The battery pack 51 is located at one end of the holding part 2 far away from the driving mechanism 12, so that the gravity center of the whole handheld dust collector 100 is lowered, and the comfort of an operator is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the housing 131 is a hollow cylindrical structure, an opening is formed on one side of the housing 131 close to the driving mechanism 13, a cover 130 for sealing the housing 131 is further disposed on one side of the housing 131 away from the driving mechanism 12, the housing 131 and the cover 130 enclose a space for accommodation, one end of the housing 131 close to the driving mechanism 12 is abutted to a fixing frame 137, and the fixing frame 137 is also a hollow cylindrical structure and has the same diameter and size as the housing 131. At least a part of the outer surface of the fixing frame 137 forms a part of the outer surface of the handheld cleaner 100, that is, after the cover 131 and the fixing frame 137 are fixedly connected and mounted on the handheld cleaner 100, at least a part of the surfaces of the cover 131 and the fixing frame 137 are exposed. The pressing member 33 and the protrusion are provided on the cap 130. In the above-mentioned manner, a space is formed between the cover 131 and the cover 130 for accommodating dust, and the cover 131 and the cover 130 are detachably connected to each other in order to clean the dust in the space. The connection between the cover 131 and the cover 130 is similar to the locking mechanism 3, and may be conventional (the cooperation between the button and the button hole), which is not described herein. Also, in the present embodiment, in order to make the structure of the hand-held cleaner 100 more compact, the diameter of the housing 11 outside the driving mechanism 12 is smaller than that of the cover 131.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cyclone separation assembly is used for processing the dust and air entering the housing 131 from the air inlet 111 to separate the dust and air. The cyclone separation assembly comprises a cyclone cone 133 and a screen 132 connected with the cyclone cone 133, wherein the screen 132 is sleeved outside the cyclone cone 133 and a gap exists between the screen 132 and the cyclone cone 133. The cyclone cone 133 is disposed between the screen 132 and the holder 137, and the cyclone cone 133 is detachably mounted to the holder 137 through the screen 132. The cyclone cone 133 is disposed near the air inlet 111, and the screen 132 is disposed on a side of the cyclone cone 133 away from the air inlet 111.
The screen 132 is substantially cylindrical, a plurality of meshes for air inflow are formed on the screen 132, the meshes are uniformly arranged on the screen 132, and the screen 132 has a second end arranged near the air inlet 111 and a first end arranged far away from the air inlet 111. The mesh openings are small in size, so that dust or debris of larger particles in the dust air is blocked when the dust air passes through the mesh openings and enters the screen 132, and the dust or debris with a small size relative to the mesh openings enters the screen 132 along with the air flow, so that the screen 132 is used for primary separation of the dust air.
The first end is provided with a skirt 1321 extending outwardly away from the screen 132; wherein, the interval between the initiating terminal of skirt portion 1321 and the mesh that is close to the first end setting is first interval, and along the axial direction of dirt gas separating mechanism 13, the length that a plurality of mesh account for is the second interval, and the interval between the second end and the mesh that is close to the second end setting is the third interval.
When the dust and air enters the housing 131 from the air inlet 111, the air flow velocity is relatively high, i.e., the air flow velocity at the second end is relatively high, and the pressure is relatively low, and the pressure in the screen 132 is relatively high, and it is relatively difficult for dust or debris to enter the screen 132 under the action of the pressure difference, therefore, the third distance is at least one fifth of the second distance, i.e., no mesh is arranged at the position of the screen 132 close to the second end, and specifically, the distance between the second end and the mesh arranged close to the second end is greater than or equal to 5mm, so as to improve the separation efficiency of the screen 132 on the dust and air.
At the position where the dust air is blown to the first end of the screen 132, the speed of the air flow is reduced, and the dust or debris in the dust air is difficult to enter the screen 132 due to the reduced speed of the air flow, so the position of the screen 132 close to the first end is not provided with meshes, the first distance is at least one fifth of the second distance, that is, the position of the screen 132 close to the first end is not provided with meshes, specifically, the distance between the first end and the meshes arranged close to the first end is more than or equal to 5mm, thereby improving the separation efficiency of the screen 132 on the dust air.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to make the dust-air flow from the air inlet 111 flow to the screen 132, the dust-air separating mechanism 13 further includes a guiding member 136 connected to the screen 132, and the guiding member 136 is used to guide the air flow to the screen 132. The deflector 136 is provided at the second end of the screen 132 and the deflector 136 is provided outside the cyclone cone 133 to improve the overall compactness of the cyclonic separating assembly. The flow guide member 136 has a flow guide surface disposed adjacent to the mesh. In this embodiment, the flow guide surface is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface inclines from top to bottom from a direction close to the second end to a direction away from the second end. In order to save space and achieve a significant flow guiding effect, the flow guiding member 136 includes a first flow guiding member 1361 and a second flow guiding member 1362 connected to the first flow guiding member 1361, the first flow guiding member 1361 is disposed along an outer circumferential surface of the screen 132 and adjacent to the cyclone cone 133, the second flow guiding member 1362 extends from the second end to the first end and is disposed adjacent to the air inlet 111, and a length of a distal end of the flow guiding member 136 is substantially the same as a length of the air inlet 111 along an axial direction of the dust-air separating mechanism 13, so as to better guide the airflow close to the air inlet 111 to the screen 132.
In order to prevent the airflow from flowing out of the screen 132 and allow the dust and air to enter the cyclone cone 133 completely, thereby improving the dust removing efficiency, the end of the screen 132 far away from the driving mechanism 12 is connected with the end of the cyclone cone 133 far away from the driving mechanism 12 in a sealing manner, and a second sealing member 138 for enhancing the sealing performance is arranged between the end of the screen 132 near the driving mechanism 12 and the casing 131. In this embodiment, the second sealing member 138 is a sealing ring. Optionally, the cyclone cone 133 is removably attached to the screen 132. For example, the cyclone cone 133 and the mesh 132 may be connected by a snap structure or the like. Therefore, the processing technology of the cyclone separation assembly can be simplified, and the cyclone cone 133 can be conveniently disassembled, so that the cyclone cone 133 can be conveniently disassembled to be replaced, cleaned and the like, and the assembly efficiency of the cyclone separation assembly can be improved.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the cyclone cone 133 is a hollow cone with an outer diameter narrowing toward the cover 130, and the cyclone cone 133 includes a plurality of cones 1331, the cones 1331 are disposed near the driving mechanism 12, the plurality of cones 1331 are distributed in a circular array, a portion of the outer wall of the cone 1331 away from the longitudinal axis of the cyclone assembly forms a predetermined angle with the longitudinal axis, and a portion of the outer wall of the cone 1331 close to the longitudinal axis of the cyclone assembly is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis, that is, the cone 1331 located at the outer side is inclined. In particular, the cyclonic separating assembly has a central axis towards which the outboard cone 1331 is inclined. Each cone 1331 has an inlet 1332 for allowing dust and air to flow into the cone 1331 and an outlet 1333 for allowing the dust and air to flow out after separation, it is noted that the inlet 1332 is an inlet for allowing the dust and air to flow into the cone 1331, and the outlet 1333 is an outlet for allowing the dust and air separated in the cone 1331 to flow to the exhaust hepa 135.
Wherein the inlet 1332 is disposed near the air inlet 111 and the inlet 1332 communicates with a gap between the sieve 132 and the cyclone cone 133. The length of the outlet 1333 is 1.3 to 1.5 times of the length of the inlet 1332, and the cone 1331 with the outlet 1333 and the inlet 1332 in the ratio range has high dust-gas separation efficiency and better effect on dust or solid particles in dust gas.
The inlet 1332 has a first side edge disposed oppositely and a second side edge disposed oppositely and connected to the first side edge, wherein the first side edge is a relatively long side, the second side edge is a relatively short side, and the ratio of the length of the first side edge to the length of the second side edge ranges from 1.4 to 1.7, which is more favorable for the dust air to flow into the cyclone cone 133. In order to make the structure of the cone 1331 more reasonable, the length of the cone 1331 is 3-5 times the length of the inlet 1332, and preferably, the length of the cone 1331 is 4 times the length of the inlet 1332.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the outlet hepa 135 is provided on the side of the cyclonic separating apparatus adjacent the drive mechanism 12 so that the airflow exiting the cyclonic separating apparatus is re-filtered. Optionally, the outlet hepa 135 is detachably disposed between the cyclonic separating apparatus and the drive mechanism 12.
The cyclone separation assembly and the air outlet HEPA 135 are both mounted on the fixing frame 137, so that the cyclone separation assembly and the air outlet HEPA 135 are kept fixed on the fixing frame 137 after the fixing frame 137 is separated from the housing 131, the effect of taking the air outlet HEPA 135 and the cyclone separation assembly out is achieved, and the cyclone separation assembly is convenient and fast to use. Wherein the cyclone separating assembly is detachably connected with the fixing frame 137. Specifically, an accommodating cavity (not shown) for accommodating the wind-out hepa 135 is defined at one end of the fixing frame 137 close to the driving mechanism 12, and a cavity opening (not shown) for dismounting and mounting the wind-out hepa 135 is formed at one side of the accommodating cavity far away from the cyclone separation assembly. The fixing frame 137 is installed at the opening of the housing 131, wherein when a user takes off the dust-gas separation mechanism, the fixing frame and the air-out hepa in the fixing frame can be taken out simultaneously due to the fact that the fixing frame is installed on the housing 131, if the user needs to replace the air-out hepa 135, the fixing frame 137 does not need to be taken down from the housing 131, and only the air-out hepa 135 needs to be taken out of the accommodating cavity for replacement; if the user needs to wash the cyclone separation assembly, the fixing frame 137 is directly rotated by a certain angle and pulled out or directly pulled out, and the air-out HEPA 135 does not need to be detached, because the air-out HEPA 135 and the cyclone separation assembly are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixing frame 137. By the arrangement, the operation of a user can be facilitated, and meanwhile, the sealing performance is improved.
A first sealing element 139 for enhancing the sealing performance is further arranged between the air outlet HEPA 135 and the driving mechanism 12. The purpose of this is to: the air flow with dust is prevented from flowing to the driving mechanism 12 from the gap between the air outlet HEPA 135 and the driving mechanism 12, so that the dust is accumulated at the driving mechanism 12 to influence the operation of the driving mechanism 12. As mentioned above, the first sealing element 139 is a sealing ring to prevent the air flow from flowing out between the outlet hepa 135 and the driving mechanism 12. Indeed, in other embodiments, the wind-out hepa 135 may also be detachably disposed in the driving mechanism 12, and the wind-out hepa 135 may also be another filtering structure for further separating dust and impurities in the dust and air.
The dust and air enters the housing 131 through the air inlet 111, and is subjected to primary separation through the screen 132, the dust and air enters a gap between the screen 132 and the cyclone cone 133, and then enters the cone 1331 from the inlet 1332 of the cone 1331 for secondary cyclone separation, and the separated dust and air flows out of the outlet 1333 of the cone 1331, enters the driving mechanism 12 through the air outlet hpa 135, and flows to the outside from the air outlet 112.
The dust cup 134 includes a first dust collector 1341 and a second dust collector 1342, the first dust collector 1341 is a space formed by the cover 130 and the housing 131 for accommodating, and the second dust collector 1342 is formed by the end of the cyclone cone 133 away from the cone 1331 and the cover 130. As the dirt and air is filtered through the screen 132, a larger volume of dirt and dust or debris is initially separated from the dirt and air, which falls into the first dust collector 1341. The dust separated by the screen 132 falls into the first dust collector 1341 after entering the housing 131 through the air inlet 111. The dust enters the cyclone cone 133 and is separated in the cyclone cone 133 for a second time, at which time, under the centrifugal force, the dust is finer and smaller dust or debris can be separated and fall into the second dust collector 1342. Therefore, the dust and gas can be separated for many times through the cyclone separation component, and the separation effect is effectively improved.
