本实用新型公开了一种原煤筛分优化装置,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部开设有进料口,所述箱体顶部固定安装有电机箱,所述电机箱内部固定安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机底部转动连接有转轴,所述转轴侧壁固定安装有搅拌叶,所述箱体内侧壁固定安装有安装板和支架,所述安装板内部活动连接有筛板,所述支架一端固定连接有震动电机,且震动电机输出端与筛板相连接,所述箱体侧壁开设有第一出料口、第二出料口和第三出料口,通过伺服电机带动搅拌叶转动,能够对箱体内部的原煤进行搅拌,避免原煤凝结,从而无法从筛孔处下落,提高筛分速度,且通过双层新型聚氨酯弛张筛板,提高了筛分效率,且有效改善了原煤在筛板上的粘堵现象,提高了筛分质量。

技术领域
本实用新型属于原煤筛分技术领域,具体涉及一种原煤筛分优化装置。
背景技术
煤是重要能源,也是冶金、化学工业的重要原料。从矿井中直接开采出来的煤炭叫原煤,原煤在开采过程中难免会混入矸石、竹笆等许多杂质,使原煤含矸率高,而且煤炭的品质不同,内在灰份小和内在灰份大的煤混杂在一起,影响煤质和经济效益的提高,因此需要对原煤进行洗煤。
由于洗煤厂在生产过程中,遇到井下煤质差、含水煤泥过多的情况下,原煤筛筛板会有大面积的煤泥粘堵现象,严重影响了原煤的筛分效果,为此我们提出一种原煤筛分优化装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种原煤筛分优化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种原煤筛分优化装置,包括箱体,所述箱体底部一侧固定安装有伸缩支柱,所述箱体底部另一侧活动连接有固定支柱,所述伸缩支柱和固定支柱侧壁固定连接有固定板,所述固定板上表面固定安装有气缸,所述气缸内部活动安装有伸缩杆,且伸缩杆的顶端与箱体固定连接,所述箱体顶部开设有进料口,所述箱体顶部固定安装有电机箱,所述电机箱内部固定安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机底部转动连接有转轴,所述转轴侧壁固定安装有搅拌叶,所述箱体内侧壁固定安装有安装板和支架,所述安装板内部活动连接有筛板,所述支架一端固定连接有震动电机,且震动电机输出端与筛板相连接,所述箱体侧壁开设有第一出料口、第二出料口和第三出料口。
优选的,所述箱体底部一侧设置有铰轴,且箱体通过铰轴转动连接有固定支柱。
优选的,所述箱体内部固定安装有轴承,且转轴通过轴承与箱体转动连接。
优选的,所述筛板为新型聚氨酯弛张筛板。
优选的,所述筛板设置有两个,且上方的筛板滤孔大于下方的筛板滤孔。
优选的,所述第一出料口、第二出料口和第三出料口内部均固定安装有阀门。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)、该原煤筛分优化装置,开启伺服电机,伺服电机带动转轴和搅拌叶转动,能够对箱体内部的原煤进行搅拌,避免原煤凝结,从而无法从筛孔处下落,提高筛分速度,且通过双层新型聚氨酯弛张筛板,提高了筛分效率,且有效改善了原煤在筛板上的粘堵现象,提高了筛分质量。
(2)、该原煤筛分优化装置,开启气缸,气缸使伸缩杆向上移动,将箱体一侧顶起,从而使箱体倾斜,此时开启阀门,能够快速的将箱体内筛分后的物料依次从出料口中流出,从而便于对物料分类收集,且此种收集方式,降低了职工的劳动强度,提高了收集效率。

请参阅图1-图3,本实用新型提供一种原煤筛分优化装置,包括箱体1,箱体1底部一侧固定安装有伸缩支柱2,箱体1底部另一侧活动连接有固定支柱3,伸缩支柱2和固定支柱3侧壁固定连接有固定板4,固定板4上表面固定安装有气缸5,气缸5内部活动安装有伸缩杆6,且伸缩杆6的顶端与箱体1固定连接,箱体1顶部开设有进料口7,箱体1顶部固定安装有电机箱8,电机箱8内部固定安装有伺服电机9,伺服电机9底部转动连接有转轴10,转轴10侧壁固定安装有搅拌叶11,箱体1内侧壁固定安装有安装板12和支架13,安装板12内部活动连接有筛板14,支架13一端固定连接有震动电机15,且震动电机15输出端与筛板14相连接,箱体1侧壁开设有第一出料口16、第二出料口17和第三出料口18。
本实施例中,优选的,箱体1底部一侧设置有铰轴,且箱体1通过铰轴转动连接有固定支柱3,此结构的设置,能够对箱体1一端固定的同时,也能够使其轻微的转动。
本实施例中,优选的,箱体1内部固定安装有轴承,且转轴10通过轴承与箱体1转动连接,通过轴承的设置,使转轴10固定在箱体1内部的同时,不影响转轴10的转动。
本实施例中,优选的,筛板14为新型聚氨酯弛张筛板,新型聚氨酯弛张筛板筛分效率更高,且不易产生粘堵现象,实用价值高。
本实施例中,优选的,筛板14设置有两个,且上方的筛板14滤孔大于下方的筛板14滤孔,双层筛板14的设置,能够对原煤进一步筛分,从而提高筛分质量。
本实施例中,优选的,第一出料口16、第二出料口17和第三出料口18内部均固定安装有阀门19,阀门19的设置,便于对第一出料口16、第二出料口17和第三出料口18进行开关,从而能够依次收集原煤和分离出的杂质,继而提高收集速度和收集质量。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:该装置使用时,首先,通过进料口7将原煤加入箱体1内部,此时开启伺服电机9带动转轴10和搅拌叶11转动,能够对箱体1内部的原煤进行搅拌,避免原煤凝结,从而无法从筛孔处下落,提高筛分速度,且通过设置的双层筛板14,提高了筛分质量,且筛板14为新型聚氨酯弛张筛板,能够有效改善原煤在筛板14上的粘堵现象,此时开启震动电机15,震动电机15带动筛板14震动,从而加快原煤的筛分速度,当筛分结束后,开启气缸5,气缸5带动伸缩杆6向上移动,从而将箱体1的一侧顶起,继而使箱体1倾斜,此结构的设置,能够使箱体1内的物料更加快速的从出料口处排出,此时,开启第一出料口16和第二出料口17上的阀门19,能够对原煤内的杂质进行收集,从而便于处理,开启第三出料口18上的阀门19,能够对筛分后的原煤进行收集,此种收集方式的设置,避免原煤收集过程中混入杂质,从而降低原煤质量。

1.一种原煤筛分优化装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部一侧固定安装有伸缩支柱(2),所述箱体(1)底部另一侧活动连接有固定支柱(3),所述伸缩支柱(2)和固定支柱(3)侧壁固定连接有固定板(4),所述固定板(4)上表面固定安装有气缸(5),所述气缸(5)内部活动安装有伸缩杆(6),且伸缩杆(6)的顶端与箱体(1)固定连接,所述箱体(1)顶部开设有进料口(7),所述箱体(1)顶部固定安装有电机箱(8),所述电机箱(8)内部固定安装有伺服电机(9),所述伺服电机(9)底部转动连接有转轴(10),所述转轴(10)侧壁固定安装有搅拌叶(11),所述箱体(1)内侧壁固定安装有安装板(12)和支架(13),所述安装板(12)内部活动连接有筛板(14),所述支架(13)一端固定连接有震动电机(15),且震动电机(15)输出端与筛板(14)相连接,所述箱体(1)侧壁开设有第一出料口(16)、第二出料口(17)和第三出料口(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原煤筛分优化装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部一侧设置有铰轴,且箱体(1)通过铰轴转动连接有固定支柱(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种原煤筛分优化装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内部固定安装有轴承,且转轴(10)通过轴承与箱体(1)转动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种原煤筛分优化装置,其特征在于:所述筛板(14)为新型聚氨酯弛张筛板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种原煤筛分优化装置,其特征在于:所述筛板(14)设置有两个,且上方的筛板(14)滤孔大于下方的筛板(14)滤孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种原煤筛分优化装置,其特征在于:所述第一出料口(16)、第二出料口(17)和第三出料口(18)内部均固定安装有阀门(19)。
