4. An intelligent mail cabinet as in claim 1, wherein said sheet printing apparatus comprises a printing mechanism and a sheet transport mechanism;
the printing mechanism is adjacent to the bill conveying mechanism, and the bill conveying mechanism is used for conveying unprinted bills to the printing mechanism.

An intelligent mail cabinet as in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the delivery drawer is provided with an opening communicating the delivery space and the temporary storage space, a turning plate is mounted at the opening, and the turning plate is hinged to one side of the opening close to the outside of the second box body and can rotate from a first position to a second position;
when the turning plate is located at the first position, the opening is sealed by the turning plate, and when the turning plate is located at the second position, the opening is opened by the turning plate.

7. An intelligent mail cabinet as in any one of claims 1-6, further comprising an auxiliary box; the auxiliary box comprises a third box body and a paper twisting device arranged in the third box body;
the third box body is provided with a bag outlet;
the paper twisting device is connected with the main control board and used for moving the wrapping bags in the paper twisting device to the outside of the auxiliary box from the bag outlet.
8. An intelligent mail cabinet as in claim 7, wherein said pickup device comprises a tray, a pickup mechanism and a detection component;
the tray is used for containing the packaging bags;
the paper twisting mechanism is connected with the main control board, is arranged above the tray and is used for driving the wrapping bags on the tray to move out of the auxiliary box;
the detection part is connected with the main control board and used for detecting the moving length of the parcel bag on the tray towards the outside of the auxiliary box, and when the detection result shows that the moving length of the parcel bag on the tray towards the outside of the auxiliary box reaches a preset value, the main control board closes the paper twisting mechanism.
