Through the above arrangement, the position of the reinforcing strip 13 can provide larger expansion force, the two ends of the reinforcing strip 13 are respectively provided with the supporting blocks 2, the supporting blocks 2 limit the crown of the reinforcing strip 13 corresponding to the tooth to move outwards, so that the expansion force of the reinforcing strip 13 acts on the tooth root more, the tooth root drives the maxilla to expand outwards, the acting force of arch expansion is further achieved, and the arch expansion effect is improved.
The utility model provides a supporting shoe 2 can have multiple shape, for example, positive direction, rectangle, semi-circle or irregular shape etc.. In one possible implementation, referring to fig. 3, the support block 2 is a trapezoidal block, and the smaller end of the trapezoidal block is close to the top of the dental crown and the larger end of the trapezoidal block is close to the bottom of the dental crown, that is, the upper end of the trapezoidal block is smaller and the lower end is larger, so that the removal of the braces is facilitated. And, the supporting shoe 2 is wider near the tooth crown part and narrower near the tooth root pressing part, not only can provide greater acting force for limiting outward movement for the tooth crown, but also can reduce the limiting force for the tooth root pressing, and is favorable for improving the arch expanding effect.
Alternatively, the height of the support block 2, i.e., the distance of the support block 2 in the up-down direction, may be 3-4mm, e.g., 3.5mm, and the width of the support block 2, i.e., the distance of the support block 2 in the left-right direction, may be 1-2 mm. Therefore, the problem that the limiting force is insufficient due to the fact that the size of the supporting block 2 is too small can be avoided, and the problem that the installation is unstable due to the fact that the sufficient installation surface cannot be provided outside the dental crown when the supporting block 2 is too large can also be avoided.
