本实用新型属于污水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种医院污水处理一体化装置。
背景技术
医院除了产生日常的生活污水外,还会产生携带细菌、病毒等病患污染物的污水,这些污水中含有污染环境和人体健康的有机毒物,需要对医院产生的污水进行处理后再进行排放。目前,用于处理医院污水的装置各种各样,例如授权公告号为CN205575873U的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种医院污水处理装置,该装置由依次连通的污水调制室、厌氧室、有氧处理室、沉淀室和消毒室组成,在厌氧室中设置厌氧填料,有氧处理室中设置膜生物反应器;其在污水调制室内添加消毒剂,从而使得含有水体中的携带有大量的消毒剂,进入厌氧室和有氧室进行生物处理时,容易对生物菌种产生破坏,而影响生物处理体系;在消毒室中设置有消毒装置,消毒装置包括玻璃管,玻璃管内设置灭菌灯,其依靠灭菌灯对水体进行消毒,其需要长时间开启进行灭菌工作,一方面灭菌灯长时间工作容易出现故障,发现不及时的话,水不能有效的进行灭菌消毒处理,另一方面,灭菌灯长时间开启会消耗电能,从而造成能源的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种净化效果好、净化效率高、集成度高、能耗低的医院污水处理一体化装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种医院污水处理一体化装置,包括中空的箱体,所述箱体内通过纵向设置的隔板分隔为厌氧调节池、好氧池、沉淀池以及接触消毒池;
所述箱体的侧壁上设置有与厌氧调节池连通的进水口,所述进水口对应的箱体内侧壁上设置有位于厌氧调节池内的活动网格;
所述厌氧调节池与好氧池之间的分隔板的中部设置有第一排放口;
所述好氧池内呈上下布置有两个不锈钢网格板,两个所述不锈钢网格板之间设置有若干悬浮球填料,位于下侧的所述不锈钢网格板的下侧设置有若干微孔曝气器,所述微孔曝气器连接有曝气管;
所述好氧池与沉淀池之间的分隔板的下部设置有第二排放口;
所述沉淀池的中部设置有位于第二排放口上侧的斜板填料层,所述沉淀池的底部具有靠近好氧池的锥形斗部,所述锥形斗部对应的沉淀池处设置有气提装置,所述气提装置的进气口与曝气管通过三通连接有伸出箱体的进气管,所述气体装置的排污口通过污泥回流管连接至厌氧调节池;
所述沉淀池中锥形斗部的上部设置有横板及竖板,所述横板、竖板与隔板围合成缓冲区,所述竖板上开设有第三排放口;
所述沉淀池与接触消毒池之间的隔板上设置有第四排放口,所述第四排放口设置在缓冲区中横板上侧对应的隔板上;
所述第四排放口处设置有位于接触消毒池内的速溶氯片放置装置,所述接触消毒池由一纵向隔板和三个挡流板分隔为四个消毒反应室,所述挡流板上下交错布置;所述接触消毒池对应的箱体的上侧壁设置有出水口。
进一步,所述第一排放口处设置有位于厌氧调节池内的引流板。
进一步,所述污泥回流管自体装置的排污口至活动网格倾斜向下设置。
进一步,所述三通的两个出气口对应的管路上安装有调节阀。
进一步,所述第四排放口的下侧设置有支撑板,所述支撑板上设置有U型板,所述U型板的下端固定在支撑板上,U型板的另外两端固定在隔板上。
进一步,所述U型板的上沿不超过第四排放口的水平中线。
进一步,所述箱体顶部对应厌氧调节池、好氧池、沉淀池以及接触消毒池处均设置有检修口。
进一步,所述好氧池中位于上侧的不锈钢网格板上设置有进料口。
进一步,所述接触消毒池内接入有加药管。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过医院污水经过厌氧调节池、好氧池、沉淀池、接触消毒池进行多级处理,可去除污水中绝大部分的污染物,并最终通过接触消毒池对沉淀池出水进行消毒,最终达到排放标准;
2、本实用新型在好氧池的两个不锈钢网格板之间投放悬浮球填料,悬浮球填料具有比表面积大、无需固定、易挂膜、不堵塞的优点,通过多个悬浮球填料对污水进行生物净化处理;经过好氧池处理过的水通过第二排放口进入沉淀池,由于第二排放口在斜板填料层的下侧,第三排放口在斜板填料层的上侧,因此水自斜板填料层的下侧进入,自斜板填料层的上侧流出,悬浮颗粒物与水在斜板填料层中分离开来,从而保证进入接触消毒池内的水中悬浮颗粒物的含量较低;
3、本实用新型中的接触消毒池由一纵向隔板和三个挡流板分隔为四个消毒反应室,并且三个挡流板上下交错布置,从而使水在接触消毒池内充分消毒净化,最终达到排放的标准;
4、本实用新型采用生物膜技术进行水处理,并采用添加次氯酸钙或二氧化氯的方式进行消毒处理,有效降低能耗;
总之,本实用新型具有净化效果好、净化效率高、集成度高、能耗低的优点。

所述箱体的侧壁上设置有与厌氧调节池A连通的进水口1,所述进水口1对应的箱体内侧壁上设置有位于厌氧调节池A内的活动网格2;所述活动网格2可采用不锈钢过滤网,通过螺钉可拆卸的固定在箱体的内侧壁上;对进入箱体内的硬质颗粒物质进行过滤;
所述厌氧调节池A与好氧池B之间的分隔板的中部设置有第一排放口3;从而使得厌氧调节池A内的水能够进入到好氧池B中;

所述沉淀池C中锥形斗部的上部设置有横板及竖板,所述横板、竖板与隔板围合成缓冲区,所述竖板上开设有第三排放口22;沉淀池C内通过斜板填料层9过滤后的水通过第三排放口22进入缓冲区内;
所述沉淀池C与接触消毒池D之间的隔板上设置有第四排放口23,所述第四排放口23设置在缓冲区中横板上侧对应的隔板上,从而缓冲区内的水能投通过第四排放口23进入接触消毒池D内;
所述第四排放口23处设置有位于接触消毒池D内的速溶氯片放置装置12,所述接触消毒池D由一纵向隔板和三个挡流板13分隔为四个消毒反应室,四个消毒反应室按着水流方向分为一级消毒反应室、二级消毒反应室、三级消毒反应室及四级消毒反应室,所述挡流板13上下交错布置;所述接触消毒池D对应的箱体的上侧壁设置有出水口18,其中纵向隔板和三个挡流板13的存在使得通过第四排放口23进入到接触消毒池D内的水以U型流道的形式通过出水口18排出,U型流道有效延长消毒池D内水的行程,延长水在消毒池D内的停留时间,从而能够对水进行充分的消毒;
所述速溶氯片防止装置12可采用底部具有开口的桶状壳体,该桶状壳体内叠放若干速溶氯片,为了加快速溶氯片的溶解速率,可在桶状壳体的下端周侧开设若干通孔。
如图1所示,所述第一排放口3处设置有位于厌氧调节池A内的引流板14,引流板14的设置能够阻挡部分颗粒随着污水进入好氧池B内。
如图2所示,所述污泥回流管21自体装置10的排污口至活动网格2倾斜向下设置,从而便于通过气体装置10提上来的污泥依靠重力回流至活动网格2处。
如图1所示,所述三通的两个出气口对应的管路上安装有调节阀15,通过调节阀15调节曝气管7和气体装置10的进气量。
如图1及图3所示,所述第四排放口23的下侧设置有支撑板16,所述支撑板16上设置有U型板17,所述U型板17的下端固定在支撑板16上,U型板17的另外两端固定在隔板上;所述速溶氯片放置装置12具有开口一端朝下放置在支撑板16上,速溶氯片放置装置12可通过钢丝或者帮扎带等方式固定在U型板17上。
如图3所示,所述U型板17的上沿不超过第四排放口23的水平中线,从而使得速溶氯片放置装置12保持部分浸泡在水中,下部的速溶氯片溶解后,上部的速溶氯片移动到速溶氯片放置装置12的底部,溶解有氯的水通过U型板17的上沿流入接触消毒池D内。
如图1所示,所述箱体顶部对应厌氧调节池A、好氧池B、沉淀池C以及接触消毒池D处均设置有检修口19,所述检修口19的存在,便于定期对箱体进行检修。
如图1所示,所述好氧池B中位于上侧的不锈钢网格板14上设置有进料口20,进料口20便于定期对悬浮球填料5进行更换。
如图1及图3所示,所述接触消毒池D内接入有加药管24,加药管24的出药端接入接触消毒池D的一级消毒反应室,加药管24的另一端伸出箱体后连接二氧化氯发生器,从而向接触消毒池D内提供消毒药剂。
本实用新型,将医院产生的污水通过进水口送入箱体的厌氧调节池A内,非污泥的颗粒物质被活动网格2过滤,进入厌氧调节池A内的污水中的污泥大部分沉淀到厌氧调节池A的底部,携带有部分污泥和颗粒的污水通过第一排放口3进入好氧池B内,污水中的污染物在好氧池B中的悬浮球填料5和曝气的作用下被消耗清除,携带部分污泥和颗粒的水通过第二排放口8进入沉淀池C内,通过斜板填料层9的存在将污泥和颗粒完全清除,斜板填料层9上侧的上清液通过第三排放口22进入缓冲区,在通过第四排放口23进入接触消毒池D内后经过充分消毒处理后经过出水口18排出。

Claims (9)
1.一种医院污水处理一体化装置,包括中空的箱体,所述箱体内通过纵向设置的隔板分隔为厌氧调节池、好氧池、沉淀池以及接触消毒池,其特征在于:
所述箱体的侧壁上设置有与厌氧调节池连通的进水口,所述进水口对应的箱体内侧壁上设置有位于厌氧调节池内的活动网格;
所述厌氧调节池与好氧池之间的分隔板的中部设置有第一排放口;
所述好氧池内呈上下布置有两个不锈钢网格板,两个所述不锈钢网格板之间设置有若干悬浮球填料,位于下侧的所述不锈钢网格板的下侧设置有若干微孔曝气器,所述微孔曝气器连接有曝气管;
所述好氧池与沉淀池之间的分隔板的下部设置有第二排放口;
所述沉淀池的中部设置有位于第二排放口上侧的斜板填料层,所述沉淀池的底部具有靠近好氧池的锥形斗部,所述锥形斗部对应的沉淀池处设置有气提装置,所述气提装置的进气口与曝气管通过三通连接有伸出箱体的进气管,所述气提装置的排污口通过污泥回流管连接至厌氧调节池;
所述沉淀池中锥形斗部的上部设置有横板及竖板,所述横板、竖板与隔板围合成缓冲区,所述竖板上开设有第三排放口;
所述沉淀池与接触消毒池之间的隔板上设置有第四排放口,所述第四排放口设置在缓冲区中横板上侧对应的隔板上;
所述第四排放口处设置有位于接触消毒池内的速溶氯片放置装置,所述接触消毒池由一纵向隔板和三个挡流板分隔为四个消毒反应室,所述挡流板上下交错布置;所述接触消毒池对应的箱体的上侧壁设置有出水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述第一排放口处设置有位于厌氧调节池内的引流板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述污泥回流管自体装置的排污口至活动网格倾斜向下设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述三通的两个出气口对应的管路上安装有调节阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述第四排放口的下侧设置有支撑板,所述支撑板上设置有U型板,所述U型板的下端固定在支撑板上,U型板的另外两端固定在隔板上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述U型板的上沿不超过第四排放口的水平中线。
7.根据权利要求1所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述箱体顶部对应厌氧调节池、好氧池、沉淀池以及接触消毒池处均设置有检修口。
8.根据权利要求1所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述好氧池中位于上侧的不锈钢网格板上设置有进料口。
9.根据权利要求1所述的医院污水处理一体化装置,其特征在于:所述接触消毒池内接入有加药管。
