也“剥离”了屏蔽层140,从而在中心导体中的信号电流(即,I1)和次级线圈115中的信号电流以及通信装置120之间提供了耦合。通过扩展,围绕磁芯105多次缠绕排扰线300也将再生与I1或其倍数成比例的信号电流。
本发明还设想将信号耦合至非电力缆线的同轴缆线。另外,中心导体130可由多个由任何外屏蔽层包围的导体替换。
应该理解的是,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明做出各种另选例和修改例。然而,本发明旨在涵盖落入所附权利要求的范围内的所有这些另选例、修改例和变型例。

Claims (18)

1、一种用于电力线通信系统的组件的结构,包括:
电感耦合器,其具有带有孔部的芯部,同轴电力缆线走线穿过该孔部,其中,所述同轴电力缆线具有中心导体和外导体;以及
导线,走线穿过所述孔部,其中,所述导线将所述外导体连接至一端接部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的结构,
其特征在于,所述外导体提供了用于使电流沿第一方向穿过所述孔部的路径;并且
其中,所述导线提供了用于使所述电流沿第二方向穿过所述孔部的路径。
3、根据权利要求2所述的结构,其特征在于,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相反。
4、根据权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述电感耦合器通过所述中心导体耦合通信信号。
5、根据权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述导线多次围绕所述芯部缠绕,并且多次走线穿过所述孔部。
6、一种用于在电力线通信系统中使用的用于通过同轴缆线耦合信号的方法,包括以下步骤:
将同轴电力缆线穿过电感耦合器的芯部的孔部走线,其中所述同轴电力缆线具有中心导体和外导体;以及
将导线穿过所述孔部走线,其中所述导线将所述外导体连接至一端接部。
7、根据权利要求6所述的方法,
其特征在于,所述外导体提供了用于电流沿第一方向穿过所述孔部的路径;并且
其中,所述导线提供了用于所述电流沿第二方向穿过所述孔部的路径。
8、根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相反。
9、根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电感耦合器通过所述中心导体耦合通信信号。
10、根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导线多次围绕所述芯部缠绕,并且多次走线穿过所述孔部。
11、一种用在电力线通信系统中的围绕同轴电力缆线的电感信号耦合器的结构,包括:
电感耦合器,其具有带有孔部的芯部,同轴电力缆线沿着第一方向穿过该孔部;以及
导体,其端接所述同轴电力缆线的外导体,并沿着第二方向穿过所述孔部。
12、根据权利要求11所述的结构,其特征在于,所述导体沿着所述第二方向多次穿过所述孔部。
13、一种用于在电力线通信系统中使用的用于通过同轴电力缆线耦合信号的方法,包括以下步骤:
将同轴电力缆线沿第一方向穿过电感耦合器的芯部的孔部;以及
将导线沿第二方向穿过所述孔部,其中所述导线端接所述同轴电力缆线的外导体。
14、根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导线沿所述第二方向多次穿过所述孔部。
15、一种用在电力线通信系统中的围绕同轴电力缆线的电感信号耦合器的结构,包括:
电感耦合器,其具有带有孔部的芯部,同轴电力缆线沿着一方向穿过该孔部;以及
导体,其端接所述同轴电力缆线的外导体,并沿着所述方向穿过所述孔部。
16、根据权利要求15所述的结构,其特征在于,所述导体沿所述方向多次穿过所述孔部。
17、一种用于在电力线通信系统中使用的用于通过同轴电力缆线来耦合信号的方法,包括以下步骤:
将同轴电力缆线沿一方向穿过电感耦合器的芯部的孔部;以及
将导线沿所述方向穿过所述孔部,其中所述导线端接所述同轴电力缆线的外导体。
18、根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导线沿所述方向多次穿过所述孔部。
