Claims (10)

1. A rotary carrier for a dial, comprising:
a rotating platform (51);
at least two positioning jigs (52) for bearing the dial (8) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer edge of the surface of the rotary platform (51); and
a rotating assembly (53) in transmission connection with the rotating platform (51);
wherein the positioning jig (52) comprises a support plate (5212), the support plate (5212) extends upwards from the surface of the rotating platform (51), and the side edge of the support plate (5212) extends outwards to form an extension part (5211), so that the extension part (5211) extends to be far away from the rotating platform (51);
the extension part (5211) is provided with a material bearing space for bearing a dial (8), and the projection of the material bearing space falls outside the rotary platform (51).
2. The rotary stage according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotary platform (51) comprises an annular stage (511) and a connecting base (512) arranged parallel to the annular stage (511), the connecting base (512) being mounted on the power take-off of the rotary assembly (53);
the annular carrier (511) is connected with the connecting base (512) through a plurality of connecting struts (513);
the middle part of the annular carrying platform (511) is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the annular carrying platform (511) up and down so that the annular carrying platform (511) forms an annular structure, and the positioning jig (52) is arranged on the annular carrying platform (511).
3. The rotary stage of claim 2, further comprising a detection assembly (54), the detection assembly (54) being fixed to the base surface;
the detection end of the detection component (54) faces the rotary platform (51), and the dial (8) placed on the positioning jig (52) is detected through the detection component (54).
4. The rotary stage according to claim 3, characterized in that said detection assembly (54) is arranged in a through hole of said ring-shaped stage (511);
the support plate (5212) is provided with a detection hole penetrating through the corresponding two side surfaces, and the detection component (54) detects the dial (8) placed on the extension part (5211) through the detection hole.
5. The rotary stage according to claim 4, characterized in that the rotary assembly (53) comprises a slide (531) and a driver (532) for driving the slide (531), and the connecting base (512) is provided with a connecting portion (5121) for connecting a rotatable end of the slide (531);
a hollow part which penetrates through the sliding table (531) up and down is arranged on the sliding table (531), an upright post (533) is arranged in the hollow part, and the upright post (533) is ejected out from the bottom of the connecting base (512) and is connected with the detection component (54).
6. The rotating carrier of any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the extensions (5211) are arranged on both sides of the dial (8), the bottom of the extensions (5211) being fitted with lugs that hold the dial (8);
the material bearing space is formed between the two extension parts (5211), and the positioning jig (52) further comprises a fixing part for fixing the dial (8) in the material bearing space.
7. The rotary stage of claim 6, characterized in that the fixed part comprises a clamping module (523), the clamping module (523) being arranged on the extension part (5211);
the pressure head (5234) on one end of the clamping module (523) extends into the material bearing space and is pressed on the side surface of the dial (8) through the two corresponding pressure heads (5234), so that the dial (8) is clamped.
8. The rotary carrier of claim 7, characterized in that the ram (5234) includes a press-fit surface (52341) that engages the side of the dial (8), the press-fit surface (52341) covering at least half of the side of the dial (8) in cross-section.
9. The rotary stage of claim 6, wherein the extension portion (5211) has an outwardly extending end that forms an opening, and an inner sidewall of the opening has an extending material blocking end (5216);
the fixing part comprises an adjusting module (526), the adjusting module (526) is installed on the supporting plate (5212), and the pushing end of the adjusting module (526) extends into the material bearing space;
the dial (8) is pushed to the other side through the pushing end of the adjusting module (526) and is pressed on the material blocking end (5216), so that the dial (8) is fixed in the material bearing space.

The rotary stage of claim 9, wherein the adjustment module (526) comprises a positioning adjustment block (5262), the support plate (5212) defines a guide slot for the positioning adjustment block (5262) to slide, the positioning adjustment block (5262) at least partially slides in the guide slot, and a reset member (5264) is disposed between the guide slot and the adjustment block (5262);
the positioning adjusting block (5262) is limited in direction along the guide groove by the elastic restoring force of the reset piece (5264), and one end of the positioning adjusting block pushes the dial (8) so that the dial (8) is pressed on the material blocking end (5216).
