As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a brush device is further disposed at the exit 20, and the brush device includes a brush 240 and a brush adjusting mechanism, and the brush adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the height and the rotation angle of the brush 240 protruding the edge of the front baffle 201. The brush 240 comprises a brush head 2401 and a brush handle 2402, a clamping groove 2410 for fixing the brush handle 2402 is arranged at the top of the bottom support 241, a brush fixing plate 2411 which is parallel to the outer surface of the front baffle 201 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom support 241, and a waist-shaped hole 242 is formed in the surface of the brush fixing plate 2411.
When the suction cup 30 sucks the certificate and moves from the certificate outlet 20 to the direction of the certificate dragging mechanism 5, if there is adhesion between the certificate and the certificate, the brush 240 can block the certificate below from sliding out of the certificate outlet 20.
To ensure that only one certificate is removed from the outlet 20 at a time, the distance between the brush head of the brush 240 and the certificate pressing plate 230 needs to be less than or equal to the thickness of a single certificate. However, because the same type of certificate is affected by the material and the temperature and humidity of the environment, the surface flatness and thickness are different, for example, the certificate of some materials is fluffy, or the humidity of the coastal city is high, the whole thickness of the certificate is large, the surface of the certificate of some materials is smooth, and the paper sheet is compact; and the thickness of the certificates of different classes is different. By adopting the structural design of the embodiment, the height of the brush 240 can be properly adjusted in advance according to different blank certificates to be placed, so that the distance between the brush head of the brush 240 and the certificate pressing plate 230 is always smaller than or equal to the thickness of one certificate.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, a gap is left between the brush fixing bolt 25 and the kidney hole 242 so that the shoe 241 can rotate with respect to the brush fixing bolt 25 within a certain range, thereby adjusting the deflection angle of the brush 240. Further, as shown in fig. 10, the suction cup device includes a suction cup assembly, a suction cup lifting mechanism for driving the suction cup assembly to move in a vertical direction, and a suction cup translation mechanism for driving the suction cup assembly to move in a horizontal direction, wherein the suction cup assembly includes a suction cup 30; the sucker lifting mechanism comprises a sucker lifting screw 31 with one end fixedly connected with the sucker component and a sucker lifting screw 32 matched with the sucker lifting screw 31, and the sucker lifting screw 32 can drive the sucker lifting screw 31 to lift.
The surface of the sucker lifting screw nut 31 is provided with a spline along the axial direction, the spline is an external spline, correspondingly, the sucker lifting mechanism further comprises a sucker spline shaft sleeve 33 fixedly connected with the top of the shell 1 of the certificate making equipment, an inner cavity of the sucker spline shaft sleeve 33 is provided with an internal spline, and the internal spline is matched with the external spline on the surface of the sucker lifting screw nut 31. The other end of the suction cup lifting screw 31 is sleeved in the suction cup spline shaft sleeve 33 and can slide in the suction cup spline shaft sleeve 33. The inside top of casing 1 of system card equipment is fixed with sucking disc drive assembly, and it is used for driving sucking disc lift lead screw 32 and rotates, has one section distance between sucking disc spline housing 33 and the sucking disc drive assembly, provides sufficient accommodation space when rising for providing sucking disc lift screw 31. The suction cup driving assembly comprises a suction cup driving motor 340 in transmission connection with the suction cup lifting screw 32, and a first motor fixing seat 341 for fixing the suction cup driving motor 340. The suction cup lifting mechanism further comprises a suction cup shaft sleeve fixing plate 330 for fixing the suction cup spline shaft sleeve 33, and a plurality of first connecting columns 342 for fixing the suction cup shaft sleeve fixing plate 330 are arranged on the first motor fixing seat 341. The plurality of first connection columns 342 are uniformly distributed at the edge of the first motor fixing seat 341, two ends of the first connection columns 342 are respectively fixedly connected with the first motor fixing seat 341 and the suction cup shaft sleeve fixing plate 330, and the distance between the first motor fixing seat 341 and the suction cup shaft sleeve fixing plate 330 is the space where the suction cup lifting nut 31 can rise.

When the page needs to be turned in the stamping or printing process of the certificate, the sucking disc 30 firstly adsorbs and lifts the paper sheet positioned above, and then turns the lifted paper sheet to the other side of the binding line through the page turning device. However, the suction principle of the suction cup 30 is that the suction system is formed by an air pump and a corresponding pipeline connected to the suction cup 30, so that the air in the suction cup 30 is pumped out to form a vacuum negative pressure, thereby sucking an object. The paper sheet is made by pressing paper pulp, and the surface of the paper sheet has certain air permeability, so when the suction cup 30 sucks the paper sheet, the next paper sheet is lifted together through the paper sheet by the suction force of the suction cup 30, and the problem of paper sheet adhesion during page turning occurs.
To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 11 and 13, the document making apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a paging system, which includes a suction cup device for sucking the paper sheet from the upper surface of the paper sheet, and a paging mechanism 6 for applying a paging friction force to the paper sheet on the lower surface of the paper sheet, wherein the paging friction force is perpendicular to the binding line of the document. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the separation mechanism further includes a separation guide 61, and the separation transmission assembly can slide along the separation guide 61. Hold-in range connecting plate 621 fixed surface has hold-in range fixed block 622, and hold-in range fixed block 622 internal surface is equipped with the trough of belt 623 that is used for imbedding paging hold-in range 63, and trough of belt 623 bottom is equipped with the teeth of a cogwheel that agree with mutually with paging hold-in range 63 internal surface, and bolt and hold-in range connecting plate 621 fixed connection are passed through to the both ends of hold-in range fixed. Thus, when the timing belt 63 is in operation, the timing belt connecting plate 622 drives the paging slide 62 and the paging plate 60 to synchronously move along the paging guide 61.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 14, the anti-slip means is a static device, i.e., the anti-slip means is a silicone pad 64a laid on the upper surface of the paging plate 60. When the page is turned, the suction cup 30 moves downwards to be adsorbed on the upper surface of the paper sheet, the paper sheet is pressed on the surface of the silica gel pad 64a, then the control circuit of the certificate making equipment controls the suction cup translation mechanism to synchronously act with the paging transmission assembly and the certificate dragging mechanism 5, and the three are controlled to synchronously make displacement with a certain distance to one side of the certificate binding line. When more than one sheet is sucked by the suction cup 30, the end of the upper sheet is sucked by the suction cup 30, and the back surface of the lower sheet and the surface of the silicone rubber pad 64a receive the pressure applied by the suction cup 30, so that the friction force between the two is large, all the sheets between the silicone rubber pad 64a and the suction cup 30 synchronously move to the binding line side, and the sucked sheets are elastically bent. At this time, the suction cup 30 drives the paper sheet located above to rise, the friction between the paper sheet located below and the silicone pad 64a is reduced to near zero, and the parts of the paper sheet that are elastically bent except the first paper sheet adsorbed by the suction cup 30 are restored, so that the end of the paper sheet located below moves relative to the first paper sheet, the adhesion between the paper sheet located below and the first paper sheet adsorbed is broken, and the other paper sheets located below automatically fall and are separated from the first paper sheet under the action of gravity. The control circuit controls the page separating plate to retreat outside the range of the paper pages, and the paper pages positioned below are fed again after retreating and push the adsorbed first paper page to the other side of the binding line, so that continuous operation of paper twisting and page separation is realized. Of course, the anti-slip member in this embodiment is not limited to the silicone pad 64a, but may be other structures and materials, such as a rubber pad or a metal plate with a rough surface.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 14-15, the paper feeding portion is a paper feeding wheel 64 disposed on the surface of the separation plate 60, and the paper feeding wheel 64 is a driving wheel capable of being actively driven to rotate. Specifically, the paging mechanism 6 further includes a paging transmission assembly disposed below the paging plate 60 and used for driving the pickup roller to rotate, wherein the upper surface of the paging plate 60 is provided with a paging window 601 for exposing the pickup roller 64, the pickup roller 64 is disposed in a plurality of spaced positions along the length direction of the paging plate 60, the paging window 601 is disposed in a plurality of corresponding positions, and the pickup roller 64 is disposed in a position corresponding to the suction cup 30.
The paging transmission assembly comprises a paper pickup motor 640 for driving the paper pickup wheel 64 to rotate, and a paper pickup motor mounting seat 641 for fixing the paper pickup motor 640 is arranged below the paging plate 60. The paper-rubbing motor mounting seat 641 is located below the paging plate 60 and is respectively fixedly connected with the paging connecting plate 620 and the root of the paging plate 60. The paging transmission assembly further comprises a pickup wheel shaft 642 for fixing the pickup wheel 64, a pickup wheel shaft mounting plate 643 is arranged at the end of the paging plate 60, the pickup wheel shaft 642 is fixed on the pickup wheel shaft mounting plate 643 at the end, and the root of the pickup wheel shaft 642 is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the pickup motor 640.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 16, the pickup motor mounting seat 641 is provided with a receiving cavity 6410 for receiving and fixing the pickup motor 640, and the receiving cavity 6410 is a barrel-shaped structure with two open ends. The output shaft of the paper twisting motor 640 is in transmission connection with a paper twisting wheel shaft 642 through a coupler 644, and the lower surface of the paging plate 60 is further provided with a coupler bracket 6440 for fixing the coupler 644.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, a movable pressing wheel 65 for flattening the certificate during dynamic operations such as stamping the certificate or turning pages is further disposed below the paging plate 60, and the movable pressing wheel 65 and the paging plate 60 move synchronously. The upper end of the paper twisting wheel shaft mounting plate 643 is provided with a paper twisting wheel shaft hole 6431 for fixing the paper twisting wheel shaft 642, the lower end is provided with a first movable pressing wheel shaft hole 651 for fixing the end part of the movable pressing wheel shaft 650, the paper twisting motor mounting seat 641 is further provided with a second movable pressing wheel shaft hole 6411 below the accommodating cavity 6410, and the root part of the movable pressing wheel shaft 650 is fixed in the second movable pressing wheel shaft hole 6411. The movable pinch roller shafts 641 are provided with a plurality of movable pinch rollers 65, and the movable pinch rollers 65 can flatten the certificate book above the certificate dragging mechanism 5 through the movement of the paging plate 60.
When the page needs to be turned, the suction cup 30 moves downwards to be adsorbed on the upper surface of the page and lift the page, meanwhile, the separation plate 60 moves below the lifted page, the suction cup 30 moves downwards to press the page on the surface of the pickup wheel 64, and then the pickup motor 640 drives the pickup wheel 64 to rotate. Under the action of the pickup roller 64, other paper sheets between the pickup roller 64 and the suction cup 30 are separated from the uppermost paper sheet adsorbed by the suction cup 30, then the paging plate 60 is controlled to retreat outside the range of the certificate, redundant paper sheets adsorbed by the suction cup 30 fall back to the lower part, and the paging plate 60 feeds the only paper sheet lifted by the suction cup 30 again to press the other side of the binding line, so that paging and page turning operations are completed.
By adopting the structural design, the manual paper rubbing action is simulated by controlling the suction disc 30 to press down and the paper rubbing wheel 64 to rotate, the mutually adhered paper sheets are separated, the automatic paging is realized, the page turning operation is realized by the translation of the page turning plate 60, the page turning plate 60 has the functions of page turning and paging, the structural design is compact, the occupied space is small, the paging and the page turning are rapid and accurate, and the automation degree is high.
The thickness of this certificate has very big difference because of the different classification of this certificate, and this also can lead to thickness to be different because of the humiture of page material, different regions and this surface deformation degree of certificate of same money card. And the existing certificate making equipment can roll the certificate through the back pressure certificate device 7 before the certificate enters the printer 4. However, the range of motion of the rear pinch roller of the conventional device is limited only between the rear pinch roller and the surface of the dragging evidence platform 1010, so that the evidence with larger thickness cannot pass through the device, and the compatibility of the device with the evidence with different sizes is poor.
To solve the technical problem, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 and 19, when the second contact starts to contact with the first contact and gradually approaches, the second contact can gradually raise the rear pressing wheel 70. In this embodiment, the push plate 66 and the paging connecting plate 620 are of an integrally formed structure, and the push plate 66 is located on one side of the paging connecting plate 620 opposite to the printer 4.
The contact part upper surface has contact surface 660, and contact surface 660 is the inclined plane, and it extends to the one end slant that is close to the leaflet board 60 by the one end that is close to rocking arm 72, and rocking arm 72 end fixing has rocking handle 720, rocking handle 720 and back pressure evidence pivot 71 parallel arrangement. The rocking handle 720 is provided with a contact wheel 721, the contact wheel 721 is arranged right opposite to the contact surface 660, when the push plate 66 is close to the printer 4, the contact wheel 721 is firstly abutted against the contact surface 660, and along with the further advance of the paging plate 60, the contact wheel 721 can rotate on the contact surface and gradually rise, so as to drive the rear pressure evidence rotating shaft 71 to rotate towards the printer 4.
The evidence making equipment still including be located the back and press evidence pivot fixing base 710 (see fig. 12) of proving pivot 71 both ends after, rocking arm 72 sets up in the back and presses evidence pivot fixing base 710 outside, and the contact site sets up with back pressure evidence pivot fixing base 710 relatively, and rocking handle 720 is pressed the inboard extension of proving pivot 71 fixing base 710 backward. Wherein, the pressing card end is a plate-shaped structure, and the center thereof is provided with a pressing wheel groove 730 for exposing the rear pressing wheel 70. The rear pressing wheel assembly 7a further comprises a rear pressing wheel shaft, the rear pressing wheel 70 is fixed on the rear pressing wheel shaft, a wheel shaft supporting frame 731 for supporting the rear pressing wheel shaft is arranged at the pressing end, and the wheel shaft supporting frame 731 is located on two sides of the pressing wheel groove 730.
Because the roughness that proves this surperficial different positions of general case is different, when this highest point of card was passed through to a certain back pinch roller 70, other back pinch rollers 70 will break away from this surface of card and unsettled, lead to proving that this most region does not pass through the flattening of back pinch roller 70, influence the flattening effect of page. In order to avoid the situation that the rear pressing wheel 70 at the highest position of the protrusion suspends other rear pressing wheels 70, in another embodiment of the present application, the rear pressing wheel shaft adopts an elastic shaft capable of generating a certain elastic deformation in the radial direction. As shown in fig. 19, the protection member 701 includes an inner tube 7011 having one end adapted to the inner diameter of the puck hole 700 and an outer tube 7012 having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the puck hole 700, and the inner tube 7011 is fitted to the elastic shaft. In this embodiment, the rear pinch roller shaft is a tension spring 75. The protection parts 701 can prevent the end surfaces of the rear pressing wheels 70 from contacting with the wheel axle supporting frames 731, and prevent the rear pressing wheels 70 from being abraded.
