一种加热板属于硫化器上附助装置。
在本实用新型作出以前,现有硫化器加热板是采用硬质合金铝板制作,在铝板上铣槽,然后在槽内安放金属电阻丝,这种结构加热板加工,既费料又费时,还得动用大型设备,且电阻丝功率大,耗能高,加热板表面温度分布不均匀,电源与测温元件圆形接插件多,线路零乱,操作时,不易管理,易出事故。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种结构简单,耗能低,成本低,表面温度分布均匀的加热板。
本实用新型硫化器加热板主要解决方案是这样实现的:其主要由盖板、隔热层、筋条、底板、发热元件所组成。筋条3安装在底板5上成框架式,发热元件放在筋条与筋条之间的槽内,隔热层2放在发热元件上面,最后盖上盖板1。

本实用新型分菱形,矩形两种,上、下加热板结构相同。采用12-16毫米硬质合金铝板制作底板5,板面装上用铝型条或胶合板(木条)制作的筋条3,即框架式,筋条3根据需要可以装数条,发热元件4安放在筋条与筋条之间的槽内,隔热层2放在发热元件上面,发热元件采用发热材料WDR、DZR或PTC,最后盖上盖板1,装上六芯插头6。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、结构简单,省工省料,重量是原加热板的三分之一,成本低,比原加热板降低成本7000元左右,2、热转换效率高,发热均匀,与金属电阻丝相比,节电达30%以上;3、操作时,便于管理不出事故。
