The invention provides a novel hard carton paper, which comprises a carton paper main body and a carton paper end part, wherein the carton paper main body is formed by hard paper, four press marks are arranged on the carton paper main body, the four press marks divide the carton paper main body into a first carton front side surface part, a carton upper side surface part, a carton rear side surface part, a carton lower side surface part and a second carton front side surface part which are sequentially connected, and the carton paper end part comprises a first end part folding edge, a second end part folding edge and a third end part folding edge, wherein the first end part folding edge is fixedly arranged at two side edges of the carton rear side surface part, the second end part folding edge is fixedly arranged at two side edges of the carton lower side surface part, and the third end part folding edge is fixedly arranged at two side edges; the novel hard carton paper is planar before the cigarette packet group is filled, and the novel hard carton paper is formed into a carton wrapped at the periphery of the cigarette packet group in the process of filling the cigarette packet group. This application saves the step of opening and shutting preformed barrel repeatedly, guarantees the appearance quality of barrel, reduces artifical intensity of labour, improves the efficiency of loading of cigarette package group.

The invention relates to the field of cartons for cigarette packaging, in particular to novel hard carton paper.

Background

In recent years, cigarette industry enterprises all over the country put main resources on the development of their own core brands in order to realize the strategic target of 'cigarette level on cigarettes', so that the raw and auxiliary materials of cigarette packages of the same brand and even the packaging forms of the cigarettes of the same brand have great differences. At present, more and more cigarette enterprises have packaging requirements for high-grade products different from those of conventional products, and particularly, in the design of barrel packaging, the characteristics of individuation, serialization and diversification are required to be presented so as to highlight the distinctiveness of the high-grade products and enhance the attraction of the high-grade products to consumers.

Cigarette products packaged by hard cartons are more and more favored by consumers due to stiff and smooth appearance, exquisite texture and novel box opening mode, and are gradually a new favorite for various cigarette industry enterprises to develop brand strategies. At present, the rigid cartons of the cigarette products on the market are usually preformed, that is, the cartons are transported to a cigarette factory after being preformed. Then, the worker opens the preformed rigid carton, fills the carton (i.e., the cigarette packet) with the transparent paper package into the formed rigid carton, and closes the rigid carton after the cigarette packet is filled. In the process, although the tool can be used for quick filling, the preformed hard barrel needs to be opened manually for the second time, on one hand, the crease of the barrel is influenced to a certain extent, and the appearance quality of the barrel is influenced finally; on the other hand, the labor intensity of the manual work is high, and the market requirement cannot be completely met.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a new type of rigid carton paper that can be formed into a carton at the time of cigarette pack filling.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a novel hard carton paper for forming a carton, the novel hard carton paper comprises a carton paper main body and a carton paper end part, the carton paper main body is made of hard paper, four parallel indentations are arranged on the carton paper main body, the four indentations divide the carton paper main body into a first carton front side surface part, a carton upper side surface part, a carton rear side surface part, a carton lower side surface part and a second carton front side surface part which are connected in sequence, the carton paper end part comprises a first end part folding edge fixedly arranged at the two side edges of the rear side surface part of the carton, a second end part folding edge fixedly arranged at the two side edges of the lower side surface part of the carton, and a third end part folding edge fixedly arranged at the two side edges of the front side surface part of the second carton, the second end folding edge and/or the first end folding edge and the third end folding edge are/is provided with a pre-spraying glue area; the novel hard carton paper is planar before the cigarette packet group is filled, and the novel hard carton paper is formed into a carton wrapped at the periphery of the cigarette packet group in the process of filling the cigarette packet group.

As described above, the novel hard carton paper according to the present invention has the following advantageous effects:

the novel hard carton paper is not formed into a carton before wrapping the cigarette packet group, and the novel hard carton paper is formed by wrapping the carton paper and the cigarette packet group in one step, so that the carton does not need to be opened for two times when the cigarette packet group is filled, the step of repeatedly opening and closing the pre-formed carton in the prior art is omitted, on one hand, the influence on indentation on the novel hard carton paper can be avoided, and the appearance quality of the carton is ensured; on the other hand, the manual labor intensity can be greatly reduced, and the filling efficiency of the cigarette packet group is improved.

The present application provides a new type of rigid carton paper 10 for forming a carton 20 as shown in fig. 2, the carton 20 being used for filling a cigarette packet group 50 consisting of a plurality of orderly arranged cigarette packets 51. For convenience of description, in the following embodiments, the longitudinal direction of the barrel 20 is defined as the left-right direction, the width direction of the barrel 20 is defined as the front-rear direction, and the thickness direction of the barrel 20 is defined as the up-down direction.

As shown in fig. 1, the novel hard carton paper 10 according to the present application includes a carton paper main body 11 and a carton paper end portion 12, the carton paper main body 11 is made of hard paper, four parallel indentations 111 extending left and right along the length direction of the carton 20 are provided on the carton paper main body 11, the four indentations 111 divide the carton paper main body 11 into a first carton front side surface portion 112, a carton upper side surface portion 113, and a carton rear side surface portion 114 which are connected in sequence, a lower side surface 115 of the barrel and a front side surface 116 of the second barrel, the end 12 of the barrel includes a first end flap 121 fixed at the left and right edges of the rear side surface 114 of the barrel, a second end flap 122 fixed at the left and right edges of the lower side surface 115 of the barrel, and a third end flap 123 fixed at the left and right edges of the front side surface 116 of the second barrel, the first end flap 121 and the third end flap 123 are symmetrically distributed at the two sides of the second end flap 122; after the new hard carton paper 10 is formed into the carton 20, the first end flap 121 and the second end flap 122 are fixed to each other, and the third end flap 123 and the second end flap 122 are fixed to each other. The application also provides a forming method of the novel hard carton paper 10, which comprises the following steps:

s1, the new rigid carton paper 10 is in the plane shape shown in fig. 1, and the cigarette packet group 50 formed by a plurality of orderly arranged cigarette packets 51 is conveyed to the lower side surface 115 of the carton of the new rigid carton paper 10;

s2, conveying the novel hard carton paper 10 and the cigarette packet group 50 together to a forming area for forming, wherein the novel hard carton paper 10 is formed into a carton 20 wrapped on the periphery of the cigarette packet group 50; the first casing front side surface portion 112 and the second casing front side surface portion 116 are overlapped in front and back and are located on the front side of the cigarette pack group 50, the first casing front side surface portion 112 forms the upper flap 21 of the barrel 20 and is detachably connected with the second casing front side surface portion 116, the barrel upper side surface portion 113 is located on the upper side of the cigarette pack group 50, the barrel rear side surface portion 114 is located on the rear side of the cigarette pack group 50, the barrel lower side surface portion 115 is located on the lower side of the cigarette pack group 50, and the first end folding edge 121 and the third end folding edge 123 are fixed to the second end folding edge 122 and are located on the left side and the right side of the cigarette pack group 50. The carton paper end part 12 in the novel hard carton paper 10 forms a planar carton end face which blocks the left and right ends of the carton hard main body and enables the carton hard main body to be fixed and formed, and the carton hard main body cannot be loose even if the upper flip cover 21 is opened.

The novel hard carton paper 10 is not formed into the carton 20 before wrapping the cigarette packet group 50, the novel hard carton paper 10 is formed by wrapping the cigarette packet group 50 once, and the novel hard carton paper 10 and the cigarette packet group 50 are formed once in the production process of the novel hard carton paper 10, so that the carton 20 does not need to be opened for the second time when the cigarette packet group 50 is filled, the step of repeatedly opening and closing the pre-formed carton 20 in the prior art is omitted, on one hand, the influence on the indentation 111 on the novel hard carton paper 10 can be avoided, and the appearance quality of the carton 20 is ensured; on the other hand, the manual labor intensity can be greatly reduced, the packaging process of the cigarette pack group 50 is simple and efficient, and the packing efficiency of the cigarette pack group 50 is improved. In addition, the carton paper main body 11 made of hard paper forms the carton hard main body of the carton 20, and the appearance of the hard carton 20 can be ensured to be stiff and smooth.

Further, the carton paper end part 12 is made of soft paper, and the soft paper can be trademark paper; the cardboard of the carton paper body 11 may be a hard cardboard. When the novel hard carton paper 10 is formed into the carton 20, the straight line pushing handle is used for forming the carton paper main body 11 into the carton hard main body, the spiral corner folding device is used for forming the carton paper end part 12 into the carton end face, the carton paper main body 11 made of hard paper can be well adapted to the straight line pushing handle, the appearance of the carton 20 can be stiff and smooth, and the carton paper end part 12 made of soft paper can be well adapted to the spiral corner folding device. Preferably, the main body 11 and the end 12 of the carton are adhesively secured.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the attracted member 30 is adhesively fixed in the front side surface portion 112 of the first barrel, and the attracted member 30 is a magnetic sheet; the second magazine front surface portion 116 is fixedly bonded with the adsorbing member 40, and the adsorbing member 40 is a magnet. After the novel hard carton paper 10 is formed into the carton 20, as shown in fig. 2, the first carton front side surface part 112 is located at the front side of the second carton front side surface part 116, and the detachable connection between the first carton front side surface part 112 and the second carton front side surface part 116 is realized through the adsorption between the magnetic sheet and the magnet, so that the opening and closing of the carton 20 are facilitated, and the cigarette packet 51 is convenient to take. After the cigarette packet 51 is taken out, the upper flip cover 21 of the barrel 20 is covered, the magnet is firmly attracted by the magnet again, and the barrel 20 is kept stiff, smooth and beautiful.

Preferably, the first end flap 121 and the third end flap 123 are provided with dark marks 14 to facilitate the adhesive fixation with the second end flap 122.

Preferably, the surface of the carton paper main body 11 of the novel hard carton paper 10 facing the cigarette pack group 50 can be fixedly covered with a layer of trademark paper to ensure that the inner surface is smooth and clean.

In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
