The lock catch structure 5 further comprises a guide protrusion 51 slidably arranged in the sliding groove, the guide protrusion 51 synchronously moves along with the key 52 along the axial direction of the cup body 2, and the guide protrusion 51 plays a role in guiding the movement of the key 52. Specifically, the number of the first clips and protrusions 31 and the number of the first L-shaped engaging grooves 23 may be determined according to actual requirements, and in order to improve the assembling stability of the dust cup and the barrel 3 and make the structure simpler, the present embodiment preferably includes three first clips and protrusions 31 and three first L-shaped engaging grooves 23.

After the airflow carrying dust and granular dirt is sequentially filtered by the primary filter 71 and the HEPA filter 72, the dust and granular dirt are kept on the filters, and clean air enters the barrel 3 and is discharged out of the barrel 3 through the air outlet 41.

In order to improve the convenience and tightness of assembly, the dust cup is preferably elastically connected with the filter assembly in the embodiment, and other detachable connection modes such as threaded connection and the like can be adopted between the dust cup and the filter assembly actually.
In practical use, the primary filter screen 71 needs to be detached and cleaned regularly to keep clean, so that dust blockage is avoided from affecting dust collection efficiency, but dust and dirt adhered to the primary filter screen 71 are difficult to clean thoroughly after long-term use, so that blockage is caused, and the suction force of the portable dust collector is affected. It is expensive for consumers to replace the handy cleaner periodically. In the embodiment, the installation and disassembly of the filter assembly, the dust cup and the barrel 3 can be conveniently completed by arranging the clamping connection between the dust cup and the barrel 3, the elastic connection between the dust cup and the filter assembly and the clamping connection between the primary filter screen 71 and the HEPA filter screen 72. Through setting up semicircular handle 721 at the terminal surface of filter assembly open end 711, the finger catches on handle 721 and can conveniently rotate or push-and-pull filter assembly to accomplish the installation dismantlement between primary filter screen 71 and HEPA filter screen 72, improved the convenience of operation. Limited by the size of the product, the size of the air inlet channel of the conventional portable dust collector is relatively small, so that the air inlet amount is small, and the dust collection efficiency of the portable dust collector is influenced. When the motor and the battery are operated for a long time, a large amount of heat is generated by internal devices such as the motor and the battery due to operation requirements, and the temperature of the motor and the battery is increased. Because the intake is little, internal equipments such as motor and battery are difficult for ventilating the heat dissipation, and long-term high heat work can shorten the life of internal equipments such as motor and battery. In the embodiment, the truncated cone-shaped and grid-shaped air inlet 82 is arranged, so that the air inlet area is enlarged, the air inlet amount and the air inlet efficiency are increased, the suction force and the dust collection efficiency of the portable dust collector are improved, the heat dissipation of the motor and the battery is facilitated, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 7, further, the air inlet 82 is disposed on a supporting plate 81 detachably fixed on the inner wall of the cylinder 3, and the detachable connection structure between the cylinder 3 and the supporting plate 81 is:

In the embodiment, the battery support 91 with the triangular cross section is arranged, so that the outer diameter of the portable dust collector is reduced to about 55mm, the diameter of the portable dust collector is smaller, the portable dust collector can be held tightly by a single hand and is convenient to hold, the arrangement of the handle is omitted, the overall length of the portable dust collector is shortened, and the portable dust collector is convenient to store and carry.
Limited by the size of the product, the size of the air outlet channel of the existing portable dust collector is relatively small, so that the air outlet quantity is small, and the dust collection efficiency of the portable dust collector is influenced. When the motor and the battery are operated for a long time, a large amount of heat is generated by internal devices such as the motor and the battery due to operation requirements, and the temperature of the motor and the battery is increased. Because the air output is little, internal devices such as motor and battery are difficult for ventilating the heat dissipation, and long-term high heat work can shorten the life of internal devices such as motor and battery. This application has enlarged the air-out area through setting up inside and outside air-out wind channel, increases air output and air-out efficiency, has improved the suction and the dust collection efficiency of handy dust catcher to help the heat dissipation of motor and battery, prolonged the life of device.

In order to ensure the cruising ability and the suction force of the portable dust collector, two to three batteries are needed to supply power. In the use process, the temperature of the battery rises due to long-time use, and potential safety hazards of explosion exist. In the embodiment, in order to improve the suction force and the cruising ability of the device, three batteries are arranged, an NTC thermistor is independently arranged on each battery, and when the temperature of one battery reaches a set threshold value, the NTC thermistor transmits a signal to a control circuit board to control a motor to stop working, so that the safety of the portable dust collector is improved. Meanwhile, each battery is independently provided with the corresponding NTC thermistor, so that the accuracy of monitoring the temperature of the battery pack is improved.

The working principle of the device is as follows:
