1. A sprint dumbbell, comprising:
the dumbbell body is provided with at least one accommodating cavity, and the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity comprises an impact surface;
and the filling mechanism is positioned in the accommodating cavity, can impact the impact surface when the movement speed of the dumbbell body is changed, and deforms when impacting the impact surface.
2. The sprint dumbbell of claim 1, wherein the filling mechanism is capable of elastic or plastic deformation upon impact with the impact surface.
3. The sprint dumbbell of claim 1, wherein the filling mechanism includes a wrapping bladder and a filling fluid, the wrapping bladder is made of a flexible material and has a bladder cavity, and the filling fluid fills the bladder cavity.
4. The sprint dumbbell of claim 3, wherein the filling mechanism further comprises a solid fill located within the bladder cavity, the solid fill being movable within the bladder cavity.
5. The sprint dumbbell of claim 4, wherein the filling solid includes at least one first filling member and at least one second filling member, and the first filling member and the second filling member have an engagement state in which they are engaged as a whole.
6. The sprint dumbbell of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the dumbbell body has a hand-held portion for holding by hand and a support portion connected to the hand-held portion, the support portion having a support plane.
7. The sprint dumbbell of claim 6, wherein the support portion is magnetic.
8. The sprint dumbbell of claim 6, wherein there are three receiving chambers, and each receiving chamber is filled with the filling mechanism.
9. The sprint dumbbell of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an abutment member attached to the wall of the receiving chamber, the abutment member being capable of dampening sound or/and cushioning the impact of the filling mechanism on the dumbbell body.
10. The sprint dumbbell of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a motion sensor provided to the dumbbell body for collecting motion parameters.
