Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the secondary conveying of the discharged materials, a trench for conveying the materials is formed beside the base 1 close to one side of the shaft pin 3, a hopper car 8 is arranged in the trench, and the materials in the hopper car 8 can be conveyed to a specified position through a guide rail in the trench.

As shown in fig. 2, the platform driving means 4 employs a hydraulic driving means. The method comprises the following steps: a hydraulic pump 41, a hydraulic actuator 42, a hydraulic control valve 43, and a motor 44; the hydraulic pump 41, the hydraulic actuator 42, and the hydraulic control valve 43 are connected to an oil tank through oil passages; the hydraulic actuating component 42 is connected with the overturning platform 2; the hydraulic control valve 43 is disposed on an oil passage between the hydraulic actuator 42 and the hydraulic pump 41; the driving shaft of the motor 44 is connected with the rotating shaft of the hydraulic pump 41; the hydraulic pump 41, the hydraulic control valve 43, and the motor 44 are electrically connected to the control device 6.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a turning-over unloading state of the automatic unloading platform for vehicles is shown. As shown in fig. 3, after the dump vehicle 9 moves to a designated position and is ready for dumping, under the instruction of the control device 6, the motor 44 is started to drive the hydraulic pump 41 connected thereto to start operating. At the same time, under the command of the control device 6, the hydraulic control valve 43 located between the hydraulic actuator 42 and the hydraulic pump 41 is opened. Under the hydraulic drive, a hydraulic actuating component 42 with one end connected with the bottom of the overturning platform 2 jacks upwards to push the overturning platform 2 to rotate around the pivot pin 3, and the unloading vehicle 9 on the overturning platform 2 overturns accordingly.

Because the unloading vehicle 9 has a heavy dead weight when fully loaded with materials, when the overturning platform 2 overturns, the vehicle cannot be fixed by the friction force between the vehicle tire and the platform surface of the overturning platform 2, and the vehicle body tends to slide downwards along the inclined direction of the overturning platform 2; meanwhile, the vehicle tilting end has the tendency of being separated from the surface of the overturning platform 2 and overturning inwards. The vehicle fixing device 5 of the vehicle automatic discharging platform is further refined into an inner fixing part 51 and an outer fixing part 52. The inner fixing part 51 is positioned at one side of the overturning platform 2 close to the pin shaft 3; the outer fixing portion 52 is located on one side of the turnover platform 2 away from the pin 3.
Before unloading, an inner fixing part 51 arranged on one side of the overturning platform 2 close to the pin shaft 3 fixes the body of the unloading vehicle 9 on the surface of the overturning platform 2 at the inner side; and an outer fixing part 52 arranged on one side of the overturning platform 2 close to the pin shaft 3 fixes the unloading vehicle 9 on the surface of the overturning platform 2 at the inner side. The thinning of the inner fixing part 51 and the outer fixing part 52 effectively relieves the condition that the vehicle slides downwards inwards and breaks away from the inwards overturning condition on the surface of the platform during overturning, and the automatic unloading operation is safer.
Further, when the vehicle is turned over and unloaded, the inner side of the vehicle needs to be in close contact with the inner fixing portion 51. To fix the body and prevent it from sliding inwards when the roll-over platform 2 and the dump vehicle 9 are rolled inwards, the inner fixing portion 51 is required to apply a force to the body in a direction opposite to the direction of the sliding downwards when in contact with the body. Therefore, the inner fixing portion 51 may be a metal column that is axially parallel to the turn-over platform 2.
When the overturning platform 2 and the unloading vehicle 9 are overturned inwards together, the inner side of the unloading vehicle 9 is close to the metal column, and a vehicle body exerts a downward force on the metal column due to gravity; the metal studs react against the body and exert a counter supporting force on the body, under the action of which the tripper vehicle 9 remains stationary. Meanwhile, the elastic material is arranged on the surface of the metal column, so that the vehicle body can be protected while the vehicle body is effectively prevented from sliding downwards, and the occurrence of scratching and extrusion damage of the vehicle body is relieved.
In addition, the outer fixing portion 52 is a wire rope provided on the turn-over platform 2, and the wire rope fixes the dump vehicle 9 to the turn-over platform 2 at the outer side of the turn-over platform 2. Because of the tensile force effect of the steel cable, the surface of the vehicle tilting end which can not be separated from the overturning platform 2 overturns inwards, and the safety of vehicle overturning and unloading is ensured.
Furthermore, a remote controller is adopted to send an instruction, and the control device 6 makes a corresponding response according to the input instruction of the remote controller, so that the control of overturning and discharging is realized more conveniently.

and the control device (6), wherein the control device (6) is electrically connected with the platform driving device (4).
2. The vehicle automatic discharge platform according to claim 1, characterized in that said platform driving means (4) comprise: a hydraulic pump (41), a hydraulic actuator (42), a hydraulic control valve (43), and a motor (44);
the hydraulic pump (41), the hydraulic execution part (42) and the hydraulic control valve (43) are communicated with an oil tank through oil passages;
the hydraulic execution component (42) is connected with the overturning platform (2);
the hydraulic control valve (43) is arranged on an oil pipeline between the hydraulic execution component (42) and the hydraulic pump (41);
the driving shaft of the motor (44) is connected with the rotating shaft of the hydraulic pump (41);
the hydraulic pump (41), the hydraulic control valve (43), and the motor (44) are electrically connected to the control device (6).
3. The vehicle automatic discharge platform of claim 2, wherein said hydraulic actuator (42) is a hydraulic cylinder.
4. The vehicle automatic discharge platform according to claim 1, characterized in that said vehicle fixing means (5) comprise, an inner fixing portion (51) and an outer fixing portion (52);
the inner fixing part (51) is positioned on one side, close to the pin shaft (3), of the overturning platform (2); the outer fixing part (52) is located on one side, far away from the pin shaft (3), of the overturning platform (2).
5. The vehicle automatic discharge platform according to claim 4, characterized in that said inner fixed portion (51) is a metal column axially parallel to the overturning platform (2); the surface of the metal column is coated with an elastic material; the outer fixing portion (52) is a wire rope.
