The connecting flange as claimed in claim 4, wherein the connecting means has a U-shaped groove structure with an overall arc shape, the inner surfaces of the upper and lower arc plates are respectively provided with a third arc groove, two third arc grooves are opposite, the lower opening of the flange connecting through hole of the upper arc plate is located in the third arc groove, and the upper opening of the flange connecting through hole of the lower arc plate is located in the third arc groove.
