6. The adjusting structure of claim 5, further comprising an elastic member disposed in the accommodating cavity, wherein one end of the elastic member elastically abuts against the adjusting button, and the other end of the elastic member is fixed to the first housing.

A chest expander comprising a tensile cord and an adjustment structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said tensile cord comprises a body section and first and second ends disposed at opposite ends of said body section, said body section passes through said first and second openings, said first end is fixedly connected to said first housing, and said clamping member and said support member form a wire passage for said body section to pass through.
8. The chest expander of claim 7 further comprising a first wrist strap and a pulley assembly, said pulley assembly comprising a pulley, a pulley cover and a first connecting shaft, said first wrist strap being connected to said pulley cover by said first connecting shaft, said pulley cover being connected to both sides of the pulley and forming a channel through which said body segment passes.
9. The chest expander of claim 8 further comprising a cord lock, said cord lock being positioned between said adjustment structure and said pulley assembly, said cord lock being provided with an opening through which said tensile cord passes.
10. The chest expander of claim 8 wherein a first connection is provided between said pulley assembly and said first wrist strap, said pulley assembly being removably connected to said first wrist strap by said first connection;
and/or the chest expander also comprises a second wrist strap connected with the second end, a second connecting part is further arranged between the second end and the second wrist strap, and the second end is detachably connected with the second wrist strap through the second connecting part.
