The present disclosure relates to a tape laying device.
Background
The tape laying device is one of the important devices in the process of knitting the tape, and the tape is delivered to a treadmill printer after being unreeled from the tape laying device.
When the tape laying device is used, two working states can occur, namely, when the tape laying device is normally used, the tape laying device is generally placed in the rack; when a new tape storage unit is mounted, the position of the tape laying device needs to be moved from the inside of the chassis to the outside of the chassis.
In the prior art, the lifting of the tape laying device is generally realized by a lifting mechanism, but considering that the tape laying device has the moving requirement, when the lifting device drives the tape laying device to lift and the upper surface of the driving device inclines, the tape laying device can move on the upper surface of the lifting device, so that the position of the tape laying device cannot be effectively fixed.

a sliding portion slidably provided to the guide portion in a second direction;
a support part provided to the sliding part to move together with the sliding part when the sliding part slides along the guide part; and
a tape storage part rotatably provided on the support part so as to rotate relative to the support part when the tape is unwound from the tape storage part;
the second direction is the length direction of the guide part, and the first direction is different from the second direction.
According to the tape laying device of at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the moving part includes:
two mounting portions; the two mounting parts are arranged at a preset distance;
the two ends of the at least one first guide roller are respectively fixed on the mounting part; and
and a rotating roller, both ends of which are rotatably provided to the mounting part, respectively, so that when the belt is wound around the rotating roller and moves in a length direction of the belt, the belt makes the rotating roller rotate.
According to the tape laying device of at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of the blocking members is two, and each blocking member is provided corresponding to one of the mounting portions, so that the two blocking members block the two mounting portions, and thus the position of the tape laying machine is fixed.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a tape laying device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
The tape laying device 200 as shown in fig. 1 comprises: the rack 210 and the rotating plate 220, wherein the rotating plate 220 is rotatably arranged on the rack 210; the driving device 230 is arranged on the frame 210, and is used for driving the rotating plate 220 to rotate; the tape paving machine 100, the tape paving machine 100 is arranged on the rotating plate 220; and a stopper 240, the stopper 240 being for stopping the tape laying machine 100; when the driving device 230 drives the rotating plate 220 to rotate to be parallel to the horizontal plane, the tape storage part of the tape laying machine 100 is replaced, and when the driving device 230 drives the rotating plate 220 to rotate to the inside of the rack 210, the tape laying machine 100 is located inside the rack 210, and the position of the tape laying machine 100 is limited by the stopper 230.
Preferably, the driving device is a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder; as one implementation form, one end of the driving device (for example, a cylinder body of an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder) is rotatably arranged on the frame, and the other end of the driving device (for example, a piston rod of the air cylinder or the hydraulic cylinder) is rotatably arranged on the rotating plate so as to drive the rotating plate to rotate when the driving device extends and contracts.
Fig. 2 and 3 are schematic structural views of a tape laying machine according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
The tape laying machine 100 as described in fig. 2 and 3 includes a moving portion 110; the moving part 110 is provided to move in a first direction; the guide part 120, the guide part 120 is disposed on the moving part 110, so that when the moving part 110 moves along a first direction, the guide part 120 is driven to move; a sliding part 130, the sliding part 130 being slidably provided to the guide part 120 in a second direction; a support part 140, wherein the support part 140 is disposed on the sliding part 130, so that when the sliding part 130 slides along the guide part 120, the support part 140 and the sliding part 130 move together; and a tape storage part 150, the tape storage part 150 being rotatably provided on the support part 140 so as to rotate relative to the support part when the tape is unreeled from the tape storage part;
the first direction is different from the second direction, the first direction is the moving direction of the moving part 110, and the second direction is the length direction of the guiding part 120; more preferably, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular.
As an example, the moving part 110 includes: two mounting portions 111; the two mounting portions 111 are disposed with a predetermined distance therebetween, and preferably parallel to each other; at least one first guide roller 112, both ends of the at least one first guide roller 112 being fixed to the mounting portion 111, respectively; and a rotating roller 113, both ends of the rotating roller 113 being rotatably provided to the mounting portion 111, respectively, so that the belt rotates the rotating roller 113 when the belt is wound around the rotating roller 113 and moved in a length direction of the belt.
In the present disclosure, there are two blocking members 240, and each blocking member 240 is disposed corresponding to one of the mounting portions 111, so that the two blocking members 240 can block the two mounting portions 111, and thus the position of the tape laying machine 100 is fixed.
The moving part 110 further includes a supporting assembly 114, and both ends of the rotating roller 113 are rotatably disposed on the mounting part 111 through the supporting assembly 114, so that the rotating roller 113 is supported by the supporting assembly 114 to rotate.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a support assembly according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
In the present disclosure, referring to fig. 4, the support assembly 114 includes: a support shaft 115 provided to the mounting portion 111, the support shaft 115 supporting the support shaft 115 through the mounting portion 111; and a bearing 116, the bearing 116 being disposed between the supporting shaft 115 and the rotating roller 113 to support the bearing 116 through the supporting shaft 115, and when the rotating roller 113 and the supporting shaft 115 are rotated, a frictional force between the rotating roller 113 and the supporting shaft 115 is reduced through the bearing 116.
A guide groove 117 is formed in the mounting portion 111, and one end of the support shaft 115 is disposed in the guide groove 117, so that the support shaft 115 is guided in the guide groove 117.
Preferably, the guide groove 117 has a first position and a second position, such that the rotating roller 113 is disposed at the first position when the support shaft 115 is located at the first position; when the support shaft 115 is located at the second position, the rotating roller 113 is caused to be disposed at the second position.
In the present disclosure, the supporting part 140 includes: a support frame 141, the support frame 141 being provided to the sliding portion 130; the supporting rod 142 is fixed on the supporting frame 141, so that the supporting rod 142 is supported by the supporting frame 141; the belt storage part 150 is rotatably supported by the supporting rod 142.
In the present disclosure, the tape storage part 150 includes: a fixed shaft 152, both ends of the fixed shaft 152 being rotatably supported at the supporting bar 142; and at least one belt receiving part 151, the belt receiving part 151 being fixed to the fixing shaft 152, the belt receiving part 151 receiving a belt such that when the belt is unreeled from the belt receiving part 151, the belt receiving part 151 rotates and thus the fixing shaft 152 rotates with respect to the support bar 142.
Preferably, a through hole is formed on the support bar 142, an opening is formed at a sidewall of the through hole, the fixing shaft 152 is disposed in the through hole of the support bar 142 through the opening, and the fixing shaft 152 can roll in the through hole of the support bar 142.
In the present disclosure, the supporting portion 140 further includes a second guide roller 143, and both ends of the second guide roller 143 are fixed to the supporting frame 141; preferably, the number of the second guide rollers 143 is two.
The support part 140 further includes a tension adjusting assembly 144, and the tension adjusting assembly 144 is disposed on the support frame 141 to adjust a tension of a belt through the tension adjusting assembly 144.
Preferably, the tension adjusting assembly 144 is located between two second guide rollers 143.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the tension adjustment assembly 144 includes: an index plate 145, wherein the index plate 145 is rotatably provided to the support frame 141; the connecting piece 146, the connecting piece 146 is rotatably arranged on the supporting frame 141; and at least two adjusting levers 147, one ends of which are provided to the connecting members 146, the other ends of which are provided to the indexing disk 145, and the adjusting levers 147 are provided in parallel with the second guide rollers 143, so that when the indexing disk 145 rotates, the position of the adjusting levers 147 is changed with respect to the second guide rollers 143 by adjusting the circumferential position of the indexing disk 145, thereby changing the resistance of the belt passing through the second guide rollers 143 and the adjusting levers 147 and further enabling the tension of the belt to be adjusted.
In the present disclosure, a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the index plate 145 in the circumferential direction, and the support frame 141 is provided with positioning pins 148, so that when the positioning pins 148 are inserted into the positioning holes of the index plate 145, the circumferential position of the index plate 145 is fixed, and when the positioning pins 148 are separated from the positioning holes of the index plate 145, the index plate 145 can rotate to adjust the tension of the belt, and after the adjustment is completed, the circumferential position of the index plate 145 is fixed by the positioning pins 148.
On the other hand, to lock the position of the supporting portion 140 with respect to the guide portion 120, the moving portion 110 further includes a fixing pin 118; the supporting portion 140 includes a hook 149 rotatably disposed on the supporting frame 141 to fix the supporting portion 140 to the moving portion 110 when the hook 149 is engaged with the fixing pin 118; when the hook 149 is rotated such that the hook 149 is disengaged from the fixing pin 118, the support part 140 is allowed to move relative to the moving part 110.

2. The tape laying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said driving means is an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder to drive said rotating plate to rotate when said air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder is extended or retracted.
3. A tape laying apparatus as defined in claim 2, wherein said tape laying machine comprises:

the second direction is the length direction of the guide part, and the first direction is different from the second direction.
4. A tape laying apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said moving portion comprises:
two mounting portions; the two mounting parts are arranged at a preset distance;
the two ends of the at least one first guide roller are respectively fixed on the mounting part; and
and a rotating roller, both ends of which are rotatably provided to the mounting part, respectively, so that when the belt is wound around the rotating roller and moves in a length direction of the belt, the belt makes the rotating roller rotate.
5. A tape laying apparatus according to claim 4, wherein there are two blocking members, one blocking member being provided for each mounting portion, such that the two blocking members block both mounting portions and thereby fix the position of the tape laying apparatus.
6. The tape laying apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said moving portion further comprises a support member, and both ends of said rotating roller are rotatably provided to said mounting portion through the support member.
7. A tape laying apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein said support portion comprises:
a support frame disposed on the sliding portion; and
the supporting rod is fixed on the supporting frame so as to support the supporting rod through the supporting frame;
wherein the belt storage part is rotatably supported to the support bar.
8. The tape laying device according to claim 7, wherein the tape storage portion comprises:
the two ends of the fixing shaft are rotatably supported on the supporting rods; and
at least one belt receiving portion fixed to the fixing shaft, the belt receiving portion being to receive a belt so that the belt receiving portion rotates when the belt is unreeled from the belt receiving portion, and thereby the fixing shaft rotates with respect to the support rod.
9. The tape laying device of claim 8 wherein the support portion further comprises a tension adjustment assembly disposed on the support frame.
10. A tape laying apparatus as claimed in claim 3 wherein said first and second directions are perpendicular.
