Abstract
本实用新型属于医用辅助器械技术领域,特别涉及一种人工呼吸专用口罩。该人工呼吸专用口罩包括口罩本体(10)和临时连接部(20),口罩本体(10)上设置有气体传导管路(30),气体传导管路(30)包括位于口罩本体(10)内侧的内侧端(31)和位于口罩本体(10)外侧的外侧端(32),所述口罩本体(10)的侧边固定有脸颊覆盖部(40),脸颊覆盖部(40)的近端连接在口罩本体(10)的侧边,气体传导管路(30)的外侧端(32)位于口罩本体(10)的中间位置至脸颊覆盖部(40)的远端之间。本实用新型可提高口罩与患者嘴巴之间的气密性,还能使抢救者在呼气体位完成对患者胸部起伏的观察和呼气完毕后对患者鼻子气流流出情况的观察。

本实用新型属于医用辅助器械技术领域,特别涉及一种人工呼吸专用口罩。
背景技术
人工呼吸是自主呼吸停止时紧急采取的救治方法,可以为身体的重要器官提供氧供应,使其不至于由于缺氧而导致重要生命器官的损害。常用的人工呼吸方法有两种,即口对口呼吸和口对鼻呼吸。口对口呼吸是最常用的方式,其方式为:患者取仰卧位,抢救者一手放在患者前额,并用拇指和食指捏住患者的鼻孔,然后深吸一口气,张开口以封闭患者的嘴周围,向患者口内连续吹气2次,直到胸廓抬起,停止吹气,松开贴紧患者的嘴,并放松捏住鼻孔的手,将脸转向一旁,用耳听有否气流呼出,再深吸一口新鲜空气为第二次吹气做准备,当患者呼气完毕,开始下一次同样的吹气。
口对口呼吸方式的最大缺陷是不卫生,如果患者还患有传染性疾病,极易造成疾病的传播,所以抢救者常会产生可能被传染疾病的心理障碍,从而影响抢救效果。中国专利文献CN 210020757 U公开的一种人工呼吸口罩,其在口罩本体上设有两根弹力带,口罩本体上通过强力胶黏贴有呼吸嘴和单向阀,单向阀上安装有进气管和出气管。其密封性好,气体不会回流,而且避免了嘴与嘴的直接接触。该方案的不足之处在于:呼吸嘴难以包裹住患者的嘴巴,导致呼气极易从患者嘴巴处泄漏,即其虽然解决了嘴与嘴的隔离问题,但影响了气密性,从而会影响抢救效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种人工呼吸专用口罩,其在避免嘴与嘴直接接触的前提下,可提高口罩与患者嘴巴之间的气密性,还能使抢救者在呼气体位完成对患者胸部起伏的观察和呼气完毕后对患者鼻子气流流出情况的观察。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
人工呼吸专用口罩,包括口罩本体和用于将口罩本体固定于人体头部的临时连接部,口罩本体上设置有气体传导管路,气体传导管路包括位于口罩本体内侧的内侧端和位于口罩本体外侧的外侧端,所述口罩本体的侧边固定有脸颊覆盖部,脸颊覆盖部的近端连接在口罩本体的侧边,气体传导管路的外侧端位于口罩本体的中间位置至脸颊覆盖部的远端之间。
作为改进,所述脸颊覆盖部呈方形,脸颊覆盖部的宽度为口罩本体宽度的1/3-1/2。
作为改进,所述气体传导管路的内侧端位于口罩本体的中间位置至口罩本体的侧边之间。
作为进一步改进,所述气体传导管路整体呈S形,气体传导管路由若干段硬质圆管柔性串联而成。
作为进一步改进,所述临时连接部为用于套于头部的弹性带,气体传导管路的内侧端呈喇叭口状。
作为改进,所述临时连接部为位于口罩本体两侧的耳带,脸颊覆盖部所在一侧的耳带位于脸颊覆盖部的外侧表面。
作为改进,所述临时连接部为位于口罩本体两侧的耳带,脸颊覆盖部所在一侧的耳带固定在脸颊覆盖部的侧边。
作为改进,所述脸颊覆盖部为三层结构,由外而内依次为吸水层、防水层、吸水层。

本实用新型的有益效果是:(1)将抢救者在人工呼吸中的三个规定动作“用嘴吹、用眼看、用耳听”在同一体位完成,使抢救者不用频繁变化体位,从而可以提高抢救效率;(2)抢救者在实施三个规定动作时,其脸部是压着病人的嘴巴的,可实现对患者的嘴巴周围进行封闭,还有助于使患者的头部处于后仰状态,有利于保持患者的气道畅通;(3)用气体传导管路的方式,可将呼气直接导入患者嘴巴深处,而且抢救者是闭嘴含着气体传导管路端部的方式吹气,呼气发生泄漏的概率较小,也没有必要再安装单向阀,从而还可以降低生产成本和生产难度;(4)人工呼吸时,抢救者的嘴巴与患者的嘴巴是错开的,能降低抢救者的心理负担,万一患者发生呕吐,抢救者也不用担心呕吐物影响到自己的嘴巴,从而有利于抢救者全身心投入抢救工作。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,一种人工呼吸专用口罩,包括口罩本体10和用于将口罩本体10固定于人体头部的临时连接部20。口罩本体10呈长方形,口罩本体10的侧边固定有脸颊覆盖部40,脸颊覆盖部40的近端连接在口罩本体10的侧边。脸颊覆盖部40呈方形,脸颊覆盖部40的高度与口罩本体10的高度相等,脸颊覆盖部40的宽度为口罩本体10宽度的1/2。临时连接部20为位于口罩本体10两侧的耳带,脸颊覆盖部40所在一侧的耳带固定在脸颊覆盖部40的侧边。口罩本体10为三层结构,由外而内依次为防水层、过滤层、吸水层,防水层为防水无纺布,过滤层为活性炭纤维布,吸水层为医用无纺布。脸颊覆盖部40为三层结构,由外而内依次为吸水层、防水层、吸水层,最外层的吸水层为棉布,防水层为防水无纺布,最内层的吸水层为医用无纺布。
口罩本体10上设置有气体传导管路30,气体传导管路30包括位于口罩本体10内侧的内侧端31和位于口罩本体10外侧的外侧端32。气体传导管路30整体呈S形,气体传导管路30的内侧端31位于口罩本体10的中间位置至口罩本体10的侧边之间,气体传导管路30的中间段固定在口罩本体10内侧,气体传导管路30的外侧端32位于口罩本体10的中间位置至脸颊覆盖部40的远端之间。气体传导管路30由若干段硬质圆管柔性串联而成。硬质圆管由硬质塑料制成,硬质圆管被抢救者的脸部压迫时,仍可使气流流通通畅。气体传导管路30也可以在一段软管外套设若干段硬质圆管形成。
该发明创造的使用状态参考图如图2所示,使用时,抢救者侧脸把脸部压向患者的嘴巴,同时使把气体传导管路30的外侧端32插入患者的牙齿之间。抢救者采用脸部压迫和管路传导呼气的方式,可以减少呼气在患者嘴巴周围的泄漏。在所述体位下,抢救者的耳朵刚好位于患者的鼻子附近,所以抢救者在此体位即可以用眼观察患者胸部的起伏,还可以用耳细听患者的鼻息,不用来回变换体位。同时,由于患者的嘴巴周围被抢救者的脸部压着,还可使患者的头部处于后仰状态,从而有利于患者气道的畅通。
实施例2
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:脸颊覆盖部40的宽度为口罩本体10宽度的1/3,使用时,部分口罩本体10可用于压迫患者的嘴巴。临时连接部20为位于口罩本体10两侧的耳带,脸颊覆盖部40所在一侧的耳带位于脸颊覆盖部40的外侧表面。气体传导管路30的内侧端31和外侧端32分别位于口罩本体10的两侧。
实施例3
如图4所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:临时连接部20为用于套于头部的弹性带,使用时,弹性带套于抢救者的头部。气体传导管路30的内侧端31呈喇叭口状,其位于口罩本体10的中间位置,喇叭口状的内侧端31罩于抢救者的嘴巴周围可以减少呼气在抢救者嘴巴周围的泄漏。

1.人工呼吸专用口罩,包括口罩本体(10)和用于将口罩本体(10)固定于人体头部的临时连接部(20),口罩本体(10)上设置有气体传导管路(30),气体传导管路(30)包括位于口罩本体(10)内侧的内侧端(31)和位于口罩本体(10)外侧的外侧端(32),其特征在于:所述口罩本体(10)的侧边固定有脸颊覆盖部(40),脸颊覆盖部(40)的近端连接在口罩本体(10)的侧边,气体传导管路(30)的外侧端(32)位于口罩本体(10)的中间位置至脸颊覆盖部(40)的远端之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的人工呼吸专用口罩,其特征在于:所述脸颊覆盖部(40)呈方形,脸颊覆盖部(40)的宽度为口罩本体(10)宽度的1/3-1/2。
3.如权利要求1所述的人工呼吸专用口罩,其特征在于:所述气体传导管路(30)的内侧端(31)位于口罩本体(10)的中间位置至口罩本体(10)的侧边之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的人工呼吸专用口罩,其特征在于:所述气体传导管路(30)整体呈S形,气体传导管路(30)由若干段硬质圆管柔性串联而成。
5.如权利要求1所述的人工呼吸专用口罩,其特征在于:所述临时连接部(20)为用于套于头部的弹性带,气体传导管路(30)的内侧端(31)呈喇叭口状。
