Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器,包括出气口、过滤罩、面罩、张口垫块、气囊、弹性臂、胸部按压座、单向进气口、固定板、气管和进气口,所述面罩的上端安装有过滤罩,所述过滤罩的上端分别安装有出气口和进气口,所述面罩的内部设置有张口垫块,所述面罩的一侧安装有固定板和弹性臂。本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过将胸部按压和口对口吹气两种人工呼吸方式相结合,大大提高使用功能的全面性,一次按压就可使两种救援方式同时完成,降低医护人员工作量;本实用新型通过在面罩底部安装张口垫块,使重症监护患者口能够张开,方便进行人工呼吸,同时过滤罩对进出气体进行过滤,避免病毒传播,造成交叉感染。

本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器。
背景技术
昏迷患者或心跳停止患者在排除气道异物,采用徒手方法使呼吸道畅通后,如无自主呼吸,应立即予以人工呼吸,以保证不间断地向患者供氧,防止重要器官因缺氧造成不可逆性损伤。正常空气中氧浓度约为21%,经呼吸吸入肺后人体大约可利用3%~5%,也就是说,呼出气中仍含有16%~18%的氧浓度,只要我们在进行人工呼吸时给患者的气量稍大于正常,使氧含量的绝对值并不少于自主呼吸,这样就完全可以保证身体重要器官的氧供应,不至于由于缺氧而导致重要生命器官的损害。
人工呼吸器是抢救危重病人不可缺少的设备,它是用机械的方法维持和辅助病人呼吸的一种装置,临床使用人工呼吸器比较普遍,常用于各种病因所致的呼吸停止或呼吸衰竭的抢救及麻醉期间呼吸管理。
现有技术存在以下问题:现在的人工呼吸器单独进行胸部按压或口对口吹气,两者不能很好结合造成实施麻烦;同时面罩没有使患者张口组件,通过鼻孔呼气造成不便。
实用新型内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本实用新型提供了一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器,具有结构简单,操作便携,功能全面,方便使用的特点。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器,包括出气口、过滤罩、面罩、张口垫块、气囊、弹性臂、胸部按压座、单向进气口、固定板、气管和进气口,所述面罩的上端安装有过滤罩,所述过滤罩的上端分别安装有出气口和进气口,所述面罩的内部设置有张口垫块,所述面罩的一侧安装有固定板和弹性臂,所述弹性臂的另一端安装有胸部按压座,所述固定板的下端与弹性臂对应位置安装有气囊,所述气囊的一端安装有单向进气口,所述气囊的另一端安装有气管;
所述张口垫块的下端表面均匀设置有用于通气的出气孔;
所述胸部按压座包括复位弹簧和胸部按压垫,其中,所述胸部按压座的下端安装有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的下端安装有胸部按压垫。
优选的,所述出气口和进气口的连接处均设置有单向通气阀。
优选的,所述张口垫块的表面包裹有一层硅胶垫。
优选的,所述气管与进气口之间以及气管与气囊之间均通过密封垫密封紧固。
优选的,所述气囊通过两侧的卡块夹住固定在固定板的下端。
优选的,所述过滤罩的内部设置有药物消毒滤网和用于吸附异味的活性炭。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过将胸部按压和口对口吹气两种人工呼吸方式相结合,大大提高使用功能的全面性,同时结构简单,一次按压就可使两种救援方式同时完成,方便医护人员的操作,降低医护人员工作量。
2、本实用新型通过在面罩底部安装张口垫块,使重症监护患者口能够张开,方便进行人工呼吸,提高救援效率,同时过滤罩对进出气体进行过滤,避免病毒传播,造成交叉感染。

请参阅图1-2,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器,包括出气口1、过滤罩2、面罩3、张口垫块4、气囊5、弹性臂6、胸部按压座7、单向进气口8、固定板9、气管10和进气口11,面罩3的上端安装有过滤罩2,过滤罩2的内部设置有药物消毒滤网和用于吸附异味的活性炭,避免病毒传播,过滤罩2的上端分别安装有出气口1和进气口11,出气口1和进气口11的连接处均设置有单向通气阀,防止病菌传播,面罩3的内部设置有张口垫块4,张口垫块4的表面包裹有一层硅胶垫,避免对患者口腔造成伤害,面罩3的一侧安装有固定板9和弹性臂6,弹性臂6的另一端安装有胸部按压座7,固定板9的下端与弹性臂6对应位置安装有气囊5,气囊5通过两侧的卡块夹住固定在固定板9的下端,方便拆装,气囊5的一端安装有单向进气口8,气囊5的另一端安装有气管10,气管10与进气口11之间以及气管10与气囊5之间均通过密封垫密封紧固,防止气体泄漏;
张口垫块4的下端表面均匀设置有用于通气的出气孔41;
胸部按压座7包括复位弹簧71和胸部按压垫72,其中,胸部按压座7的下端安装有复位弹簧71,复位弹簧71的下端安装有胸部按压垫72。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:本实用新型使用时,医护人员将面罩3置于重症监护患者面部,胸部按压座7放置在患者胸部位置,对患者进行人工呼吸时,通过下压弹性臂6使胸部按压座7下端的胸部按压垫72下压胸部,对患者进行心肺复苏,下压后的弹性臂6随复位弹簧71一起上移,弹性臂6抵住气囊5,使气囊5压缩,气囊5内气体顺着气管10进入进气口11,通过过滤罩2过滤后从张口垫块4下端的出气孔41进入患者呼吸道,患者呼出气体通过过滤罩2过滤后从出气口1排出,方便医护人员对患者人工呼吸,使用便携。

1.一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器,包括出气口(1)、过滤罩(2)、面罩(3)、张口垫块(4)、气囊(5)、弹性臂(6)、胸部按压座(7)、单向进气口(8)、固定板(9)、气管(10)和进气口(11),其特征在于:所述面罩(3)的上端安装有过滤罩(2),所述过滤罩(2)的上端分别安装有出气口(1)和进气口(11),所述面罩(3)的内部设置有张口垫块(4),所述面罩(3)的一侧安装有固定板(9)和弹性臂(6),所述弹性臂(6)的另一端安装有胸部按压座(7),所述固定板(9)的下端与弹性臂(6)对应位置安装有气囊(5),所述气囊(5)的一端安装有单向进气口(8),所述气囊(5)的另一端安装有气管(10);
所述张口垫块(4)的下端表面均匀设置有用于通气的出气孔(41);
所述胸部按压座(7)包括复位弹簧(71)和胸部按压垫(72),其中,所述胸部按压座(7)的下端安装有复位弹簧(71),所述复位弹簧(71)的下端安装有胸部按压垫(72)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器,其特征在于:所述出气口(1)和进气口(11)的连接处均设置有单向通气阀。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种危重患者监护人工呼吸器,其特征在于:所述气管(10)与进气口(11)之间以及气管(10)与气囊(5)之间均通过密封垫密封紧固。
