The components of the embodiments of the present application, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.
Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application, presented in the accompanying drawings, is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed application, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings or orientations or positional relationships that the products of the present invention are conventionally placed in use, and are only used for convenience of describing the present application and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present application. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used solely to distinguish one from another and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, the terms "horizontal", "vertical" and the like do not imply that the components are required to be absolutely horizontal or pendant, but rather may be slightly inclined. For example, "horizontal" merely means that the direction is more horizontal than "vertical" and does not mean that the structure must be perfectly horizontal, but may be slightly inclined.
In the description of the present application, it is further noted that, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "disposed," "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
In the logistics field, articles are often conveyed together with corresponding information singles in the conveying process, and the information singles record the relevant information of the corresponding articles, so that a conveying party can conveniently classify and convey a plurality of articles, and a receiving party can conveniently identify and classify the articles. Therefore, before the article is sent out, an information sheet needs to be made and matched with the corresponding article. However, in the prior art, it is troublesome for the sender to create the information sheet, and when the information sheet is matched with the article, the matching is easy to be wrong. Taking the express industry as an example, when an express is transported between a sending address and a receiving address, an express bill (equivalent to an information bill corresponding to the express) is pasted on the surface of the express, and the information of a receiver, a sender, weight, price and the like of the express is recorded on the express bill. Before the express is sent out, the sender usually manually fills in the express bill in advance and pastes the express bill on the surface of the express, or after the sender places the bill on line, the courier prints the express bill in advance and pastes the express bill on the express when the express is taken. The problem that the sender is inconvenient to operate under the condition that the sender fills and pastes the express bill by himself exists, and the problem that the express bill is pasted wrongly can occur under the condition that the courier prints the express bill in advance because the courier frequently takes a plurality of couriers at one time and therefore needs to print and carry a plurality of express bills in advance. It can be seen that in the prior art, the sending operation may be inconvenient, and the information sheet and the article are easy to be matched incorrectly.
In order to improve the defects of the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides the storage device, an article to be mailed can be placed on the tray installed at the installation position in the storage device, and the information of the article is printed by triggering the triggering event of the installation position corresponding to the article. Therefore, the operation of making the information sheet is simplified, the information sheet can be accurately matched with the corresponding article, and errors are not easy to occur.

In the present embodiment, a supporting mechanism 250 is disposed on each mounting position 240, and the supporting mechanism 250 includes a first supporting component 251 disposed on the first sidewall 210 and a second supporting component (not shown in the figure) disposed on the second sidewall 220, the first supporting component 251 and the second supporting component are disposed opposite to each other, and the first supporting component 251 and the second supporting component together form a supporting surface for supporting the tray 260. Along the arrangement direction of the first side wall 210 and the second side wall 220, the tray 260 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end of the tray 260 is movably connected with the first supporting component 251, and the second end of the tray 260 is movably connected with the second supporting component. In other alternative embodiments, the mounting locations 240 may be formed by providing opposing grooves on the first and second sidewalls 210 and 220, and the first and second ends of the tray 260 may be inserted into the grooves on the first and second sidewalls 210 and 220, respectively, to movably couple the first and second sidewalls 210 and 220.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a portion VI in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 6, the first support member 251 includes a first support plate, and the second support member includes a second support plate, both of which extend in a second horizontal direction (direction indicated by arrow ab in fig. 5), and which form a support surface for supporting the tray 260. The first support plate is for supporting a first end of the tray 260 and the second support plate is for supporting a second end of the tray 260.
Further, the supporting mechanism 250 further includes a first limiting component 253 disposed on the first side wall 210 and a second limiting component (not shown) disposed on the second side wall 220, the first limiting component 253 and the first supporting component 251 are disposed at intervals along the vertical direction, a first limiting groove 254 for mounting the first end of the tray is formed therebetween, the second limiting component and the second supporting component are disposed at intervals along the vertical direction, and a second limiting groove for mounting the second end of the tray is formed therebetween. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first limiting component 253 includes a first limiting plate disposed on the first sidewall 210, the first supporting plate and the first limiting plate are disposed opposite to each other along the vertical direction, a first limiting groove 254 is formed between the first supporting plate and the first limiting plate, and the first limiting groove 254 is used for inserting the first end of the tray 260. Similar to the first limiting assembly 253, the second limiting assembly includes a second limiting plate disposed on the second sidewall 220, the second supporting plate and the second limiting plate are disposed opposite to each other, a second limiting groove is formed between the second supporting plate and the second limiting plate, and the second limiting groove is used for inserting the second end of the tray 260. Through forming first spacing groove 254 and second spacing groove, can improve the stability of tray 260 in vertical direction, realized loading and unloading tray 260 through the mode of push-and-pull simultaneously, improved tray 260's handling efficiency.
Further, a sliding element or a rolling element may be disposed in the first and second limiting grooves 254, and two ends of the tray 260 are movably connected to the first and second limiting grooves 254, 254 through the sliding element or the rolling element. This arrangement reduces the friction to which the tray 260 is pushed in or pulled out, thereby making it easy for the delivery mechanism 500 to mount the tray on or pull out the tray from the mounting site.
Preferably, the widths of the first supporting component 251, the second supporting component 253 and the second limiting component are far smaller than the distance between the first side wall 210 and the second side wall 220 along the arrangement direction of the first side wall 210 and the second side wall 220. This can reduce the space occupied by the supporting mechanism 250, and allow the first sidewall 210 and the second sidewall 220 to have enough space therebetween to accommodate the articles. When the article has a high height, a plurality of vertically continuous mounting positions 240 may be left vacant (no tray 260 is provided), so that a high bay is formed, and storage of a high article can be satisfied. That is, in the storage rack 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the installation positions 240 where the trays 260 for supporting the articles are located are provided, so that the articles occupy the installation positions 240, and thus the occupied space of the articles can be flexibly adjusted according to the height of the articles, and the space utilization rate of the storage rack 200 is improved.
In this embodiment, the storage device 010 further includes a plurality of detection mechanisms 270, the plurality of detection mechanisms 270 correspond to the plurality of mounting locations 240 one by one, and the detection mechanism 270 is configured to detect whether a trigger event of the mounting location 240 corresponding to the detection mechanism 270 occurs, and output a trigger signal when detecting that the trigger event of the mounting location 240 corresponding to the detection mechanism occurs, so that the printing mechanism 300 can print information of an article stored on the tray 260 mounted on the mounting location 240 corresponding to the detection mechanism 270 when the detection mechanism 270 outputs the trigger signal, thereby forming an information sheet corresponding to the article on the tray 260 corresponding to the mounting location 240.
In the present embodiment, the detecting mechanism 270 is disposed at a first side of the storage rack 200, i.e. a side where the first opening 201 is opened. Further, the detection mechanism 270 includes a mechanical sensor and a key cooperating with the mechanical sensor. By providing the detecting mechanism 270 at the first side of the storage rack 200, a user (e.g., a logistics worker) can conveniently operate the detecting mechanism during picking up the article, so as to trigger the triggering event corresponding to the mounting position 240, and print the information sheet. In this embodiment, the detection mechanism 270 includes a mechanical sensor (e.g., a micro switch) and a button cooperating with the mechanical sensor, when a user (e.g., a courier) wants to take out an article (e.g., a courier) stored in the storage device 010, a trigger event of the installation location 240 may be triggered by pressing the button corresponding to the installation location 240 where the tray 260 storing the article is located, and the mechanical sensor detects that the button is pressed and outputs a trigger signal, so that the printing mechanism 300 prints information of the article to form an information sheet. Optionally, the detection mechanism 270 is disposed on the first sidewall 210 or the second sidewall 220.
