背景技术
灯泡的历史久远,使用范围极广,截止今日小型钨丝灯泡依旧是装饰灯的首选,钨丝灯泡耗电量大,随着人口的日益增加,若每户家庭、每个街道的装饰灯、每个商业区都采用钨丝灯泡制成的装饰灯的话,势必会造成用电量增加,因此一种新型的灯泡的是目前所需的。
实用新型内容
为了解决以上问题,本实用新型提供一种新型LED灯泡,包括:
玻璃灯罩,包括具有封闭的头端和封闭的尾端,以及条形的中间部;
LED光源,包括阴极和阳极,用于包裹阴极和阳极的塑料壳体,以及从塑料壳体中穿出的阴极极脚和阳极极脚;
所述LED光源布置在玻璃灯罩的尾端,所述阴极极脚和阳极极脚都从玻璃灯罩尾端中穿出。
优选的,所述头端和尾端均通过热压成型。
优选的,所述头端的形状为,沿从中部往头部方向,逐渐收窄,并且末端呈球形。
优选的,所述玻璃灯罩的直径为4.0-6.0毫米。
优选的,所述玻璃灯罩的壁厚为0.3-1.0毫米。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:制造简单,同时通过玻璃灯罩头端的造型使得LED的光源能够折射到各个方向,利于人们观赏。

玻璃灯罩201,包括具有封闭的头端210和封闭的尾端215,以及条形的中间部;
LED光源250,包括阴极和阳极,用于包裹阴极和阳极的塑料壳体,以及从塑料壳体中穿出的阴极极脚255和阳极极脚255;
所述LED光源250布置在玻璃灯罩201的尾端215,所述阴极极脚255和阳极极脚255都从玻璃灯罩201尾端215中穿出。
所述头端210和尾端215均通过热压成型,本实用新型可通过以下方法制成:选用两端均有开口的玻璃管,将一端加热融化、挤压成前头端210的形状,然后将LED光源250放置在另一端,LED 光源250的摆放方式为与玻璃管中线205共线,然后将另一端也通过加热融化、挤压成尾端215的形状。
所述头端210的形状为,沿从中部往头部方向,逐渐收窄,并且末端呈球形,使用带球状的尖端部可以将LED光源250的光折射至各个方向,利于人们观赏。
所述玻璃灯罩201的直径为4.0-6.0毫米。
所述玻璃灯罩201的壁厚为0.3-1.0毫米。

玻璃灯罩,包括具有封闭的头端和封闭的尾端,以及条形的中间部;
LED光源,包括阴极和阳极,用于包裹阴极和阳极的塑料壳体,以及从塑料壳体中穿出的阴极极脚和阳极极脚;
所述LED光源布置在玻璃灯罩的尾端,所述阴极极脚和阳极极脚都从玻璃灯罩尾端中穿出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述头端和尾端均通过热压成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述头端的形状为,沿从中部往头部方向,逐渐收窄,并且末端呈球形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述玻璃灯罩的直径为4.0-6.0毫米。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述玻璃灯罩的壁厚为0.3-1.0毫米。
