The lower conveying layer is used for transferring the shoe plate module to the lower conveying layer for storage after the shoe plate module executes the final process emptying material. A take-off conveyor (PVC belt) is used to transfer the material that completes the final process to the next production facility.
In a standby state, the shoe plate module is stored in the range of a lower-layer conveying station and an upper-layer conveying feeding station, and before starting up and running, a worker sets a production rule according to parameters such as feeding, a process, an oven and the like in a computer system. And setting the operation flows of carrying out one-time liquid medicine coating, one-time laminating, drying, one-time glue coating, drying and laminating, wherein the flow carries out four processes, two processes are required to enter an oven for drying, and the setting flow is as follows: feeding → liquid medicine coating (process 1) → attaching (process 2) → liquid medicine drying (oven 1) → glue coating (process 3) → glue drying (oven 2) → attaching (process 4) → finishing.
Taking the operation flow of carrying out primary liquid medicine coating (process 1), drying, primary glue coating (process 2), drying and attaching (process 3) as an example, four task stations, namely a task station A, a task station B, a task station C and a task station D, can be arranged at the station conveying mechanism; the task stations arrange the executable processes and the priority in the software system of the digital device (computer system) according to the set rules for executing the preset processes and according to the set sequence. For example, task station a performs processes 1 and 2, task station B performs processes 2 and 1, task station C performs processes 3, 2 and 1, and task station D performs processes 3 and 2.
Therefore, the computer system can start feeding operation after setting is finished, shoe plate modules are stored in the lower conveying layer when the shoe plate modules are initially operated, so that the production line system can continuously convey the shoe plate modules of the feeding stations to each task station capable of executing the process 1, when the shoe plate modules completing the process 1 are to be carried out in the next step, whether the shoe plate modules are directly conveyed to the next task station or conveyed to the next task station after being dried in the oven, the software system can detect the load states of the shoe plate modules, the stations and the oven in real time according to the sensors at the moment, and then the shoe plate modules are arranged to be conveyed to the proper task station to execute the next process after algorithm real-time operation is carried out according to the rules set by the task stations.
The above-mentioned shoe plate modules have different identification numbers, and the production line system can be equipped with a proper reader for reading the identification numbers of the shoe plate modules, thereby facilitating the digital device to control the movement of the shoe plate modules in the production line. Secondly, blocking members, such as movably displaceable stoppers, may be provided in the various mechanisms of the production line system, whereby the shoe tray module may be blocked from further displacement or change the direction of displacement there when being moved to a predetermined position.
Secondly, after the shoe plate module finishes all the set production flows, the shoe plate module is finally transferred to a lower conveying layer to be stored, and when the shoe plate module is waited to be moved to an upper conveying layer feeding station again, the task state recorded in the software is emptied by the identification number of the shoe plate module, and the production flow is restarted.
According to the structural configuration disclosed above, and the same glue oven is utilized to enable the material glued each time to enter the glue oven to be dried one by one, so that the embodiment has the advantages of reducing the moving distance and time of the material, further achieving the effect of reducing the labor hour waste and improving the production efficiency, and in addition, the same oven is utilized to repeatedly execute the drying procedure of coating the glue for different times, thereby achieving the effects of reducing the equipment cost and effectively utilizing the production equipment.

1. A circulating production line system is used for conveying a shoe plate module and materials, and is characterized by comprising:
a liquid medicine drying oven, one end of which is an inlet of the liquid medicine drying oven, the other end of which is an outlet of the liquid medicine drying oven, a liquid medicine drying oven conveyer belt is arranged in the liquid medicine drying oven and corresponds to the inlet of the liquid medicine drying oven and the outlet of the liquid medicine drying oven;
a glue oven, one end of which is a glue oven inlet, the other end of which is a glue oven outlet, a glue oven conveyor belt is installed inside the glue oven and corresponds to the glue oven inlet and the glue oven outlet, the glue oven is juxtaposed with the liquid medicine oven so that the glue oven inlet is adjacent to the liquid medicine oven inlet, and the glue oven outlet is adjacent to the liquid medicine oven outlet;
the drying oven inlet conveying mechanism is positioned on one side of the juxtaposed glue drying oven and the liquid medicine drying oven and corresponds to the inlet of the glue drying oven and the inlet of the liquid medicine drying oven;
the drying oven outlet conveying mechanism is positioned on the other side of the juxtaposed glue drying oven and the liquid medicine drying oven and corresponds to the glue drying oven outlet and the liquid medicine drying oven outlet;
the station conveying mechanism is connected with the oven inlet conveying mechanism and the oven outlet conveying mechanism;
wherein the shoe plate module can be circularly moved into the liquid medicine oven and the glue oven through the driving of the oven inlet conveying mechanism, the oven outlet conveying mechanism and the station conveying mechanism.

The recycling production line system of claim 1, wherein the oven entrance conveying mechanism comprises a conveying roller set and at least one lifting conveyor, the conveying roller set is formed by arranging a plurality of rotatable rollers, the lifting conveyor is a combination of a conveyor and a lifter, the conveyor is disposed at one end of the lifter, so that the conveyor cooperates with the lifter to generate lifting displacement.

The recycling production line system of claim 7, wherein the lifting conveyor of the first cross conveyor is a conveyor mounted at one end of a lifter by which the conveyor is moved up and down, the conveyor comprising two belt conveyors and a carrier, one belt conveyor being mounted at one side of the carrier, the other belt conveyor being mounted at the other side of the carrier, the two belt conveyors being opposite to each other, one end of the lifter being connected to the carrier; the lifting conveyor of the second transverse conveyor is a conveyor which is arranged at one end of a lifter and generates lifting displacement by virtue of the lifter, the conveyor comprises two belt conveying devices and a carrying frame, one belt conveying device is arranged at one side of the carrying frame, the other belt conveying device is arranged at the other side of the carrying frame, the two belt conveying devices are opposite, and one end of the lifter is connected with the carrying frame.

The recycling production line system of claim 7, wherein said second cross conveyor has a base, two lower cross conveyors, a first transfer elevator and a second transfer elevator, said base comprising an upper conveying layer and a lower conveying layer, said two cross conveyors being mounted on opposite sides of said upper conveying layer, said two lower cross conveyors being mounted on opposite sides of said lower conveying layer, said first transfer elevator being located at one end of said second cross conveyor, said second transfer elevator being located at the other end of said second cross conveyor, said first transfer elevator and said second transfer elevator being elevated in positions corresponding to said upper conveying layer and said lower conveying layer.
