Claims (11)

1. A sizing material conveying device is characterized by comprising:
a mounting seat (10);
the driving motor (20), the said driving motor (20) is set up on the said mount pad (10);
a first clutch assembly (30) and a second clutch assembly (40), said first clutch assembly (30) and said second clutch assembly (40) being selectively drivingly connectable to said drive motor (20);
a unwinding transmission assembly (31), wherein the unwinding transmission assembly (31) is connected with the first clutch assembly (30) and is used for driving the lining cloth reel to rotate to unwind the sizing material when the first clutch assembly (30) is in driving connection with the driving motor (20);
a recycling transmission assembly (41), wherein the recycling transmission assembly (41) is connected with the second clutch assembly (40) and is used for driving the sizing reel to rotate to recycle the sizing when the second clutch assembly (40) is in driving connection with the driving motor (20).
2. Glue transfer device according to claim 1, characterised in that the unwinding drive assembly (31) comprises:
a first sprocket assembly (311), the first sprocket assembly (311) being connected with the first clutch assembly (30);
a lead-out chuck (312), the lead-out chuck (312) being connected with the first sprocket assembly (311) for connection with the linerboard reel;
when the first clutch assembly (30) and the driving motor (20) are used, the driving motor (20) drives the unwinding chuck (312) to rotate through the first chain wheel assembly (311) so as to drive the lining cloth roll to rotate.
3. The size transfer device according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises:
a brake (50), the brake (50) being movably arranged relative to the lead-out chuck (312) for adjusting the rotational speed of the lead-out chuck (312).
4. The size transfer device according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises:
a detection assembly arranged on the mounting seat (10) for detecting the diameter of the lining cloth reel;
a control mechanism connected with the brake (50) to control the rotation speed of the unwinding chuck (312) through the brake (50);
the detection assembly is connected with the control mechanism, so that when the detection assembly detects that the diameter of the lining cloth reel is reduced, the control mechanism controls the brake (50) to reduce the rotation resistance of the unwinding chuck (312), and the lining cloth reel continuously outputs lining cloth at a preset speed.
5. Glue conveying device according to claim 4, characterised in that the brake (50) is air-braked, that the detection assembly comprises a laser distance measuring sensor, and that the control means comprise:
the controller is connected with the laser ranging sensor to receive a detection signal of the laser ranging sensor in real time;
a proportional valve connected to the controller, wherein the controller controls the gas pressure delivered to the brake (50) via the proportional valve to adjust the rotational resistance applied by the brake (50) to the pilot chuck (312).
6. Glue transfer device according to claim 1, characterized in that said recovery drive assembly (41) comprises:
a second sprocket assembly (411), the second sprocket assembly (411) being connected with the second clutch assembly (40);
a recovery chuck (412), the recovery chuck (412) being connected with the second sprocket assembly (411);
wherein the driving motor (20) drives the recovery chuck (412) to rotate through the second clutch assembly (40), and the recovery chuck (412) is used for being connected with the sizing material reel to drive the sizing material reel to rotate.
7. Glue transfer device according to claim 1, characterised in that both the lining reel and the glue reel are arranged on a carrier trolley, which carrier trolley is movably arranged with respect to the mounting (10), the glue transfer device further comprising:
the positioning assembly (60) is movably arranged on the mounting seat (10) so as to position the carrying trolley when the carrying trolley approaches the mounting seat (10), so that the unwinding transmission assembly (31) is connected with the lining cloth reel or the recycling transmission assembly (41) is connected with the sizing material reel.
8. Glue transfer device according to claim 7, characterized in that the positioning assembly (60) comprises:
the two positioning plates (61) are arranged at intervals and are respectively connected with different positions of the carrying trolley;
the positioning cylinders are respectively connected with the two positioning plates (61) to drive the two positioning plates (61) to move simultaneously.
9. The size transfer unit according to claim 7, characterized in that the size transfer unit further comprises:
a buffer assembly (70), said buffer assembly (70) being disposed on said mount (10) to bring said carrier trolley into resilient contact with said mount (10) as said carrier trolley moves proximate to said mount (10);
the buffer assembly (70) comprises a plurality of buffer members, and the buffer members are arranged on the mounting seat (10) at intervals so as to be abutted against different positions of the carrying trolley respectively.
10. A conveying device comprising a sizing material reel, a lining cloth reel and a sizing material conveying device, wherein the sizing material conveying device is used for driving the sizing material reel or the lining cloth reel to rotate, and the sizing material conveying device is the sizing material conveying device in any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. The transmission apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that the transmission apparatus further comprises:
the carrying trolley is movably arranged relative to the sizing material conveying device, and the sizing material winding drum and the lining cloth winding drum are both arranged on the carrying trolley;
the guide assembly (80) comprises a first guide frame and a second guide frame, and the carrying trolley is movably arranged between the first guide frame and the second guide frame so as to be close to or far away from the sizing material conveying device along the guide direction of the first guide frame and the second guide frame.
