本实用新型是为组合大屏幕电视墙提供一种并 缝装置。此装置主要由显象管、菲涅尔透镜、挡板组 成。它能消除组合大屏幕电视墙由于用多个独立的 显象管因四周边缘所产生的视觉黑框效应,使组合大 屏幕电视墙的画面几乎是连成一片,画面连续性加 强,视觉柔和,可大大提高收看质量。

本实用新型属组合大屏幕电视墙并接技术。
目前组合大屏幕电视墙在广告宣传,公共娱乐场所大量被采用。但是由于组合大屏幕电视墙是用多个显象管作为显示部件组合而成,其每个显象管边缘由于制造时玻璃厚度产生约2厘米左右的黑框,当组成大屏幕电视墙时,每个显象管四边之间就有5厘米左右的黑框。放映时,由于每个显象管四边的黑框效应、人们在组合大屏幕墙前面看到的是被分割成多块小单元的分断图象,影响收看效果。如何减少,直至消除黑框效应,一直是组合大屏幕电视墙的一大难题。
本实用新型组合大屏幕电视墙并缝装置。是为消除组合大屏幕电视墙黑框效应而设计。
本实用新型组合大屏幕电视墙并缝装置的特征在于,在组合电视墙的每个独立的显象管前面装一块菲涅尔透镜、也可将每一独立的菲涅尔透镜按其与每一独立的显象管相应的镶嵌在一整块和组合大屏幕电视墙面积相同的透明体上;再在每个独立显象管的萤光屏与菲涅尔透镜之间的四周黑框上装上有一定斜面或弧面挡板。当萤幕放映时菲涅尔透镜将图放大、其放大量可通过调整菲涅尔透镜与萤光屏的距离这使放大的图象尺寸与每一个独立的显象管四周黑框边缘重合,这样每个独立的显象管的图象之间在通过菲涅尔透镜后组成的电视墙显示出来的图象就近似没有黑框间隙。由于又在每个独立的萤光屏与菲涅尔透镜之间的四周黑框上装上了有一定斜面或弧面的挡板,使每个独立的萤光屏四周的黑框边就被档住,有效的消除了组合大屏幕墙的黑框效应。在菲涅尔透镜和斜面或弧面挡板的作用下组合大屏幕放映时,在屏幕前看到的图象几乎于连成一片。

1、一种组合大屏幕电视墙并缝装置,其特征在于它由多个独立的显象管4、菲涅尔透镜1、斜面或弧面的挡板2组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合大屏幕电视墙并缝装置,其特征在于每个独立的显象管4前面都装有一面菲涅尔透镜1;也可将每一独立的菲涅尔透镜按其与每一独立的显象管相应的位置镶嵌在一整块和组合大屏幕电视墙面积相同的透明体上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的组合大屏幕电视墙并缝装置,其特征在于每个独立的显象管4四周边缘黑框3上都装有斜面或弧面挡板2。
