It can be understood that the mounting member 12 is a part of the same component as the body 11, and the mounting member 12 is integrally formed with the body 11, so that the mounting member 12 is more tightly connected to the body 11, and the mounting member 12 is not easily separated from the body 11 when vibrating. In another embodiment, the mounting member 12 is a separate structure from the body 11. It will be appreciated that the mounting member 12 and the body 11 are two parts, and the mounting member 12 and the body 11 can be assembled together by welding, bonding, fastening, etc.
In some embodiments, the mounting member 12 may be made of an elastic material, for example, the mounting member 12 is made of silicon rubber, or the like, so that the mounting member 12 has good buffering performance and noise reduction capability, and can buffer the vibration of the driving member 13, so that the vibration generated by the driving member 13 has less influence on the main machine 200, thereby reducing the possibility of the same-frequency vibration of the whole machine of the massage apparatus 1000, and avoiding the situation that the main machine 200 vibrates to cause the displacement of the massage part 10 and the skin of the user and the displacement of the main machine 200 and the massage part 10.
It should be noted that the number of the mounting members 12 may be plural, for example, two, three, four, five, six, etc., and the plural mounting members 12 are respectively mounted on both sides of the body 11 relative to the connecting portion 20. Further, the number of the mounting pieces 12 may be an even number, for example, two, four, six, eight, etc., and the even number of the mounting pieces 12 are symmetrically and uniformly connected to both sides of the body 11 relative to the connecting portion 20. Wherein the plurality of mounting members 12 may each be mounted with a driving member 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, a surface of the mounting member 12 away from the host 200 is recessed toward the host 200 to form a mounting space 121. It will be appreciated that part of the mounting member 12 is recessed from the direction away from the host 200 directly towards the host 200, and that the mounting member 12 may be "concave" in shape. Furthermore, the body 11 is provided with a mounting hole 113 at a position corresponding to the mounting part 12, and the mounting space 121 is communicated with the mounting hole 113 formed on the body 11, so that the vibration of the driving part 13 can be better transmitted to the skin of the user, the vibration of the driving part 13 is prevented from being weakened due to the obstruction of the body 11, and the vibration sense of the skin of the user is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, mounting element 12 is spaced apart from coupling portion 20 by a first distance L1, and mounting element 12 is spaced apart from the free end of body 11 proximate mounting element 12 by a second distance L2, wherein first distance L1 is greater than second distance L2. Wherein the free end of the body 11 close to the mounting 12 refers to the free end of the body 11 in the same side direction of the connecting part 20 as the mounting 12. For example, the mounting member 12 is to the left of the connection portion 20, and the free end of the body 11 adjacent to the mounting member 12 refers to the free end of the body 11 to the left of the connection portion 20. It can be understood that the mounting member 12 is closer to the free end of the body 11 than the connecting portion 20, and the driving member 13 mounted in the mounting member 12 can generate a larger deformation amplitude to the body 11 when vibrating, so that the vibration felt by the user is stronger, and a better massage effect can be achieved. Note that the first distance L1 and the second distance L2 refer to arc lengths in the extending direction of the body 11.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, when the expansion member 100 is mounted on the main body 200, the mounting member 12 protrudes relative to the surface of the main body 200 close to the massage part 10 and has a first protrusion height H1, and the connecting member 20 protrudes relative to the surface of the main body 200 close to the massage part 10 and has a second protrusion height H2, and the first protrusion height H1 is substantially the same as the second protrusion height H2. The first protrusion height H1 refers to a height at which the mounting member 12 protrudes from the first surface 111 to a surface of the main unit 200 close to the massage part 10, and the second protrusion height H2 refers to a height at which the connection part 20 protrudes from the first surface 111 to a surface of the main unit 200 close to the massage part 10. Further, along the extending direction of the body 11, the distances between the respective positions of the body 11 and the corresponding positions of the main body 200 at the side close to the massage part 10 are substantially equal. Thus, the massage unit 10 can maintain substantially the same shape as the main unit 200, and the massage unit 10 can be fixed to the main unit 200 with a good fit to the skin of the user. In one embodiment, first protrusion height H1 is the same as second protrusion height H2.
Further, referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, mounting member 12 includes a first mounting portion 122 and a second mounting portion 123. The first installation part 122 is connected with the second installation part 123, the first installation part 122 defines a first installation space 1221, the second installation part 123 defines a second installation space 1231, the first installation space 1221 is communicated with the second installation space 1231, the first installation space 1221 is farther away from the host 200 than the second installation space 1231, and the inner diameter of the first installation space 1221 is greater than that of the second installation space 1231.
The first mounting portion 122 and the second mounting portion 123 may be an integral structure or a separate structure, and are not limited herein. The installation space 121 may be stepped as a whole. Specifically, the first installation space 1221 communicates with the installation hole 113 on the body 11. The driving member 13 may be installed in the first installation space 1221, the driving member 13 may be installed in the second installation space 1231, and the driving member 13 may be partially installed in the first installation space 1221 and partially installed in the second installation space 1231. The first mounting portion 122 and the second mounting portion 123 are provided, so that the driving member 13 can be more stable during operation.
Further, in some embodiments, the mount 12 also includes a support 124. The support portion 124 is installed at the junction of the first installation space 1221 and the second installation space 1231, and the driving member 13 is installed on the support portion 124. The support portion 124 may be made of an elastic material, for example, the support portion 124 may be made of silicon rubber, synthetic material, etc., so that the support portion 124 has a certain buffering capacity, and can buffer the vibration of the driving member 13 acting on the mounting member 12 in the radial direction. Meanwhile, the supporting portion 124 can better attenuate the vibration of the driving member 13 acting on the radial direction thereof, and avoid the radial vibration of the driving member 13 from being transmitted to the body 11 to cause the radial vibration of the body 11 to be too large, which further causes the massage part 10 to be displaced from the skin of the user.
Specifically, the supporting portion 124 is supported at a joint of the first installation space 1221 and the second installation space 1231, and the supporting portion 124 abuts against a wall surface of the first installation space 1221. The supporting portion 124 may be in an interference fit with the installation space 121, so that the supporting portion 124 is more stably installed in the installation space 121. Of course, the supporting portion 124 and the first mounting portion 122 and/or the second mounting portion 123 may be an integral structure or a separate structure.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, at least a portion of the supporting portion 124 is recessed toward the second mounting space 1231 to form a mounting recess 1241. For example, a part of the supporter 124 is recessed toward the second installation space 1231, or the whole of the supporter 124 is recessed toward the second installation space 1231. The mounting recess 1241 may be used to mount the driving member 13. The mounting recess 1241 may be an interference fit with the driver 13. The mounting groove 1241 can limit the movement of the driving member 13, so that the driving member 13 is prevented from vibrating too much to be separated from the mounting member 12, and the mounting stability of the driving member 13 is improved.
Further, the middle portion of the support 124 is recessed toward the second mounting space 1231 to form a mounting groove 1241. The size of the mounting groove 1241 may be smaller than that of the second mounting space 1231. The mounting groove 1241 may protrude into the second mounting space 1231. The radial dimension of the mounting recess 1241 may be greater than or equal to the radial dimension of the driver 13. The mounting groove 1241 can receive a part of the driving member 13, and another part of the driving member 13 can extend out of the mounting groove 1241; or the mounting recess 1241 may receive the entire driving member 13.
Further, the support portion 124 is spaced from the inner wall surface of the second mounting portion 123 close to the surface of the main body 200. The surface of the supporting portion 124 corresponding to the mounting recess 1241 may be spaced from the inner wall surface of the second mounting portion 123, or the surface of the supporting portion 124 corresponding to the second mounting space 1231 may be spaced from the inner wall surface of the second mounting portion 123. Therefore, when the driving member 13 drives the supporting portion 124 to vibrate, the supporting portion 124 is not easy to collide with the second mounting portion 123, and noise generated when the supporting portion 124 collides with the second mounting portion 123 is avoided. More specifically, the surface of the portion of the support portion 124 that is not connected to the first and second mounting portions 122 and 123 is spaced apart from the inner wall surfaces of the first and second mounting portions 122 and 123.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the expansion part 100 further includes an electrode assembly 30, the electrode assembly 30 is disposed on a side of the main body 11 away from the main body 200, and the motor assembly 30 is used for implementing an electrical stimulation massage. The electrode assembly 30 includes a metal electrode tab 31, and the metal electrode tab 31 is mounted on a side of the body 11 away from the main body 200. The metal electrode sheet 31 can be attached to the body 11, and the metal electrode sheet 31 can electrically stimulate and massage a part in contact with the metal electrode sheet 31 when being electrified, so that the fatigue of the part can be relieved, and a user can feel more relaxed and comfortable during massage.
The number of the metal electrode sheets 31 may be one or more. The metal electrode sheet 31 is arranged on one side of the body 11 far away from the main machine 200, and the metal electrode sheet 31 is close to the skin of the user compared with the driving piece 13, so that the metal electrode sheet 31 can perform electric stimulation massage on the skin of the user. Among them, the metal electrode sheet 31 may have a thin thickness so that the vibration of the driving member 13 can be transmitted to the metal electrode sheet 31 and then to the skin of the user. Further, the metal electrode sheet 31 can have better elasticity to make the metal electrode sheet 31 have better shape-following deformability, can follow the body 11 and deform together, and can better fit the skin of the user.
Further, the electrode assembly 30 further includes a base plate 32 and a gel sheet 33. The base plate 32 is provided with a mounting groove 321, the gel sheet 33 is mounted in the mounting groove 321, and the bottom of the mounting groove 321 is penetrated so that the gel sheet 33 can contact with the skin of the user. The gel sheet 33 is attached to the metal electrode sheet 31 so that the gel sheet 33 can be electrically connected to the metal electrode sheet 31, and the gel sheet 33 can electrically stimulate and massage the user. Wherein the substrate 32 and the gel sheet 33 are mounted on the side of the metal electrode sheet 31 away from the host 200.
The substrate 32 may be made of a soft material, such as silicone, rubber, etc., so that the substrate 32 has a good shape-following deformation capability, and the substrate 32 may have a good skin-friendly and skin-adhering performance. The gel sheet 33 may specifically be a hydrogel or the like. In one embodiment, the number of the gel sheets 33 is multiple, the base plate 32 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 321 at intervals, the plurality of gel sheets 33 are mounted in the corresponding mounting grooves 321, and the plurality of gel sheets 33 are correspondingly attached to the plurality of metal electrode plates 31 one by one. Further, in one embodiment, the base plate 32 is uniformly provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 321, so that the gel sheets 33 are uniformly distributed on the base plate 32, and the electrical stimulation massage for the user is more uniform.
The substrate 32 is detachably connected to the body 11, for example, the substrate 32 is connected to the body 11 by a snap, and the user can select to use the metal electrode sheet 31 for electrical stimulation massage or the gel sheet 33 for electrical stimulation massage.
The host 200 will be further described with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some aspects, the host 200 is made of an elastic material, for example, the host 200 is made of an elastic material such as silicon rubber, or polymer composite material. Therefore, the main machine 200 can have good buffering performance and noise reduction capability, so that when the vibration of the driving part 13 is transmitted to the main machine 200, the main machine 200 can buffer the vibration, the main machine 200 is not easy to be driven by the driving part 13 to generate vibration or the vibration is small, the possibility of the same-frequency vibration of the whole machine of the massage instrument 1000 is reduced, and the situation that the massage part 10 and the skin of a user are displaced due to the vibration of the main machine 200 is effectively avoided.
Further, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the main body 200 close to the massage portion 10 is arc-shaped, the extending direction of the extending member 100 may be substantially the same as the extending direction of the main body 200, and it can be understood that the extending member 100 is also arc-shaped, thereby ensuring the fitting degree of the massage apparatus 1000 and the massage portion 10 of the user.
In some embodiments, the host 200 includes a main body 201, an abutted portion 202, and a buffer portion 203. The main body 201 may specifically be a housing of the host 200. The abutted part 202 may be a part of the host 200 abutting against the mounting part 12, and the abutted part 202 may be brought into vibration by the mounting part 12. The buffer part 203 is connected with the main machine 200 and the abutted part 202, the buffer part 203 has certain buffer performance, the buffer part 203 can absorb the vibration transmitted to the abutted part 202, the influence of the vibration of the driving part 13 on the main machine 200 is reduced, and the main machine 200 is not easy to fall off from the massage part 10 of the user. The buffer portion 203 can buffer the vibration in the axial direction and the radial direction of the contacted portion 202.
The buffer portion 203 may be a plurality of springs, the plurality of springs being disposed around the abutted portion 202, one end of the spring being connected to the main body 201 and the other end thereof being connected to the abutted portion 202. The buffering portion 203 may also be a corrugated portion of the main body 200 surrounding the abutted portion 202, the buffering portion 203 may be made of an elastic material, such as silicon rubber, etc., the number of layers of the corrugations may be one layer, two layers, three layers, four layers, etc., and the corrugations may buffer the vibration of the abutted portion 202.
In some embodiments, the projection of the extension member 100 completely covers the projection of the buffer 203 in the projection of the extension member 100 toward the host 200. It can be understood that the length or the width of the buffer portion 203 is smaller than or equal to the width and the length of the expansion member 100, the expansion member 100 can protect the buffer portion 203, so that dust and other garbage are prevented from entering the buffer portion 203, and the buffer portion 203 can be in a relatively clean state for a long time.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the main body 200 adjacent to the massage portion 10 is engaged with at least a portion of the surface of the mounting member 12 adjacent to the main body 200. Specifically, the part of the main machine 200 that is attached to the surface of the mounting member 12 close to the main machine 200 is the attached part 202, at least part of the outer surface of the mounting member 12 is attached to the attached part 202, and when the massage part 10 is displaced from the skin of the user, the main machine 200 can apply an acting force to the mounting member 12 through the attached part 202, so that the shape of the massage part 10 is adjusted, the massage part 10 can be attached to the skin of the user continuously, and the massage experience of the user is improved.
Further, the outer surface of the abutted portion 202 close to the massage portion 10 is closer to the massage portion 10 than the outer surface of the main body 201 close to the massage portion 10. It will be appreciated that the outer surface of the abutted portion 202 is lower than the outer surface of the main body 201, the abutted portion 202 being recessed inwardly relative to the main body 201 into which a portion of the mounting member 12 can project. Thus, the thickness of the massage apparatus 1000 can be reduced, the weight of the massage apparatus 1000 can be reduced, and the massage apparatus 1000 can be further miniaturized.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, in some embodiments, the host 200 further includes a first magnetic attraction element 204, and the first magnetic attraction element 204 is disposed on a side of the abutted portion 202 away from the mounting portion 12. The massage part 10 further comprises a second magnetically attractive element 14, the second magnetically attractive element 14 being mounted within the mounting member 12 or the second magnetically attractive element 14 being mounted on a side of the mounting member 12 adjacent to the main body 200. The first magnetic element 204 and the second magnetic element 14 can be magnetically connected. Therefore, after the expansion part 100 is assembled, the first magnetic attraction piece 204 and the second magnetic attraction piece 14 are attracted automatically, on one hand, the expansion part 100 can be shaped quickly; on the other hand, the mounting member 12 can be prevented from being displaced and detached from the abutted portion 202 during the massage; on the other hand, the massage part 10 may be drooped or inclined by gravity to be irreversibly permanently deformed, and the first magnetic attracting member 204 and the second magnetic attracting member 14 are provided to ensure the long-term shape of the extension member 100.
The first magnetic member 204 and the second magnetic member 14 can be any magnetic member, such as a magnet. A receiving cavity is provided on a side of the abutted part 202 away from the mounting part 12, and the first magnetic member 204 is mounted in the receiving cavity. In one embodiment, the second magnetic attraction member 14 is installed in the second installation space 1231, and the second magnetic attraction member 14 is attached to the inner wall surface of the second installation portion 123. In another example, a fixing groove is formed on a side of the mounting member 12 close to the host 200, and the second magnetic attraction member 14 is installed in the fixing groove, as shown in fig. 1. When the expansion part 100 is assembled on the host 200, the first magnetic attraction piece 204 and the second magnetic attraction piece 14 can attract each other, so that the mounting part 12 and the abutted part 202 are attached together.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the host 200 further includes a plug 205, and the connection portion 20 of the expansion part 100 is inserted into the plug 205 to achieve electrical and mechanical connection. The plug portion 205 may be fixedly connected or detachably connected with the body 11. Through the matching of the plug part 205 and the connecting part 20, the expansion component 100 can be connected to the host 200, and meanwhile, the expansion component 100 can also obtain current input through the host 200, so that the expansion component 100 can work normally.
Further, the connection part 20 is detachably connected with the socket part 205. For example, the connection portion 20 and the insertion portion 205 are detachably connected by a latch, a snap, or the like. Thus, when the extension member 100 is damaged, for example, when the extension member 100 is dirty, the contact of the electrical connection portion or the mechanical portion is poor, or the driving member 13 or other elements are damaged, the extension member 100 can be replaced or maintained without discarding the whole massage apparatus 1000, thereby prolonging the service life of the massage apparatus 1000.

Claims (28)

An expansion member according to claim 2, wherein the mounting member is raised relative to a surface of the main unit adjacent to the massaging portion and has a first raised height, and the connecting portion is raised relative to a surface of the main unit adjacent to the massaging portion and has a second raised height, the difference between the first raised height and the second raised height being within ± 5mm when the expansion member is mounted on the main unit.
7. An expansion element according to claim 1 wherein the mounting member is of integral or separate construction to the body.
8. An expansion element according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the mounting member remote from the main unit is recessed towards the main unit to form a mounting space in which the drive member is mounted.
9. An expansion element according to claim 8, characterized in that the body is formed with mounting holes which communicate with the mounting space.
10. An expansion element according to claim 1, wherein the first surface is spaced from a surface of the host machine adjacent the massage portion.
11. An expansion element according to claim 1, wherein at least part of the surface of the mounting member adjacent the main unit conforms to the outer surface of the main unit adjacent the massage portion.
12. An expansion element according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the mount and the host machine is made of a resilient material.
13. An expansion element as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the mounting comprises:
a first mounting part defining a first mounting space therein; and
the second mounting part is connected with the first mounting part, and a second mounting space is defined in the second mounting part;
the first installation space is communicated with the second installation space, the first installation space is farther away from the host than the second installation space, and the inner diameter of the first installation space is larger than that of the second installation space.
14. An expansion element according to claim 13, wherein the mounting element further comprises a resilient support part, which is mounted at the intersection of the first and second mounting spaces, and the drive element is mounted on the support part, which serves to dampen the vibrations of the drive element acting in the radial direction of the mounting element.
15. An expansion element according to claim 14, characterized in that the mounting element is made of an elastic material.
16. An expansion member according to claim 14, wherein a surface of the support portion adjacent the main unit is spaced from an inner wall surface of the second mounting portion.
17. An expansion element according to claim 14, wherein at least part of the support portion is recessed towards the second mounting space to form a mounting recess in which the drive member is mounted.
18. An expansion element according to any one of claims 1-17, further comprising an electrode assembly disposed on a side of the body remote from the host machine, the electrode assembly being for electrical stimulation massage.
19. A development element according to claim 18, characterized in that the electrode assembly comprises:
the metal electrode plate is installed on one side, far away from the host, of the body.
20. A development element according to claim 19, characterized in that the electrode assembly further comprises:
the base plate is provided with a through mounting groove; and
the gel sheet is installed in the installation groove and is attached to the metal electrode sheet.
21. A massage apparatus, characterized in that the massage apparatus comprises:
a host; and
an expansion element according to any one of claims 1 to 20, connected to the host computer.

a buffer portion connecting the main body and the abutted portion, the buffer portion configured to buffer vibration of the abutted portion.
23. The massager of claim 22, wherein the main body further comprises a first magnetic attraction member disposed on a side of the abutted portion away from the mounting portion;
the massage part also comprises a second magnetic attraction piece which is arranged in the mounting piece or on one side of the mounting piece close to the host;
wherein, the first magnetic part is magnetically connected with the second magnetic part.
24. The massage apparatus according to claim 22, wherein an outer surface of the abutted portion which is closer to the massage portion is farther from the massage portion than an outer surface of the main body which is closer to the massage portion.
25. The massage apparatus as recited in claim 22, wherein the projection of the extension member completely covers the projection of the buffer portion in the projection of the extension member toward the main body.
26. The massage apparatus as recited in claim 21, wherein the expansion member further comprises a connection portion, and the main unit further comprises a plug portion, and the connection portion is inserted into the plug portion to achieve electrical and mechanical connection.
27. The massager of claim 26 wherein said connector is removably connected to said connector.
28. The massager of claim 21, wherein the outer surface of the main body adjacent to the massage part is arc-shaped.
