A fluidized bed adsorption purification device is characterized by comprising an adsorption tower and a material conveying device which are arranged up and down, wherein a feed port is arranged at one end of the upper part of the adsorption tower, the feed port is connected with a uniform distribution device, a discharger is arranged in the adsorption tower and is provided with a rotating scraper, an air inlet is arranged at one end of the lower part of the adsorption tower, a gas distribution device is connected with the air inlet, organic waste gas collected by a workshop gas collecting pipeline is sent into the adsorption tower through the air inlet and the gas distribution device by an externally arranged fan, adsorption filler falls down to be in reverse contact with the organic waste gas after being uniformly distributed by the uniform distribution device under the action of an externally arranged wind-assisted distribution fan, and sinks to a multi-shaft composite function gas uniform distribution device after being adsorbed and purified, then according to the set program, rotating the multi-shaft composite function gas uniform distribution device to enable the filler settled on the multi-shaft composite function gas uniform distribution device to be discharged onto the bottom plate of the fluidized bed adsorption tower, and to be scraped into a discharge hole under the action of the rotating scraper and then to fall into the material conveying device, wherein the purified gas reaches a tower top discharge pipe through a perforated baffle arranged in the adsorption tower, and is filtered by an exhaust filter connected with the tower top discharge pipe to reach the standard and be discharged and/or sent into a gas balancing device;
the material distributing device comprises a material distributing device, a material distributing device and a back-blowing cleaning robot, wherein the material distributing device is an electric scraper type material discharger, a filler separating plate is arranged on the upper portion of the material distributing device, the back-blowing cleaning robot is arranged on the filler separating plate, and the back-blowing cleaning robot is started to clean the filler separating plate in time according to resistance change of the filler separating plate.
2. The fluidized bed adsorption purification apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a pre-filter coupled to the blower, wherein the blower is further configured with a blower adjustment valve.
3. The fluidized bed adsorption purification device of claim 1, wherein the material conveying device is a tank type material conveying device, and the adsorption tower is supported by a tower body supporting column.
4. The fluidized bed adsorption purification apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an internal manhole is provided in the adsorption tower body.
5. The fluidized bed adsorption purification device of claim 1, wherein the gas distribution device is provided with a gas inlet connecting flange, and a gas uniform distribution pipeline is arranged at the upper part of the gas distribution device.

The fluidized bed adsorption purification device of claim 1, wherein a multi-shaft complex function gas uniform distribution device is arranged on the fluidized bed adsorption tower body, and the multi-shaft complex function gas uniform distribution device respectively realizes fluidized boiling of the packing in the adsorption period, downward discharge of the packing in the replacement period and continuous replacement of the packing from top to bottom in the update period according to program setting.

The fluidized bed adsorption purification apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a discharge device connected to the exhaust filter, wherein the discharge device is used for discharging the adsorption filler particles generated by the exhaust filter after the adsorption process is damaged due to the mutual friction of the fillers.

The fluidized bed adsorption purification device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a gas collection device connected to the fluidized bed adsorption purification device and a desorption regeneration device, wherein the fluidized bed waste gas zero emission system further comprises a gas balance device connected to the gas collection device and a recovery device connected to the desorption regeneration device.
