The size of the welding zone 131 may be set according to the influence of the member to be mounted 4 on the stability of the mounting bracket 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the depth of the accommodating portion 12 may be configured such that the carpet 2 accommodated inside does not protrude from the top wall of the mounting portion 11, so that the member to be mounted 4 can be erected between the two mounting portions 11 and screwed with the top wall of the mounting portion 11 without affecting the normal mounting of the member to be mounted 4 because the carpet 2 protrudes from the mounting portion 11. In addition, in order to reduce the size of the hole opened by the carpet 2 for avoiding the protruding installation part 11 as much as possible, the distance between the two side walls of the installation part 11 may be 1/3 of the distance between the two side walls of the accommodation part 12, so that it is ensured that the accommodation part 12 accommodates the carpet 2 with a sufficiently large area, and the installation strength is not affected by the installation part 11 being too small.
In order to further improve the installation strength of the installation part 11 and avoid shaking of the installation part 4 in the driving process, at least one reinforcing rib (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the side wall of the installation part 11, and the reinforcing rib can be processed in a stamping or injection molding process.
The second purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a chassis assembly, which includes a floor 3, a carpet 2 for covering the surface of the floor 3, and a mounting bracket 1 for mounting a to-be-mounted component 4 on the floor 3, wherein the mounting bracket 1 is the above mounting bracket, and the carpet 2 is provided with an opening for avoiding the mounting portion 11. The chassis assembly has all the advantages of the mounting bracket 1 described above, and will not be described in detail herein.
A third object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle including the above-mentioned mounting bracket 1 or chassis assembly, and having all the advantages of the above-mentioned mounting bracket 1 or chassis assembly, which will not be described herein again.

A mounting bracket for mounting a component (4) to be mounted to a floor (3), characterized in that the mounting bracket (1) comprises: a plurality of n-shaped mounting parts (11) arranged at intervals, wherein the to-be-mounted parts (4) are mounted on the top walls of the mounting parts (11); an accommodating part (12) which is concave towards the direction of the floor (3) and is used for accommodating a carpet (2) is formed between every two adjacent mounting parts (11); the side wall of the mounting part (11) is outwards bent to form a connecting part (13) for connecting the mounting bracket (1) to the floor (3).

6. The mounting bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that the distance between the two side walls of the mounting portion (11) is 1/3 of the distance between the two side walls of the receiving portion (12).
7. A mounting bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that the side wall of the mounting portion (11) is provided with at least one reinforcement rib.
8.
