The embodiment of the application provides a front bumper assembly to front bumper passes through the joint card to be held on well support in solving correlation technique, can't adjust and produce the dislocation along the automobile body direction between front bumper and the bonnet, influences the installation accuracy of the front bumper of car, and the aesthetic property's of car outward appearance problem.
In a first aspect, a front bumper assembly is provided, comprising:
the middle support is provided with metering scales, and the metering scales comprise multiple scale values which are uniformly arranged at intervals along the length direction of the vehicle body;
the front bumper body is provided with a scale value display window and a positioning mark; the front bumper body is movably arranged on the middle support along the length direction of the vehicle body, so that at least one scale value of the metering scale is located in the scale value display window, and the positioning mark is used for indicating one scale value in the scale value display window.
In some embodiments, the positioning mark is disposed on an inner wall of the scale value display window.
In some embodiments, the positioning mark is formed by protruding a wall surface of the scale value display window toward a center of the scale value display window.
In some embodiments, all of the scale values of the metrological scale are located in the scale value display window.
In some embodiments:
one metering scale is arranged;
the positioning marks are arranged on two opposite inner walls of the scale value display window respectively.
In some embodiments, the scale values indicated by the two positioning marks are the same or different.
In some embodiments:
the two metering scales are arranged in parallel at intervals, and scale values contained in the two metering scales are aligned one by one;
the scale value display window is provided with two positioning marks, each positioning mark corresponds to one metering scale, and the two positioning marks are respectively arranged on two opposite inner walls of the scale value display window.

The beneficial effect that technical scheme that this application provided brought includes: when the front bumper body is preassembled on the middle support, the positioning mark on the front bumper body points to a scale value on the middle support and positioned in the scale value display window, and the scale value is recorded as an initial scale value; if the gap between the front bumper body and the engine cover along the length direction of the vehicle body is measured to be L and recorded as an initial gap value, the front bumper body is moved along the length direction of the vehicle body according to the difference between the initial gap value and a preset target gap value, so that the positioning mark points to a next scale value and is recorded as a target scale value, and the difference between the target scale value and the initial scale value is the difference between the initial gap value and the preset target gap value, so that the gap between the front bumper body and the engine cover along the length direction of the vehicle body reaches the preset target gap value. The mounting precision of the front bumper of the automobile is improved, and the appearance attractiveness of the automobile is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a front bumper assembly, and when a front bumper main body is preassembled on a middle support, a positioning mark on the front bumper main body points to a scale value on the middle support and positioned in a scale value display window, and the scale value is recorded as an initial scale value; if the gap between the front bumper body and the engine cover along the length direction of the vehicle body is measured to be L and recorded as an initial gap value, the front bumper body is moved along the length direction of the vehicle body according to the difference between the initial gap value and a preset target gap value, so that the positioning mark points to a next scale value and is recorded as a target scale value, and the difference between the target scale value and the initial scale value is the difference between the initial gap value and the preset target gap value, so that the gap between the front bumper body and the engine cover along the length direction of the vehicle body reaches the preset target gap value. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present application provides a front bumper assembly, which includes a middle bracket 1 and a front bumper body 3, wherein a measurement scale 2 is arranged on the middle bracket 1, and the measurement scale 2 includes multiple scale values 20 arranged at regular intervals along the length direction of a vehicle body; the front bumper body 3 is provided with a scale value display window 4 and a positioning mark 5.
Referring to fig. 3, the front bumper body 3 includes a front bumper skin and a front bumper skeleton; when the front bumper body 3 is assembled on the center pillar 1, the front bumper body 3 is movably provided on the center pillar 1 in the vehicle body length direction so that at least one scale value 20 of the metering scale 2 is located in the scale value display window 4, and the positioning mark 5 is used to indicate one of the scale values 20 in the scale value display window 4.
In the embodiments of the present application: the numerical values of the scale values 20 of the measurement scale 2 are arranged in the length direction of the vehicle body from the head direction to the tail direction according to a negative value, a zero value and a positive value, for example: -3, -2, -1, 0, +1, +2, + 3. And when the front bumper main body 3 is preassembled on the middle support 1, at least one scale value 20 of the measuring scale 2 is positioned in the scale value display window 4, and the positioning mark 5 is used for indicating one scale value 20 in the scale value display window 4, so as to avoid the problem that when the scale value indicated by the positioning mark 5 is an end value of-3 or +3 and the front bumper main body 3 needs to be moved towards the vehicle head direction or the vehicle tail direction, no scale value is positioned in the scale value display window 4, and the moving distance of the front bumper main body 3 cannot be judged by the pointing direction of the positioning mark 5, when the positions of the measuring scale 2 and the positioning mark 5 are designed, the positioning mark 5 does not point to two end values when the front bumper main body 3 is preassembled on the middle support 1 as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 4, the front bumper assembly of the embodiment of the present application is used according to the following principle:
when the front bumper body 3 is preassembled on the middle support 1, the positioning mark 5 on the front bumper body 3 points to one scale value 20 which is positioned in the scale value display window 4 on the middle support 1, and the numerical value of the scale value 20 is 0; if the gap between the front bumper body 3 and the engine cover 6 in the vehicle body length direction is measured to be L, and L is 3.5mm, the gap between the front bumper body 3 and the engine cover 6 in the vehicle body length direction is required to be not more than 4.5mm and not less than 2.5mm, and if the gap exceeds 0.5mm, the front bumper body 3 is moved by 0.5mm in the vehicle body length direction toward the rear of the vehicle, and the positioning mark 5 is pointed to a scale value 20 with a numerical value of 0.5, so that the gap between the front bumper body 3 and the engine cover 6 in the vehicle body length direction is reduced by 0.5mm, thereby meeting the design requirement, improving the installation accuracy of the front bumper of the vehicle, and improving the appearance of the vehicle.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the positioning mark 5 is provided on the inner wall of the scale value display window 4. The positioning mark 5 is closer to the metering scale 2, so that the scale value 20 pointed by the positioning mark 5 can be observed conveniently, and the reading is more accurate.
Preferably, the positioning mark 5 is formed by protruding a wall surface of the scale value display window 4 toward the center of the scale value display window 4. The positioning mark 5 extends into the scale value display window 4 and can directly point to the scale value 20 in the scale value display window 4, so that the indication numerical value of the positioning mark 5 can be observed more conveniently.
Preferably, the positioning mark 5 is triangular, and the tip of the triangle points to the positioning mark 5, so that the method is more intuitive.
Further, all scale values 20 of the metrological scale 2 are located in the scale value display window 4. Because the distance of the front bumper body 3 which needs to be moved is generally very small, about 0.5-1mm, the moving distance of the positioning mark 5 is also very small, when the metering scales 2 are designed, the number of the scale values 20 of the metering scales 2 is not large, when all the front bumper bodies 3 are assembled on the middle support 1, all the scale values 20 of the metering scales 2 are positioned in the scale value display window 4, the scale values 20 are not shielded, and the pointing direction of the positioning mark 5 is convenient.
Furthermore, one metering scale 2 is arranged; two positioning marks 5 are arranged, and the two positioning marks 5 are respectively arranged on two opposite inner walls of the scale value display window 4. By observing the scale value 20 pointed by the two positioning marks 5, the horizontal movement of the front bumper body 3 along the length of the vehicle body is ensured, and the situation that the moving distances of the two sides of the front bumper body 3 along the width direction of the vehicle body are unequal, so that the installation position of the front bumper body 3 is not accurate is prevented.
Further, the scale values 20 indicated by the two positioning marks 5 are the same or different. If the scale values 20 indicated by the two positioning marks 5 are different, at least two scale values 20 of the metering scale 2 are located in the scale value display window 4 when the front bumper body 3 is pre-assembled on the center console 1, and the two positioning marks 5 are used for indicating two of the scale values 20 in the scale value display window 4.
Furthermore, two metering scales 2 are arranged, the two metering scales 2 are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the scale values 20 contained in the two metering scales 2 are aligned one by one; the number of the positioning marks 5 is two, each positioning mark 5 corresponds to one metering scale 2, and the two positioning marks 5 are respectively arranged on two opposite inner walls of the scale value display window 4. Because the scale value display window 4 is relatively large, if only one metering scale 2 is designed, the situation that two positioning marks 5 cannot be directly pointed on the scale value 20 may occur, so that the two metering scales 2 are designed, each positioning mark 5 corresponds to one metering scale 2, and the reading is more accurate and visual.
Further, the scale values 20 indicated by the two positioning marks 5 are the same or different. If the scale values 20 indicated by the two positioning marks 5 are different, the two positioning marks 5 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the vehicle body.
Optionally, the middle support 1 is provided with a positioning hole 7, and the distance between two sides of the positioning hole 7 in the length direction of the vehicle body is equal to the distance between two sides of the scale value display window 4 in the length direction of the vehicle body. The positioning hole 7 and the scale value display window 4 can also play a positioning role in the pre-assembly of the front bumper body 3 and the middle support 1 together, the front bumper body 3 is installed on the middle support 1, a positioning pin is inserted into the scale value display window 4 and the positioning hole 7, the diameter of the positioning pin is equal to the distance between two sides of the positioning hole 7 in the length direction of the automobile body, and after the positioning pin is inserted into the scale value display window 4 and the positioning hole 7, the two sides of the positioning hole 7 in the length direction of the automobile body are respectively aligned with the two sides of the scale value display window 4 in the length direction of the automobile body, so that the positioning assembly of the front bumper body 3 and the middle support 1 is realized, and the gap between the front bumper body 3 and the engine cover 6 in the length direction of the automobile body is.
Furthermore, the measuring scale 2 is arranged beside the positioning hole 7. The distance between the two sides of the positioning hole 7 in the width direction of the vehicle body is smaller than the distance between the two sides of the scale value display window 4 in the width direction of the vehicle body; when the front bumper body 3 and the middle support 1 are preassembled, the positioning holes 7 are all located in the scale value display window 4, and the metering scales 2 are arranged on the edges of the positioning holes 7 in the width direction of the vehicle body and are close to the positioning marks 5 on the front bumper body 3.
