The plurality of bent portions are respectively disposed at left and right sides of the mounting plate 20. The bent portion of each side is shaped as a slot adapted to mate with an edge portion of one side of the mounting plate 20. Thus, the bent portions at both sides of the mounting plate 20 are respectively engaged with the edge portions at both sides of the mounting plate 20, so that the mounting plate 20 can be guided to be inserted into the slot. Meanwhile, the bent portions at both sides of the mounting plate 20 also abut against the left and right side surfaces of the mounting plate 20, respectively, so that the position of the mounting plate 20 in the left and right direction can be defined.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the upper end of the housing 30 is open, and the mounting plate 20 is adapted to be inserted into the slot of the housing 30 from the upper end opening of the housing 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the elevator hall call device further includes an end cap 40, and the end cap 40 is mounted on the upper end opening of the housing 30 to close the upper end opening of the housing 30.
As shown in fig. 1-4, in the illustrated embodiment, the end cap 40 is adapted to snap together with the housing 30 and the mounting plate 20, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the illustrated embodiment, a first elastic catch 41a is formed on the end cap 40, a boss 31a is formed on the upper end portion of the housing 30, and the first elastic catch 41a catches on the boss 31 a. In the illustrated embodiment, the first elastic catch 41a has a hook shape, the boss 31a has a columnar shape, and the first elastic catch 41a can hook the boss 31 a.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the illustrated embodiment, the housing 30 includes a pair of side walls 31 opposing in the left-right direction, and a front wall plate 32 of the housing 30 is connected between the pair of side walls 31. The aforementioned boss 31a is formed on the inner surface of the side wall 31 of the housing 30.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the illustrated embodiment, a second elastic catch 42a is further formed on the end cap 40, a catch groove 23 is formed on an upper end portion of the mounting plate 20, and the second elastic catch 42a is caught in the catch groove 23. In the illustrated embodiment, the second elastic catch 42a has a hook shape, and the second elastic catch 42a can be hooked into the card slot 23.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the illustrated embodiment, the end cap 40 includes a horizontal cover plate 41 and a vertical cover plate 42, and a first elastic catch 41a is formed on the horizontal cover plate 41 and a second elastic catch 42a is formed on the vertical cover plate 42.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, a first window 20a corresponding to the display area 10a on the display panel 10 is formed on the mounting board 20. A second window 30a corresponding to the display area 10a on the display panel 10 is formed on the front wall 32 of the housing 30. The display region 10a on the display panel 10 is viewable from the outside via the first window 20a and the second window 30 a.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the elevator hall call device further includes a transparent front panel 50, the front panel 50 being mounted on the outside of the front wall 32 of the housing 30 to cover the second window 30 a.

As shown in fig. 5 to 6, in the illustrated embodiment, positioning posts 22 are formed on the mounting plate 20, positioning holes corresponding to the positioning posts 22 are formed on the display panel 10, and the positioning posts 22 are inserted into the positioning holes to define the mounting position of the display panel 10.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, in the illustrated embodiment, connection posts 21 are formed on the mounting board 20, and connection holes corresponding to the connection posts 21 are formed on the display panel 10. The elevator hall call device further includes a screw 60, and an internal thread is formed in the connection pole 21 to be engaged with the screw 60, and the screw 60 passes through the connection hole and is threadedly coupled with the connection pole 21, thereby fixing the display panel 10 to the mounting plate 20.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, in the illustrated embodiment, the number of positioning columns 22 is two, and two positioning columns 22 are arranged on one diagonal line of the display panel 10. The number of the connection columns 21 is two, and two connection columns 21 are arranged on the other diagonal line of the display panel 10. Therefore, in the illustrated embodiment, when the display panel 10 is mounted on the mounting board 20, four corners of the display panel 10 are supported on the two positioning posts 22 and the two connection posts 21, respectively.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, for example, the display panel 10 can be quickly mounted on the mounting plate 20 in a snap-fit manner, and these variations are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the illustrated embodiment, when the display panel 10 and the mounting plate 20 need to be replaced, a tool, such as a screwdriver, is used to pry the first elastic latch 41a of the end cap 40 to separate the first elastic latch 41a from the boss 31a, so that the end cap 40 is separated from the housing 30, the end cap 40 and the mounting plate 20 snapped together with the end cap 40 can be pulled out, and then the mounting plate 20 can be detached from the end cap 40 to replace the mounting plate and the display panel.

1. An elevator hall call device comprising:
a housing (30); and
a display panel (10) mounted in the housing (30),

the plurality of bending parts are respectively matched with edge parts of two sides of the mounting plate (20) so as to guide the mounting plate (20) to be inserted into the slot and limit the position of the mounting plate (20) in the left-right direction.
4. The elevator hall call device according to claim 3, wherein:
a plurality of bent elastic pressing fingers (32c) are further formed on the front wall plate (32) of the housing (30), and the plurality of bent elastic pressing fingers (32c) are adapted to press against the edge portion of the lower end of the mounting plate (20) to hold the mounting plate (20) in the insertion slot and to define the position of the mounting plate (20) in the up-down direction.
5. The elevator hall call device according to claim 2, wherein:
the upper end of the shell (30) is open, and the mounting plate (20) is suitable for being inserted into a slot of the shell (30) from the upper end opening of the shell (30).
6. The elevator hall call device according to claim 5, wherein:
the elevator hall call device further comprises an end cover (40), wherein the end cover (40) is installed on the upper end opening of the shell (30) to close the upper end opening of the shell (30).
7. The elevator hall call device according to claim 6, wherein:
the end cap (40) is adapted to snap together with the housing (30) and the mounting plate (20), respectively.
8. The elevator hall call device according to claim 7, wherein:
a first elastic catch (41a) is formed on the end cap (40), a boss (31a) is formed on the upper end portion of the housing (30), and the first elastic catch (41a) is caught on the boss (31 a).
9. The elevator hall call device according to claim 8, wherein:
a second elastic buckle (42a) is further formed on the end cover (40), a clamping groove (23) is formed on the upper end portion of the mounting plate (20), and the second elastic buckle (42a) is buckled into the clamping groove (23).
10. The elevator hall call device according to claim 9, wherein:
the end cap (40) includes a horizontal cover plate (41) and a vertical cover plate (42), the first elastic catch (41a) is formed on the horizontal cover plate (41), and the second elastic catch (42a) is formed on the vertical cover plate (42).
11. The elevator hall call device according to claim 10, wherein:
the housing (30) includes a pair of side walls (31) opposing in the left-right direction, and the convex portion (31a) is formed on an inner surface of the side wall (31) of the housing (30).
12. The elevator hall call device according to claim 1, wherein:
positioning columns (22) are formed on the mounting plate (20), positioning holes corresponding to the positioning columns (22) are formed on the display panel (10), and the positioning columns (22) are inserted into the positioning holes to define the mounting position of the display panel (10).
13. The elevator hall call device of claim 12, wherein:
a connecting column (21) is formed on the mounting plate (20), and a connecting hole corresponding to the connecting column (21) is formed on the display panel (10);
the elevator hall call device further comprises a screw (60), wherein an internal thread matched with the screw (60) is formed in the connecting column (21), and the screw (60) penetrates through the connecting hole and is in threaded connection with the connecting column (21), so that the display panel (10) is fixed on the mounting plate (20).
14. The elevator hall call device of claim 13 wherein:
the number of the positioning columns (22) is two, and two positioning columns (22) are arranged on a diagonal line of the display panel (10);
the number of the connection columns (21) is two, and two connection columns (21) are arranged on the other diagonal of the display panel (10).
15. The elevator hall call device according to claim 1, wherein:
forming a first window (20a) on the mounting board (20) corresponding to a display area (10a) on the display panel (10);
forming a second window (30a) corresponding to a display area (10a) on the display panel (10) on a front wall plate (32) of the case (30);
a display region (10a) on the display panel (10) is viewable from the outside via the first window (20a) and the second window (30 a).
