In a further preferred or alternative embodiment, a stirring device is provided in the solid formulation mother liquor tank 144 to avoid long-term storage, and the pesticide agent component and water are layered due to different densities. When the liquid level in the solid preparation mother liquid mixing and stirring tank 142 is lower than the preset lowest position, the first solid preparation mother liquid discharging pump 143 is turned off.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in a preferred or alternative embodiment of the present invention, the production water supply unit 110 includes a production water storage tank 111, a water supply power pump 112, a water supply flow meter 113, a third controller 114, and a water supply branch valve 115, and the water supply power pump 112 is connected to the production water storage tank 111 and the preparation mother liquor mixed storage unit 120 through a water supply line. A water supply flow meter 113 is located on a trunk line of the water supply line, a water supply branch valve 115 is located on a branch line of the water supply line, a third controller 114 is connected with the water supply flow meter 113, the water supply branch valve 115 and the water supply power pump 112, and the third controller 114 controls the operating state of each of the water supply branch valve 115 and the water supply power pump 112 based on the amount of water supply sensed by the water supply flow meter 113.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the water supply bypass valve 115 and the water supply power pump 112 are synchronously controlled by the third controller 114.
In the above preferred embodiment, the water supply flowmeter 113, the third controller 114, the water supply branch valve 115 and the water supply power pump 112 realize quantitative supply of water to each water supply branch, so as to accurately control the mixing proportion of various pesticide preparations and water, and improve the utilization rate of pesticides.
Referring to fig. 4, as a preferred or alternative embodiment of the present invention, the first controller 139, the second controller 146, and the third controller 114 are all a PLC control system 300.
In a further preferred or alternative embodiment, the water supply bypass valve 115 is a solenoid valve or a pneumatic control valve.
Referring to fig. 3, in a preferred or optional embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted mixing system 200 includes a vehicle-mounted liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank 210, a vehicle-mounted solid preparation mother liquor storage tank 220, a vehicle-mounted water storage tank 230, a liquid metering pump 240 and a mixing tank 250, the vehicle-mounted liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank 210, the vehicle-mounted solid preparation mother liquor storage tank 220 and the vehicle-mounted water storage tank 230 are all connected to the mixing tank 250 through the liquid metering pump 240, and the mixing tank 250 is provided with a quick coupling 260 adapted to a pesticide sprayer.
As a preferred or optional embodiment of the present invention, the liquid preparation mother liquor mixed storage unit 130 further comprises a second liquid preparation mother liquor discharge pump, the second liquid preparation mother liquor discharge pump is connected with the liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank 134, and the second liquid preparation mother liquor discharge pump is detachably connected with the vehicle-mounted liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank 210 through a pipeline, so as to inject the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor in the liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank 134 into the vehicle-mounted liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank 210 through the second liquid preparation mother liquor discharge pump.
As an optimal or optional implementation mode, the solid preparation mother liquor mixed storage unit 140 further comprises a second solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump, the second solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump is connected with the solid preparation mother liquor storage tank 144, and the second solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump is detachably connected with the vehicle-mounted solid preparation mother liquor storage tank 220 through a pipeline, so as to inject the solid pesticide preparation mother liquor in the solid preparation mother liquor storage tank 144 into the vehicle-mounted solid preparation mother liquor storage tank 220 through the second solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump.
As a further preferred or alternative embodiment, the on-board compounding system 200 also includes an air flow agitation device and an on-board diesel air pump 270. Further preferably or alternatively, the gas flow agitation devices are located in the vehicle-mounted liquid formulation mother liquor storage tank 210 and the vehicle-mounted solid formulation mother liquor storage tank 220 to agitate the pesticide formulation mother liquor in the vehicle-mounted liquid formulation mother liquor storage tank 210 and the vehicle-mounted solid formulation mother liquor storage tank 220 through the gas flow agitation devices. Further preferably or optionally, the vehicle-mounted diesel air pump 270 is connected with the airflow stirring device to provide high-pressure air for the airflow stirring device through the vehicle-mounted diesel air pump 270.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted mixing system 200 further includes a vehicle-mounted power inverter 280. Further preferably or alternatively, the onboard power inverter 280 is connected to the in-vehicle circuitry and the fluid metering pump 240 to convert the direct current in the in-vehicle circuitry to electrical power suitable for the fluid metering pump 240 and to provide electrical power to the fluid metering pump 240.

Claims (10)
1. The pesticide preparation mixing system is characterized by comprising a pesticide preparation mother liquor mixing station (100) and a vehicle-mounted mixing system (200), wherein the pesticide preparation mother liquor mixing station (100) is used for collecting, mixing and stirring a solid pesticide preparation and/or a liquid pesticide preparation and discharging a primarily mixed pesticide preparation mother liquor to the vehicle-mounted mixing system (200);
the vehicle-mounted mixing system (200) is used for further mixing, storing and/or transporting the pesticide preparation mother liquor after primary mixing in the pesticide preparation mother liquor mixing station (100).
2. The pesticide preparation compounding system of claim 1, wherein the pesticide preparation mother liquor compounding station (100) comprises a production water supply unit (110) and a preparation mother liquor compounding storage unit (120), the production water supply unit (110) is connected with the preparation mother liquor compounding storage unit (120), and the production water supply unit (110) supplies water to the preparation mother liquor compounding storage unit (120).
3. Pesticide formulation compounding system according to claim 2, characterized in that the formulation mother liquor compounding storage unit (120) comprises a liquid formulation mother liquor compounding storage unit (130) and/or a solid formulation mother liquor compounding storage unit (140),
the liquid preparation mother liquor mixing and storing unit (130) is used for mixing the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor;
the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and storing unit (140) is used for mixing the solid pesticide preparation mother liquor.
4. The pesticide preparation mixing system according to claim 3, wherein the liquid preparation mother liquor mixing and storing unit (130) comprises a liquid pesticide preparation feeding device (131), a liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132), a first liquid preparation mother liquor discharging pump (133) and a liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank (134),
the liquid pesticide preparation feeding device (131) is connected with the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132), and the liquid pesticide preparation feeding device (131) injects a liquid pesticide preparation or a liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor mixed with water into the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132) through a feeding pump (135);
the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132) is connected with the production water supply unit (110), and the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132) is used for mixing the liquid pesticide preparation supplied by the liquid pesticide preparation feeding device (131) with the water supplied by the production water supply unit (110);
the first liquid preparation mother liquor discharging pump (133) is connected with the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132) and the liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank (134), and mother liquor obtained after mixing of the liquid pesticide preparation in the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132) is injected into the liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank (134).
5. Pesticide formulation compounding system according to claim 4, wherein said liquid pesticide formulation dosing device (131) comprises a tank (136) for dosing the pesticide formulation and/or a tank (137) for dosing the pesticide formulation,
the barreled pesticide preparation feeding tank (136) is obliquely arranged, and the barreled pesticide preparation feeding tank (136) is connected with the feeding pump (135) so as to inject the liquid pesticide preparation of the barreled pesticide preparation feeding tank (136) into the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132) through the feeding pump (135);
the bottled pesticide preparation feeding tank (137) comprises a feeding port, bottled pesticide preparation enters the bottled pesticide preparation feeding tank (137) from the feeding port, and the bottled pesticide preparation feeding tank (137) is connected with the production water supply unit (110) so as to provide water for cleaning the liquid pesticide preparation bottle and the feeding port through the production water supply unit (110).
6. A pesticide formulation compounding system according to claim 5 wherein said liquid formulation mother liquor compounding storage unit (130) further comprises a first liquid level sensor (138) and a first controller (139),
a first liquid level sensor (138) is used for sensing liquid level information in the liquid pesticide preparation mother liquor stirring tank (132), the first liquid level sensor (138) is connected with the first controller (139), and the first liquid level sensor (138) transmits the sensed liquid level information to the first controller (139);
the first controller (139) is connected with the first liquid preparation mother liquor discharge pump (133), and the first controller (139) controls the working state of the first liquid preparation mother liquor discharge pump (133) based on liquid level information sensed by the first liquid level sensor (138).

A pesticide formulation mixing system according to any one of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the solid formulation mother liquor mixing and storing unit (140) comprises a negative pressure type air flow conveying device (141), a solid formulation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142), a first solid formulation mother liquor discharge pump (143) and a solid formulation mother liquor storage tank (144),
the negative-pressure air flow conveying equipment (141) is connected with the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142), and the negative-pressure air flow conveying equipment (141) is used for conveying a solid pesticide preparation into the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142);
the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142) is connected with the production water supply unit (110), and the production water supply unit (110) injects water for mixing the solid pesticide preparation into the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142);
the first solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump (143) is connected with the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142) and the solid preparation mother liquor storage tank (144), and the first solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump (143) injects the solid preparation mother liquor of the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142) into the solid preparation mother liquor storage tank (144).
8. The pesticide formulation compounding system of claim 7, wherein said solid formulation mother liquor compounding storage unit (140) further comprises a second liquid level sensor (145) and a second controller (146),
the second liquid level sensor (145) is used for sensing liquid level information in the solid preparation mother liquor mixing and stirring tank (142), the second liquid level sensor (145) is connected with the second controller (146), and the second liquid level sensor (145) transmits the sensed liquid level information to the second controller (146);
the second controller (146) is connected with the first solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump (143), and the second controller (146) controls the working state of the first solid preparation mother liquor discharge pump (143) based on the liquid level information sensed by the second liquid level sensor (145).
9. The pesticide formulation mixing system according to claim 2, wherein the production water supply unit (110) comprises a production water storage tank (111), a water supply power pump (112), a water supply flow meter (113), a third controller (114) and a water supply branch valve (115),
the water supply power pump (112) is connected with the production water storage tank (111) and the preparation mother liquor mixing and storing unit (120) through a water supply pipeline;
the water supply flow meter (113) is positioned on a main line of the water supply line, the water supply branch valve (115) is positioned on a branch line of the water supply line,
the third controller (114) is connected to the water supply flow meter (113), the water supply branch valve (115), and the water supply power pump (112), and the third controller (114) controls the operation state of each of the water supply branch valve (115) and the water supply power pump (112) based on the amount of water supply sensed by the water supply flow meter (113).

The pesticide formulation mixing system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle-mounted mixing system (200) comprises a vehicle-mounted liquid formulation mother liquor storage tank (210), a vehicle-mounted solid formulation mother liquor storage tank (220), a vehicle-mounted water storage tank (230), a liquid metering pump (240), and a mixing tank (250),
the vehicle-mounted liquid preparation mother liquor storage tank (210), the vehicle-mounted solid preparation mother liquor storage tank (220) and the vehicle-mounted water storage tank (230) are connected with the mixing tank (250) through the liquid metering pump (240),
the mixing tank (250) is provided with a quick connector (260) matched with the pesticide spraying machine.
