In this embodiment, the first cover 21 can move in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the case 1 relative to the case 1, and the first cover 21 can be movably connected to the case 1 through a plurality of connection methods, for example, a slide rail extending along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the case 1 can be disposed on the first cover 21, a slide groove extending along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the case 1 can be disposed on the periphery of the earphone slot 1a of the case 1, and the slide rail is limited in the slide groove and can move along the slide groove, so that the first cover 21 can move in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the case 1 relative to the case 1. For another example, the slide rail is disposed on the periphery of the earphone slot 1a, and the slide groove is disposed on the first cover 21, so that the first cover 21 and the case 1 can be slidably connected. It should be noted that the two movable connection manners of the first cover 21 and the box 1 are only exemplary, and are not the only limitations on the movable connection manners of the first cover 21 and the box 1.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the peripheral wall of the earphone box is provided with at least two guide grooves 1c extending along the peripheral direction of the peripheral wall, and the at least two guide grooves 1c are respectively located at two sides of the earphone slot 1a; the first cover 21 has at least two guiding members 211, and each guiding member 211 is limited in a guiding slot 1c and can slide along the guiding slot 1c, so that the first cover 21 can open or close the earphone slot 1a.
In the present embodiment, the guide groove 1c is used for guiding the movement of the guide member 211, and the guide member 211 moves along the guide groove 1c to directionally move the first cover 21 during the opening or closing of the earphone groove 1a by the first cover 21. The overall shape of the first cover 21 is adapted to the shape of the peripheral wall of the earphone box, so that the first cover 21 can move along the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall of the earphone box through the guide groove 1 c. The user can move the first cover body 21 to open or close the earphone slot 1a through the first cover body 21, and take out the earphone 3 in the earphone slot 1a or put the used earphone 3 into the earphone slot 1a. The guide piece 211 and the guide groove 1c are arranged, so that the first cover body 21 can move on the earphone box more stably and reliably, and a user can conveniently pull the first cover body 21 to take the earphone 3 or place the used earphone 3 into the earphone groove 1a for storage. Wherein, the guiding element 211 may be a column structure, and the guiding element 211 may be in clearance fit with the groove wall of the guiding groove 1 c.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, each guiding element 211 is provided with a stopping portion 2111, and a damping ring 212 is sleeved on an outer wall of the guiding element 211; the side wall of the guide groove 1c is provided with a limit convex part 13, the limit convex part 13 is arranged along the extending direction of the guide groove 1c, the stopping part 2111 and the damping ring 212 are limited between the limit convex part 13 and the bottom wall of the guide groove 1c, and the damping ring 212 is positioned between the stopping part 2111 and the limit convex part 13.
In the present embodiment, the limit projection 13 is used to limit the damping ring 212, and the damping ring 212 is in sliding contact with the limit projection 13, so that the stopper 2111 is limited between the damping ring 212 and the bottom wall of the guide groove 1 c. When the guide 211 moves along the guide groove 1c, the stopper 2111 slides along the bottom wall of the guide groove 1c, and the guide 211 can move to any position fixed with respect to the guide groove 1c when the guide 211 moves along the guide groove 1c by frictional resistance between the damping ring 212 and the bottom wall of the guide groove 1c and between the damping ring 212 and the stopper protrusion 13. Therefore, when the user opens the first cover body 21 to take out the earphones 3 in the earphone slot 1a, the first cover body 21 cannot be closed due to self gravity or the movement of the box body 1, the first cover body 21 cannot block the earphone slot 1a to interfere the user to take out the earphones 3, and the problem that the first cover body 21 is closed by mistake is avoided. The guide 211 may be a column or a block, the stopping portion 2111 may be integrally formed with the guide 211, the stopping portion 2111 at least partially protrudes from the outer circumferential wall of the guide 211, and the stopping portion 2111 may be disposed at one end of the guide 211 far away from the first cover 21 or sleeved on the outer circumference of the guide 211. The limit convex part 13 is a strip-shaped structure, and the limit convex part 13 can be integrally formed with the box body 1 so as to save the processing procedure of the box body 1. The damping ring 212 may be an elastic material with a rough surface, such as a silicon rubber ring or a rubber ring, so that the damping ring 212 may apply an elastic force to the stopping portion 2111 to make the stopping portion 2111 abut against the bottom wall of the guide groove 1 c.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, each guide groove 1c has two limit groove ends 1c1 and a guide groove section 1c2 connecting the two groove ends, and each guide groove section 1c2 extends from one limit groove end 1c1 to the other limit groove end 1c1 along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall; each limit protrusion 13 is disposed on a side wall of one guide slot section 1c2, two ends of each limit protrusion 13 extend towards two limit slot ends 1c1, and two ends of each limit protrusion 13 are provided with limit steps 131.
In this embodiment, the limiting groove end 1c1 is used for limiting the guiding element 211, the inner peripheral wall of the limiting groove end 1c1 can be arc-shaped, and the width of the notch of the limiting groove end 1c1 can be greater than or equal to the width of the guiding groove section 1c 2. The guide groove section 1c2 is used for guiding the movement of the guide piece 211, the guide groove section 1c2 may have two opposite side walls, each side wall extends along the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral wall of the case body 1, the limiting convex part 13 is arranged on the side wall of the guide groove section 1c2 and arranged along the extending direction of the guide groove section 1c2, and the limiting convex part 13 is arranged in the guide groove section 1c 2. The two ends of the limit protrusion 13 are provided with limit steps 131, when the guide 211 moves to the limit groove end 1c1, the damping ring 212 slides along the limit protrusion 13 and is at least partially limited at the limit steps 131, the stopping portion 2111 is located between the limit protrusion 13 and the bottom wall of the guide groove 1c, and at this time, the guide 211 is fixed relative to the case 1 through the limit fit of the damping ring 212 and the limit steps 131, so that the earphone case can enter a state in which the first cover 21 closes the earphone groove 1a as shown in the left diagram in fig. 5, and a state in which the first cover 21 opens the earphone groove 1a as shown in the right diagram in fig. 5, so that the first cover 21 cannot be closed or opened due to self-gravity or movement of the case 1, the first cover 21 cannot block the earphone groove 1a to interfere with the user to take the earphone 3, and cannot be opened by mistake to cause the loss of the earphone 3 in the earphone groove 1a, thereby avoiding the problem of incorrect closing or opening of the first cover 21.
For better understanding of the present invention, the usage of the earphone box of the present invention is described as follows:
referring to fig. 3 and 4, the earphone 3 is accommodated in the earphone slot 1a of the earphone box of the present invention, and the earplug 4 is accommodated in the accessory slot 1b of the earphone box of the present invention, when a user needs to take the earphone 3, the user can toggle the first cover 21 to move the first cover 21 along the solid arrow on the outer side of the earphone box of fig. 5, so that the first cover 21 is switched from the state shown in the left drawing of fig. 5 to the state shown in the right drawing of fig. 5, the first cover 21 is opened, and then the user can take out the earphone 3 in the earphone slot 1a for use.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, when the user needs to replace the earplug 4, the user can move the moving portion 222 of the second cover 22 along the direction of the solid-line double-headed arrow shown in fig. 3 or the direction of the dotted-line double-headed arrow shown in fig. 6, so as to drive the second cover 22 to rotate relative to the box body 1, so that the fitting hole 22a of the second cover 22 corresponds to and communicates with a fitting groove 1b of the box body 1. At this time, the earplug 4 in the accessory groove 1b is exposed through the accessory hole 22a, the sound generating end of the earphone 3 can extend into the accessory groove 1b through the accessory hole 22a, and the assembly of the earplug 4 on the earphone 3 is realized by utilizing the magnetic attraction and matching of the first connecting piece 31 on the sound generating end of the earphone 3 and the second connecting piece 41 arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the earplug 4, wherein the first connecting piece 31 can be one of a permanent magnet or a magnetic conductive metal, and the second connecting piece 41 is a permanent magnet; or the first connecting piece 31 is a permanent magnet, and the second connecting piece 41 is one of a permanent magnet or a magnetic conductive metal. As shown in fig. 7, since the earplug 4 is positioned in the fitting groove 1b by the positioning protrusion 11, when the sound-generating end of the earphone 3 is inserted into the fitting groove 1b, the earplug 4 and the earphone 3 can be assembled with high coaxiality, and the earplug 4 and the earphone 3 can be assembled easily and quickly. Further combine fig. 8 to show, because the terminal surface 12 of box body 1 can be provided with the earplug 4 of multiple different specifications, consequently earphone 3 and earplug 4 can form the multiple assembly effect that fig. 8 shows after assembling mutually, can correspondingly satisfy the different wearing demands of penetrating the ear degree of depth of user according to the whole length of earplug 4, can satisfy the sense of hearing demands such as user heavy bass, bright treble simultaneously through designing earplug 4 for different structures or adopting different materials.

Claims (11)

1. An earphone box, comprising:
the earphone box comprises a box body, a connecting piece and a connecting piece, wherein the box body is provided with an earphone groove capable of accommodating an earphone and an accessory groove capable of accommodating an earphone; and
the cover body comprises a first cover body and a second cover body, and the first cover body is movably arranged on the notch of the earphone slot and used for opening or closing the earphone slot; the second cover body is rotatably connected with the box body and movably covered on the notch of the accessory groove, and the second cover body is provided with an accessory hole;
the earphone box is provided with a storage state and a use state;
when the cover is in the storage state, the accessory hole is staggered with the accessory groove, and the second cover body covers the notch of the accessory groove;
in the use state, the fitting hole is communicated with the fitting groove for the earplug to pass through;
the second cover body rotates relative to the box body, so that the earphone box is switched between the storage state and the use state.
2. The earphone box according to claim 1, wherein the earphone slot is disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the box body, and the accessory slot is disposed on an end surface of one end of the box body;
the first cover body is movably connected with the peripheral wall, and the second cover body is movably connected with the end face.
3. The earphone box of claim 2, wherein a rotation shaft is disposed on a side of the second cover facing the box body, the rotation shaft is rotatably disposed through the end surface, and the second cover rotates relative to the box body via the rotation shaft, so that the earphone box is switched between the storage state and the use state.
4. The earphone box of claim 3, wherein a dial portion is disposed at an edge of the second cover, and the dial portion at least partially protrudes from an outer edge of the end surface.
5. The earphone box of claim 3, wherein the end surface is provided with a plurality of accessory grooves, and the plurality of accessory grooves are arranged around a rotating connection between the rotating shaft and the end surface;
in the storage state, the accessory hole is staggered with each accessory groove, and the second cover body covers the notch of each accessory groove;
in the use state, the fitting hole is communicated with one fitting groove.
6. The headset case of claim 5, wherein at least some of the accessory grooves have different groove depths;
and/or the calibers of at least part of the parts groove notches are different.
7. The earphone box of claim 5, wherein the bottom wall of each accessory groove is provided with a positioning protrusion for limiting engagement with the earplugs.
8. The earphone box according to any one of claims 2-7, wherein the first cover extends along a circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall and is movable relative to the box along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall to open or close the earphone slot.
9. The earphone case of claim 8, wherein the peripheral wall is provided with at least two guide slots extending along a circumferential direction of the peripheral wall, the at least two guide slots being located on opposite sides of the earphone slot, respectively;
the first cover body is provided with at least two guide pieces, and each guide piece is limited in one guide groove and can slide along the guide groove so as to open or close the earphone groove.
10. The earphone box of claim 9, wherein each guide is provided with a stop, and a damping ring is sleeved on the outer wall of each guide;
the lateral wall of guide way is equipped with spacing convex part, spacing convex part is followed the guide way extending direction sets up, backstop portion with the damping circle is spacing between spacing convex part and the diapire of guide way, the damping circle is located backstop portion with between the spacing convex part.
11. The earphone box of claim 10, wherein each guide groove has two limiting groove ends and a guide groove section connecting the two groove ends, and each guide groove section extends from one limiting groove end to the other limiting groove end along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall;
each limiting convex part is arranged on the side wall of one guide groove section, two ends of each limiting convex part extend towards two limiting groove ends respectively, and two ends of each limiting convex part are provided with limiting steps.
