sequentially removing current wiring of the original electric energy meter, marking and wrapping by using an insulating adhesive tape;
recording the background data of the original electric energy meter, sequentially removing the voltage wiring of the original electric energy meter, marking, and wrapping by using an insulating adhesive tape;
fixing a newly-installed electric energy meter on a screen cabinet, sequentially and correspondingly connecting a voltage terminal of the newly-installed electric energy meter to the test voltage hole column 106 of each group of voltage connecting plates 104, checking whether the voltage value of the newly-installed electric energy meter is consistent with that of the test electric energy meter, and determining whether wiring is correct and firm;
correspondingly connecting current terminals of the newly-installed electric energy meter to the test current hole columns 107 in sequence, connecting the positive electrode of each current terminal to the first or second test current hole column 107 of each group of current connecting plates 105, connecting the negative electrode of each current terminal to the third test current hole column 107, forming a parallel connection relation with the test electric energy meter, measuring and checking the current value of the newly-installed electric energy meter by using the pincerlike electric current meter, and determining whether the wiring is correct and firm;
sequentially removing current wiring of the electric energy meter to be tested, measuring and checking the current value of the newly-installed electric energy meter by using the pincerlike ammeter, and determining whether the wiring is completely removed;
recording the bottom data of the test electric energy meter again, wherein the electric quantity difference value of the test electric energy meter is the electric quantity lost during the meter changing period, and then sequentially dismantling the electric pressure connection wires of the test electric energy meter;
and after the meter is changed, confirming that the newly-installed electric energy meter works normally, and confirming the recorded bottom degree data of the changed electric energy meter, the electric quantity lost during the meter changing of the test electric energy meter and a customer.
