Referring to fig. 9, based on the above structure of the earphone box, fig. 9 shows that when the elastic element 30 is engaged with the second concave structure 2202, the upper cover 10 is located at a position (101) completely covering the box body 20, at a position (102) where the upper cover 10 is opened to an open-close angle, and at a position (103) where the upper cover 10 is located at a maximum open-box angle. When the lid 10 is located at the position of completely covering the box 20, a connection line between the rotating shaft 40 and the first connection rod 31 (i.e., the first through hole 1121) is located on a plane where the R1 is located. When the upper cover 10 is opened at the opening and closing angle, the connecting line between the rotating shaft 40 and the first connecting rod 31 is located on the plane where R2 is located, and when the upper cover 10 is located at the maximum opening angle, the connecting line between the rotating shaft 40 and the first connecting rod 31 is located on the plane where R3 is located. As can be seen from fig. 9, the opening and closing angle is an angle corresponding to an included angle α between R1 and R2, and the maximum opening angle is an angle corresponding to an included angle β between R1 and R3. Alternatively, the maximum angle may be set at about 106 ° and the opening and closing angle α may be about 53 °.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, when the upper cover 10 is at the position indicated by 102, the rotating shaft 40 is on the same plane as the first connecting rod 31 (i.e. the first through hole) and the second connecting rod 33, the elastic element 30 is in the maximum compression state, and at other positions, the elastic element 30 is in the elastic release state. For example, when the upper cover 10 is located at the position indicated by 101, the elastic member 30 can release the rotation moment in the direction D1 to the upper cover 10, thereby facilitating the tight covering of the upper cover 10. Accordingly, the elastic member 30 can also provide a rotational moment in the direction D1 to the upper cover 10 when the upper cover 10 is located between the position indicated by 101 and the position indicated by 102. When the upper cover 10 is located at the position indicated by 103, the elastic member 30 can provide a rotation moment to the upper cover 10 along the direction D2 to facilitate the opening of the upper cover 10. Accordingly, the resilient member 30 also provides a rotational moment in the direction D2 to the upper cover 10 when the upper cover is between the position indicated at 102 and the position indicated at 103.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the rotation moment provided by the elastic member to the upper cover can be different from the above in addition to the opening and closing angle of the upper cover. For example, the elastic member may provide a rotational moment to the upper lid opposite to the above-mentioned direction D2 when the upper lid is located at the maximum opening angle. Alternatively, the elastic member may provide a rotational moment to the upper cover in a direction opposite to the direction D1 when the upper cover is fitted to the box body. The application does not limit the method, and the method can be set according to specific conditions.
It can be seen that, in the process of opening or closing the upper cover 10, except that the upper cover 10 is opened to the opening and closing angle, the elastic member 30 can provide a certain elastic damping force to the upper cover 10, so that the upper cover 10 has a damping feeling in the opening or closing process, which is beneficial to improving the user experience.
Further, based on the above structure of the earphone box, when the elastic element 30 abuts against the first concave structure 2201, the opening and closing angle of the upper cover 10 is larger than the opening and closing angle of the upper cover 10 when the elastic element 30 abuts against the second concave structure 2202. When the elastic element 30 abuts against the second concave structure 2202, the opening and closing angle of the upper cover 10 is larger than that when the elastic element 30 abuts against the third concave structure 2203. The provision of three recesses here allows the desired mating recess of the resilient member 30 to be selected as required to achieve the desired opening and closing angle.
Further, in some embodiments, the cover 10 is provided with a first magnet (not shown), and the case 20 is provided with a second magnet (not shown) capable of magnetically engaging with the first magnet. Through the cooperation of the first magnet and the second magnet, the upper cover 10 can be more firmly covered on the box body 20.
Further, in some embodiments, a charging structure is disposed in the earphone box to charge the earphones placed in the earphone box.
The present application further provides an earphone assembly, which includes an earphone and the earphone box as described above. The earphone is arranged in the earphone containing cavity of the earphone box. The headset may be a wireless headset, such as a wireless bluetooth headset.
